I received a quote through Yelp and was provided a phone number to call to discuss the service. When I called, nobody answered. I then sent a follow-up message and never received a response. I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. I wouldn't hire them again. quality of the cleaning was pretty bad. coffee table wasn't even wiped, my bedroom mirror wasn't even wiped until I pointed it out. 2 people were hired for 2 hrs and they took over an hour to clean 2 bathrooms - which was very slow moving. The cleaners should be able to speak basic English but they didn't so it was very hard to even communicate what I needed done. I wouldn't hire them. read more

I submitted a quote request through Yelp for cleaning a 1 bdrm 1 bath condo and Joshua returned my quote request within the hour and was easy to communicate with. He was able to set me up with an appointment for the next day. I had discussed with Josh that I only wanted 2 hrs of cleaning and mainly needed help with the kitchen and the bathroom, which he agreed to. The 2 cleaning ladies arrived on time with their own cleaning supplies. They seemed nice but tried to have me agree to 3-4 hours of cleaning instead of 2 hrs. One of them called another lady to try to clarify the situation and I had to explain to her what was previously discussed. I also showed the cleaners the Yelp messages exchanged between me and Josh. They didn't push the issue any further and agreed to just do 2 hrs. They weren't able to clean the entire apartment but were able to help with the areas that I specified were higher priority. They did do a good job with the fridge and the bathroom which were my 2 main concerns since the previous tenants left both areas dirty. They kind of cleaned the kitchen drawers, cabinets, and countertops, but didn't have time to clean the stovetop range thoroughly. I was there the entire time though and was working on cleaning other parts of the apartment so I knew that they were actually working the whole time. Overall, even through I wish that they were able to clean more things within the 2 hours, I think that they did a good job with what they did work on.
