Amazing job 100/10! Rachel runs an incredible business. The cleaning crew were wonderful ladies who did an excellent job. Very thankful to have found this company. Do yourself a favor and rest assured that you are in caring and detail oriented hands. read more

Quoted $450 to clean a small living room, smaller kitchen, and even smaller bathroom... I tried to explain the size of the space again, and she doubled down on her price. $450 is absurd. After a decade living here, I've never paid more than $160 and a team of two knock it out in 90 mins max. It's one thing to be overpriced, don't be rude about it too. The customers ARE your business. read more

I can't praise NRG Maids enough. Exceptional cleaning paired with outstanding customer service. They make sure everything is perfect and are always responsive. read more

Can't recommend any higher. Excellent work from the women that came to clean my home. Worth every penny, every time. read more

Rachel was super responsive and answered all my questions, and the deep clean we got on our house (our first in years) was just what we needed. I'll definitely use them again. Thanks NRG Maids! read more

NRG Maids work is truly top-quality. The crew always leaves everything immaculate, and their office staff is so friendly to deal with

It's been wonderful working with Rachel and her talented team. Rachel is so lovely, helpful and accommodating. She is very responsive, explained everything very clearly and was patient accommodating my hectic schedule. I have a lot of experience dealing with many cleaning companies and NRG is at the top in their professionalism and exceptional standards. Her cleaning crews are fantastic, have an excellent attention to detail, communicate clearly and are timely. The deep clean they have done met my expectations, which I admit, are probably unreasonably high. Their work is consistently impressive and I will continue to use their services. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a truly excellent clean. read more

Really high 475 for a monthly service outrageous amount for 2 hours. Didn't even see the property

Everything about the NRG cleaning crew was exceptional. They arrived on time, an energetic group of three women, and got straight to work. Four hours later, the house looked like new, better than I had seen it in years. The women were pleasant, helpful, responsive, and relentless in getting every inch sparkling. They even used pumice to remove water deposits from bathroom fixtures. The place just gleamed. The owner, Rachel, could not have been more responsive and helpful, and clearly runs a tight ship. It was all very impressive. I cannot recommend NRG Maids more enthusiastically. read more

I requested a quote for service and was told that they don't offer specific services I didn't request. And then proceeded to tell me that they don't offer what I was looking for yet. They have pictures of them doing said service (cleaning windows) read more

Rachel was incredibly communicative and patient as we had to reschedule a couple times. We moved into a converted apartment that was previously an office and the previous tenants did a number on especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Maria and her team (The M's!) were incredibly thorough and completely exceeded our expectations. They were here for 4 hours for our 1800 sq ft place and their amazing work was well worth the price. We're even considering having them come monthly. Thanks again to Rachel, Maria and her team! read more

Our house needed a deep cleaning. I selected NRG Maids because of the great Yelp reviews. I'm so glad that I did. Four wonderful girls came along with their driver. And, they did a deep cleaning of our entire house. They did a great job! Our house is very clean and feels so nice! It's great to have clean floors, no dust and have a cleaning company that pays attention to detail. Rachel, the owner was a please to deal with. She's very communicative and is very professional. I would absolutely recommend NRG Maids if you want your house very clean. read more

These guys were good but really quick and left a lot of areas that were unattended and dirty !! I had to point out several times. Owner was good but staff I felt were bit in a rush to finish the job and leave. I ordered deep cleaning not quick cleaning. read more

I hired NRG Maids for a deep cleaning and the hope to continue on with semi-regular cleaning for upkeep. Maria and her team did the deep cleaning and went above and beyond what I had hoped for. The house is spotless- they cleaned floorboards, cabinets, under furniture, virtually everywhere and they were even able to get our certain watermarks that I had tried everything on. I would absolutely recommend them. They were extremely thorough and efficient. I will be using them again. read more

Just had NRG Maids for an entire house (and adu) post construction/flip cleaning. They did an amazing job! Rachel is super communicative and responsive and the maids doing the cleaning were on time, came super prepared, and did a great job! They also did a walk through at the end and touched up things as we went along if they thought it needed extra attention. The floors look great, the bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate. Amazing work. Really appreciate all their hard work. read more

We had an amazing experience with NRG Maids, and I definitely recommend them! We hadn't had our house cleaned since before the pandemic so it was in pretty bad shape. Rachel was great to work with, and she arranged for 3 ladies to come out on a Saturday morning and deep clean our house. They did an AMAZING job, and really went above and beyond, cleaning appliances and even the outside of the trash cans. It was the best feeling to come home to a clean house. We'll definitely be having them clean our house again. read more

NRG Maids - A picture of our oven after NRG Maids cleaned. I don't have a before pic, but I'm amazed that they were able to get it this clean! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Los Angeles, California

We just moved into our new place a couple months ago and it was in need of a deep cleaning. I called Rachel from NRG maids and not only was she very responsive, but she was friendly and communicative. She was detailed about what a deep cleaning would entail and how much it would cost. Rachel showed up on the day of the cleaning with her team and we did a walk through of what needed to be done. When she left The team of three ladies that did the cleaning were so nice, efficient, detailed...and quick! They did a great job and it's so nice to have a super clean place. I would highly recommend NRG maids. read more

Before finding NRG, we had an unreliable company when it came to scheduling and sticking to it. Rachel and the crew were punctual, paid attention to the needs of our home, and went above and beyond. Not to mention are they very grateful for the business. They walked through the house with me to make sure their service was to my liking - couldn't be happier! Thanks Rachel and crew! read more

This company is a 10 on a scale of 1-10! The cleaning was done mid to end of March. I meant to write soon. Outstanding service and taking such good care of the customer! Rachel is a great communicator and so responsive, the staff who cleaned my colleague's home were very well prepared, very prompt, brought everything necessary for the cleaning and so well coordinated everything from the moment they showed up. She is ready to contact Rachel for a new cleaning after recent visitors. Thank you, Rachel and your staff! read more

IF I CAN GIVE THEM 10 STARS I WOULD!!!! Our cleaning service my husband booked through one of those task apps flaked last minute and we needed someone asap since we were moving. I called and Rachel picked up and everything was taken care of. She came in an hour and finished all the work within the 4 hours she promised. Thank you so much for taking this job last minute and I will definitely come back for more!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this business. They take their business serious!! read more

i called them because my house was a disaster. and rachel and her team came to my rescue! they did a spectacular job! everyone was friendly and they worked really hard and efficiently to make my house sparkle. i highly recommend them. nice people and great work!!! read more

Our first time ever having a maid service in our home and we wonder why we waited so long. I called Rachel on Monday and she scheduled a deep cleaning for Wednesday (so we didn't have much time to prep, but we got it done) and they showed up right on time. They estimated 3-4 hours and I think it took about 3.5. We came home to a house that is incredibly clean! Before we did this, we had planned to replace the glass shower enclosure because it just looked wrecked, but now it looks like brand new! Can't believe my stove and oven and microwave all look brand new as well. I don't know how their service, or price compares to others, but we're super happy with it and seemed like a reasonable price for what we got. We will definitely use them again. read more

Over priced. One maid cleaned better than the other. I had to move things around for the maids to clean. The not so good maid required too much micromanaging & i kept having to repeat the areas that needed cleaning, as well as point out areas that were poorly cleaned. $395 deep cleaning. Overall decent job, but wouldnt have paid more than $150-175 for the results. Found someone else. $150 includes deep cleaning. White woman arrives with spanish speaking female cleaners to location to drop off her employees & leaves, then comes back at the end to collect the total amount in cash in person on their behalf, although they did all of the work. Modern day slavery, but hoping the $400 payment is evenly split by 3 ppl. Doubt it tho. UPDATE MORNING AFTER POSTED REVIEW: Rachel has decided to dismiss my cash payment of $415 total ($365 cash) in retaliation to this review!!! RED FLAG COMPANY‼‼‼‼ REPORTING THIS TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU & LAPD TODAY‼‼‼ She has sent an email today with an invoice for full payment although payment was paid immediately after they cleaned my doorstep directly to Rachel. ilda & Fabiola cleaned my home. They were there to witness it & now i have to go file a police report to say cash was stolen from my home. read more

Our first experience with NRG and they were professional, timely, did excellent work and had such pleasant attitudes. Rachael introduced us to the 3 ladies and we did a walk through of our home - what was expected and how we "liked" things. Once they finished they asked for us to walk through and see if they had missed anything - and it was 100%!! What a pleasant experience. Yes we will use them again! read more

I had asked for quotes for a few places around my area, but NRG got back to me quickly and gave me a fair price. On the day of the cleaning they arrived on time and started cleaning right away. Both ladies were very nice, and did an amazing job cleaning my townhouse! I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness, but they went above and beyond and the little details matter. I like how they tidied everything and were meticulous with putting everything in the right place. I have a dust allergy so I noted how important dusting was, and so far everything I've touched is dust free. I could not recommend them enough, and will be hiring them again if I need the extra help! read more

First time I have used a deep cleaning service in many many years. A group of 4 women arrived promptly and worked 3.5 hours and left my home sparkling and clean. The baseboards and floors were spotless! The ladies were so genuine and pleasant. I will be using them at least twice a year for spring and fall cleaning. It really helps with keeping up the maintenance of the home. Don't hesitate to hire them. Just fabulous read more

To owner Rachael; I cannot speak for the quality your services. but you have good review it seems. I can only comment on your price structure. Your flat rate of $400 does not include items that anyone would expect, such as laundry, refrigerator, windows as an example. What does the $400 flat fee include? I honestly would like to know. Thanks read more

We are thrilled with NRG! We found them on Yelp and just hired them for the first time today. My husband and I are frantically getting our space ready for our first little one. We decided if we wanted a clean space done right before we bring our baby home, we should reach out to the professionals. I messaged late last night. Rachel got back with me early this morning and had a team come out this afternoon. Rachel was super pleasant and responsive. The team was very accommodating. They wore masks. They worked quickly and thoroughly. And if we pointed anything out to go over again (a couple very quick things in our 3 bdrm apt), they were very happy to attend to it. We are so grateful and so pleased. Highly recommend! read more

I can't begin to explain how amazing this company was!!!! I called and they answered right away. They were able to accommodate us right away. Context: We just moved here this morning from another state and the owner of the home we purchased left it dirty, dusty and smelling or old socks. In one word unlivable. NRG Maids was a whirlwind of cleanliness, they arrived immediately and transformed my dust bowl of a house into an Oasis. I would 100% use them again and I will! read more

NGR Maids are amazing. My partner and I just opened a store front, so we spend 80 hours a week here, and our house became a disaster. We only have one day off, and wanted to actually have a day together not cleaning. NGR was able to make an appointment quick, adjust my appointment for a deep clean, had 2 of her workers on site, and on time. Rachel then came herself and brought two other workers to make sure our apartment did get the deep clean, and finish on time. That is an owner that takes pride in her company, and is willing to make it happen. We've never hired a maid service before, and they have set a standard that would be hard to follow. We are beyond impressed. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. read more

If you would like a clean home i highly recommend this company .You wont regret this even .They have very nice workers than the another companies that i have been used before. The cleaning ladies were WONDERFUL!!! They did an exceptionally high-quality job and combed our entire 3,300 square foot home inch by inch. 4 women came and they were non-stop and ferocious in their cleaning. Also, my wife has a dust allergy and we made several unique requests, and they very carefully listened to our requests and 100% implemented everything we were hoping they would do. My wife and I have annoyingly high standards, and they exceeded all of those standards. PLUS, they all were extremely kind and cheerful the entire time. They had very positive attitudes and actually looked and sounded like they were having fun for the many hours they were here.... I admire people who do really hard work and who nevertheless are cheerful and upbeat during it! The owner Rachel was an EXCELLENT communicator -- and very professional and responsive. She got this wonderful team to our house the next day. Overall, this was a FANTASTIC experience! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a SUPERB cleaning job performed by very good-hearted people!! read more

Quick and efficient. It was easy to schedule over the phone, pay online, and have a team of three come by same day.
