Fantastic work, Robin was so thorough and a lovely person. She obviously really cares and it shows in her work.

Need to get my house cleaned leading up to an event we were hosting. Found Rocket Maids LA and gave them a try. Was able to book online, which was great. We had some issues with a scheduling difficulty, but in the end it worked out better then I could have asked for. A team of 3 came over and did a deep clean on our home. They were able to get through our home faster than expected in a good way and did a fantastic job. Very happy with the service and the team that came to clean. Wish I had their information to give them a "shout out" and definitely will request them the next time I use Rocket Maids. read more

Wonderful service.m and a friendly cleaner. They were able to fit me in quickly and did a great deep clean. I'd def recommend!

Rocket Maids was amazing! I used them for both move-out and move-in cleaning-- they were efficient, communicative, and thorough. Pricing was also transparent and there were no surprise bills. I was especially impressed with Marisol. I would definitely be using Rocket Maids again, and highly recommend them! read more

I've been a customer of Rocket Maids going on 3 years now. When I moved from the San Fernando Valley to the Santa Clarita Valley, I was worried that I would lose their services. Luckily, two of their amazing cleaners operate in the area. Robin is our go-to. She's on a bi-monthly schedule with us and she is an absolute godsend for a house with three special needs toddlers and two pups. She goes above and beyond and she's also just a super personable human being. It's like a friend has come over to help out. Sometimes schedules get a little messy, and if Robin isn't available, Tekla is there to pick up the slack and she is phenomenal as well! Rocket Maids' administrative team is also very good at connecting with me and keeping in communication. They are super easy-going and quick to reschedule when at all possible. The service is worth every penny. The nights after a cleaning feel so fresh, clean and inviting! Rocket Maids are just what a busy household needs. read more

Great job cleaning the apt! Made my life so much easier. Definitely worth the price for the ease it added to my life!

I have lived in my apartment for nearly 14 years now. Moved in when I was 24 years old. The long-term cleanliness of the apartment never stood a chance against me, an apathetic millennial. A handful of times over the years, I've hired a cleaning service to come and help save the apartment. This most recent instance was because I was about to get married, and my immediate family was going to be staying in the apartment for about a week. The kitchen and bathroom badly needed a deep clean. Having had good service with Rocket Maids before, we booked with them again. And then we were blessed with Khalila. Khalila did a better job of cleaning the kitchen and bathroom than anyone ever has in this apartment. I think she was there from about noon until almost 7pm in the evening, just working in those two rooms. We are so happy with her work and will definitely be asking for her back! We learned from Khalila that Rocket Maids is a true mom 'n' pop operation, and the price of the service was very reasonable for the value we got from it. Happy to write a positive review for an excellent small business. read more

Eduardo came by today for a deep cleaning and did a fantastic job! Deep cleaned our loft apartment in just under 3 hours, and did a thorough job, left our place spotless and smelling fresh. This is our second time booking Rocket Maids and we've had a great experience both times. The price is affordable and fair, as well. They did charge an extra $60 for our outdoor patio space, but Eduardo gave us a heads up that it was a separate cost from the regular indoor deep cleaning (which we hadn't initially realized), so we knew it was coming/wasn't a surprise. Thank you Eduardo!! read more

Rocket Maids - Move out clean of my apartment! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I've used this service twice and each time it has been terrible. The business model is to have the "cleaners" do as quick of a job as possible, and leave it to the tenants to micromanage or make them redo areas. The first time they came, they didn't do an entire floor and someone had to come back. The second time they came, the woman brought her son who didn't look to be of working age to help, and they were TERRIBLE. They didn't vacuum the entire second floor, there was hair and dust all over the bathrooms, they didn't wipe down half of the bathroom vanities, and left all the trash cans full. They tried to leave without taking any trash out and we had to personally point out everything they missed. Worst of all, they threw away an entire, UNOPEN bottle of $300 wine and threw it in the recycling. It was very clearly unopened and labeled and they threw it away. UPDATE: Rocket maids were quick to reach out to me to resolve this issues. They apologized, owned the problem, and assured me the kid was 18+, and refunded the cleaning. While these are nice gestures and appreciated, I don't believe in fake reviews or removing true experiences. Twice, the product they offered - so called amazing cleaners - left us disappointed and our house still wasn't clean. I still wouldn't recommend this service, but there are new cleaners every time so you can choose your own adventure. Apparently some of them are amazing, I just won't be taking a third chance on them personally. read more

This company is racist. They will openly refuse to serve Black customers. I went online and booked an appointment with Rocket Maids. On their website they claim to serve all of LA county as well as apartments and homes. Within a couple of hours of booking my appointment, I received a call from a representative attempting to get out of the booking. She claimed that I live in a congested area that doesn't have a lot of parking options. What? This is LA, that's like canceling because there's traffic. Is this company claiming that they don't service the entire Mid-Wilshire area? I suspect not as that's not included on their website. I told them that there was parking and then they booked it. The day before, I received an email from them that my credit card had declined. I checked my credit card statement and there was 10 cents pending from them. They LIED. They did not try to run the amount that was due and instead lied and said that my credit card was declined. A common tactic for racists. read more

I have been using Rocket Maids for a few years now. Their website is very straightforward and makes it easy to book. Additionally, the prices are set and there are no surprises. The cleaners we've used most often are Clara, Tekla and Robin. All do a fantastic job! Most recently (and a few weeks delayed in my review) we had Robin and once again, she was wonderful. She is on time, hard working, polite and communicative. read more

Rocket Maids offers consistently good service and the booking process is quick and simple. Stephanie and her colleague went above and beyond in their cleaning to really make our condo look squeaky clean! We will gladly be counting on Rocket Maids for our cleaning needs as long as we remain in the LA area! read more

Hands down the best cleaning service I've ever used. I used them for a 'move out' clean in August last year, they were very detailed, professional, punctual and I definitely couldn't have done it that well myself. The oven was spotless (who likes to clean the oven?!) and my stainless steel appliances looked brand new. Since then I have someone to come about once a month and again, they're punctual and care about the small detail plus I trust them in my home. Definitely recommend this company! read more

We hired Rocket Maids to do a deep clean on our house today. It's not filthy or anything but dust piles up, stuff like that. Two really nice gentlemen showed up with their supplies and equipment and went room by room, cleaning absolutely everything. EVERYTHING. They did a fantastic job: like, it looks like our house is brand new - like we were never here. :). We'll definitely be using them again. Thanks guys! read more

Love Rocket Maids in Los Angeles. Have been using them having come every 3 weeks for several months now. The do a complete job of cleaning Which is what I need. We had the best cleaning from Stephanie's team!! They were able to come on short notice and fit into a narrow window that fit our family's schedule which was so helpful. They did a deep clean of the house and it looks incredible! Everyone was so sweet and lovely we are so happy with everything. We'll definitely be using them again because booking was super easy and everything looks great! read more

I use rocket maids as a monthly service. I've tried out many cleaning services in LA but I ended up sticking with theirs. Primarily Taylor and Robin have been coming out for me. Always satisfied with their work. Good with organizing. Thorough cleaning. Lots of options for deep cleaning on their site so you can choose what needs most attention, and customize your cleaning. Friendly correspondence. On time. They give extra care to make sure my cats don't sneak outside while they are working. Super happy with them. Glad to write this review and support their business. read more

The 2 workers were willing to do the job but the foreman lady decided to leave the job and took the competent workers away. unreliable and unprofessional. it was the day of the big fire so I gave an extra Star for coming, although they were 1 hour late. I would look elsewhere. They took photos without asking. VERY SHADY experience. Management is trying to mend the issue, but I can't trust after they took photos without permission. Celebrities should surely beware! read more

Love our Rocket Maids team! Stephanie and Tim are fast but thorough and leave my house sparkling clean. My favorite part is right after they leave and I stand in my perfectly clean living room taking it all in. Then I yell at my family not to touch anything! Lol!! read more

Just used Rocket Maids for our second time, and we're 100% going to be using this company regularly going forward. We've experimented with a few different cleaning companies, and by far the team at Rocket Maids is the most friendly, efficient, and thorough we've had. The booking process could not be easier, and the customer service is flawless. I submitted feedback via their follow-up email and got a call from Irina within an hour to review my feedback and to help improve future services. You won't find a cleaning company with this level of care and customer service in LA - we've tried. Go with Rocket Maids. read more

We hired Rocket Maids to come by to clean our apartment - our apartment wasn't terribly dirty but our bathroom definitely needed some attention and we wanted someone to come by to dust/ mop and tidy some areas that we often miss. Booking was very easy; we were able to book the same week. Our maid came promptly at the specified time with a mask on and all of the supplies. She was professional and friendly and after a short tour of the space she got to work!! I was so impressed by her work- she left the apartment sparkling clean. I look forward to having her come by again next month! read more

Two very disappointing experiences with this company. The first time I made an appointment they texted the day before trying to switch it to a different day, and then a different time, which I agreed to. The cleaner was very nice but did a terrible job -- there were piles of dirt in the corners and everything was cleaned very half-heartedly, if at all. She was only here for 2 hours when I was told it would be four. But they asked me to give it another chance so I made another appointment for a couple weeks later. But the day of, only an hour before, they texted me that the cleaner couldn't make it and they had to cancel. They seem to have a staff issue, so I would not recommend this company. read more

Three stars because they did a great job with the bath tubs, sinks and kitchen but the rest of the house wasn't cleaned properly after careful review. We tipped them because we know it's a tough job but the walls had dust on them which means they didn't pass a rag over them at all (move-out/move-in had said it included walls), windows, moldings and corners weren't cleaned properly. We didn't have power so they couldn't vacuum which was on us but the house has excellent natural lighting in all of the rooms for the rest of the cleaning. We had to go back the next day and do a deep clean ourselves. Not sure that I would recommend them if you're moving into a place that needs deep cleaning. Save the $300 and do it yourself. They might to better job with places that don't need as much detailed cleaning. read more

Our house looks beautiful. Khalila has consistently done a superb job with our home. We super appreciate her patience with our cat who sometimes follows her around the house meowing. Great communication, great service! read more

Robin did an amazing job cleaning our place! She was kind, and through. She left our apartment sparkling and was nice to our puppy when he pestered her as she worked . The price was competitive and we'll worth it for the job. read more

Rocket maids rock! Just moved to a condo that the previous owner hadn't deep-cleaned in over thirty years and when I tried to do this myself I threw in the towel (literally to the garbage). They did stuff I didn't even think of, like cleaning the dirt that had set into the grout on the tile floors. *! The true test of a good clean is when you run your finger along high surfaces or easily overlooked locations and find NO DUST. Which was the case in my previously filthy condo unit. A++ cleaning! read more

I've tried a few of the commonly advertised cleaning services and have always been disappointed in the quality. My husband found Rocket Maids LA and we have been so happy! Their customer service is prompt and accommodating and the women who have come to clean our house have done an outstanding job. The quality of work is much better than any other cleaning service we've tried, across the board, especially with Nichole and Stephanie! Thank you : ) read more

Rocket Maids was fantastic! I booked them for a one-time cleaning service to deep-clean my roommate's room when she moved out. Stephanie came highly recommended by a good friend, so I asked for her specifically - and I was not disappointed! I was able to book Stephanie within a few days, and she did a wonderful job. She was kind, professional, and thoughtful. PLUS - an easy booking process, reasonable rates, and very communicable staff. Would absolutely recommend! read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Super amazing pricing, fantastic cleaning / very very thorough and detailed. They go over and beyond. They also do closet organizing which is phenomenal.
