After having another company deep clean my house, I was left dissatisfied with the results and was in a panic trying to find someone who could complete the job before a new tenant moved in. Happy Cleaning LA reached out to me on Yelp almost immediately after putting in a request for a quote, even though it was past business hours. After a short back and forth via text, I had cleaners at the apartment the next day. Anna and Anastasia did a wonderful job, they truly left the kitchen and bathroom absolutely sparkling in a short amount of time. Edit: There seems to be an effort by the owner to indicate that the 85 up charge included more than it did to justify the charge which I'm not comfortable with. This is not the case. The 85 up charge was for the fridge and cabinets. That's it. Baseboards were not completed, and again it's a studio apt so the only windows were the screen doors and an extra charge for that was never communicated. When we agreed to pay the 85, we were told it was for the kitchen and fridge (which again she denied even needed cleaning and opted against cleaning most of them despite charging for them). Furthermore, in another review to another client who gave a 1 star review, the owner claimed that 3 hours of work were allocated for a standard cleaning. So given that she worked within that time frame (and to be honest tried to get away with a lot less without being redirected) then an up charge was not justified. We received standard cleaning at best and should have paid a lot less. We can move on from this, but I did want it to be known that the cleaning provided did not justify the cost because I would've liked to see more honest reviews before booking. ----------------------------- We scheduled a cleaning with this company and we were left less than satisfied. We paid an initial 180 for a cleaning for our studio apt which was already high considering it was again a studio apt. But we were reassured by the good reviews and figured upon realizing it was a clean apt, they would make sure we got our money's worth and deep clean the apt. That was not the case. The cleaner, although friendly, was very careless with her cleaning. She seemed relieved to have been given a clean and easy job and rushed through the cleaning, swiping past areas without paying attention. We also asked for the cleaning of the fridge and kitchen cabinets and were charged an additional 85, which we accepted. But our fridge was already clean and took her 10 minutes, and then she only did two kitchen cabinets and pretended not to notice she didn't complete the others. I had to point it out to her and she said they were already clean. So I guess that means she thought she wasn't expected to clean them, despite charging for them? I will say when I reached out to the owner she agreed to have the cleaner clean the two drawers in the bathroom as compensation, but it was only because I asked. The cleaner had told us it would be an up charge, despite the fact she didn't clean the kitchen cabinets we paid for. Ultimately even with her cleaning the (mostly clean) bathroom drawers and a quick swipe of a mostly clean fridge, we ended up feeling that the cost of the job did not match the results. With the 180 plus 85, we ultimately paid 265 for a small studio apt she spent less than 3 hours "deep" cleaning. Again, she was friendly, but that doesn't justify the mediocre results of the cleaning service. read more

Great experience. After being quoted crazy prices by other cleaning companies (minimum $250-300), Happy Cleaning LA offered a deep cleaning service to my 600sqft apartment for $200. In all, they tackled the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and my bedroom. The deep cleaning included a detailed cleaning of all surfaces, baseboards and doors, deep cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, removing dust from difficult to reach places, and vacuuming and washing the floors. My cleaner was Julia- although she only spoke Russian, she followed up any questions I had using Google Translate and it wasn't a problem communicating at all. My only concern was my cat getting out (with previous cleaning services they would leave the front door open for a long time?), but Julia only needed to open the door as she entered and left. The main concern throughout the whole apartment was eliminating the amount of cat hair, and I am thoroughly impressed and have noticed very little if any left after Julia's amazing work (my cat sheds a LOT so that's saying something). Did a great job at a fair price. I didn't take before photos but my floors hadn't been swept or mopped in 3 months since moving in because I was waiting until I got all my things set up/mounted etc. So by the time of this job, there was so much dust and dirty grout and dirt from shoes and dust from drilling through the wall when mounting things. My glass shower doors were laced with water marks and the tub itself started getting dingy. The sink also dingy. Floors had picked up dust and lint and hair and all that over time. Not crazy amount but still off-putting. Anyways, Happy Cleaning was very responsive even though this was a last-minute next-day request. They gave me a fair flat-rate price for my small 1 bed/1 bath appt. I'm still shocked how quickly they did this job with 1 person on site. 3 hours and included vacuuming, mopping, countertops, sinks, shower, shower glass, glass table and medicine cabinet cleaning, they the couple of dishes I had in the sink, got underneath all the furniture, cleaned the appliances, everything you could think of Definitely recommend read more

My husband already left a review but I wanted to leave a more thorough one because I'm so happy with the service! They left our 2 bed 2.5 bathroom townhouse absolutely spotless. We asked for a deep clean with the fridge and oven added on. The cleaners were meticulous, detail-oriented, and fast! Our bathtub looks brand new, and I can't find a single dust bunny or hair ball (we have a fluffy cat). They even dusted our shelves that have a bunch of little figurines on them, and very carefully moved things to accomplish the task. I had hip surgery 4 months ago and have to use a walker & a cane. Cleaning is just not possible for me at this time. I scheduled a basic cleaning since only urgently needed vacuuming & dusting. The two ladies who showed up let me know that their English was not good. Luckily I went into my bedroom to see how things were going and found water on a fairly large area of my hardwood floor. I immediately grabbed whatever I could find to blot it up. One does not use water on hardwood floors! One of the ladies who was vacuuming ran the vacuum over stereo speaker wires & broke the plastic connector on one speaker. I loaned her a screwdriver so she could unravel the wire from the vacuum & went to check online to see if the speaker could be replaced. She communicated with Ksenila & showed me her answer on her phone, "You've been there 3 hours. I'm running late." All communication was with phone translation. There was never an apology from Ksenila. I paid them more than I should have because it was an accident & the lady who did it kept saying, "I'm so sorry." I also emailed Ksenila regarding some small sculptures I could not find. She never responded. You've been warned. read more
