I requested a deep clean of my full home, and gave the office all the particulars - i even sent photos of each room labeled with which room it was. One of the labeled rooms was a "home office". I was given a reasonable quote and scheduled my service. The cleaners who came were polite, capable, on time. They cleaned to my satisfaction, taking a really neglected home to sparkling. In our walkthrough before the team left, we noticed how attentive to detail they were...and then we go to the home office. Which they had not touched. They kindly reached out to their office for guidance as they were told we had 4 bedrooms and the office would have been a fifth bedroom. The office said it was not included - even though their quote was based on my photos, which were clearly labeled and clear to see were of that space. I've used this company a half dozen times. Aside from one time, there were always issues after the cleaner left. Most recently, I got a text saying "the cleaner says there's a lot of dust and stuff on the bathroom sink can she charge you an extra 30 dollars?" Didn't realize I had to clean my place before a cleaner came. They ultimately refunded the 30 but I'd steer clear of this company. I've had a lot of clutter and mess build up and it felt really overwhelming to tackle. It wasn't dirty but it was embarrassing and it never felt like I was making much progress on my own. I contacted LA House Cleaning Services for help and booked a deep clean for my home. Carlos was prompt and able to arrange for cleaners to come even though I got distracted and replied to him late at night. Honestly, I was embarrassed to have them come but sometimes you need help and that's okay. I did not ask for the names of the cleaners who came but I wish I had so I could recommend them more specifically. Carlos had three women come over to help tackle the mess and I am extremely grateful for the work they did in four hours. They were thorough and did as much as they could within the time frame. Carlos himself came by at the end to ask me how things were and to gently let me know that they weren't able to get to everything. Which was totally fine, it was a lot for them to walk into and they did an amazing job. It's put me in a position to take care of the now organized clutter and that's what I really needed. I am extremely disappointed in this service. I cannot stress enough how much I think you should take your business anywhere else. I booked a deep clean three months ago. I understood that there's only so much that can be done in the given time, the cleaners were very good, though not very thorough, but I hadn't had a professional cleaning in some time so it was understandable. The second cleaner was fine, although he used water to mop my wood floors, which anyone with experience should know is not a good idea. Today, a woman came to do a deep clean service. I asked that she please focus on the floors. Instead she deep cleaned my stove (a service I did not request) and then decided to leave, without talking to me at all. Don't risk it. I contacted Carlos the day of cleaning and was provided with prompt service within an hour 1. This was the only positive although I wish they never showed up. I asked for deep cleaning and was charged $200. While I was watching over them in the bedroom, one of the girls was doing the job nicely. As I left them alone, I found that the blinds of all 3 bedrooms and living room were not cleaned, shower door was left dirty, computer desk was left dusty, under the couch and bed was not vacuumed. Honestly, not one item was left sparkling clean. Their mop is horrible quality and left strikes on my hardwood floors. Carlos showed up with 2 other ladies after I expressed myself which I honestly respect. He agreed that it went left dirty and had 2 other cleaners finish up things I asked for.
