I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. We've had Luisa and Jerry clean our ~1300 square foot apartment for over a year and a half now. They are prompt, friendly, and do a great job. They socialize with my fiancé and I and even love on our dog. They go above and beyond and make things more manageable for us as busy young professionals. As for the company itself, they are responsive to calls and emails, are quick to let you know if a scheduling issue comes up, and the value is unbeatable for the quality of work received. I have had no issues with no-shows, even throughout the pandemic, social justice protests, weather, etc. We are moving out of LA County this week and I am honestly heartbroken that we can't continue to employ this fabulous team. My experience was not up to my expectations. I reached out using Yelp's project plan feature asking for deep cleaning for a move-in and We Clean LA was the only one that was able to reply with a price estimate and availability, so thats a plus. Turnaround for booking was a day, but there was apparent miscommunication. I originally asked for a move in deep cleaning. The cleaners that arrived were told management only told them to plan 2 hours for a 'general' cleaning and told me at the time of the appointment that 2 hours wouldn't be enough to fully clean a 2bd/2bath 1100 sq ft condo. I wish this was communicated beforehand. So what did they get done in 2 hours? They took 40 minutes to clean a patio door and base of the doors. They were able to clean the entire the kitchen in the next hour. I liked that they cleaned the oven vent filters. Then spent the last 15 minutes cleaning window sills, which I ended up asking to be redone because they were in fact not cleaned when they verbally told me they had when I checked in with them. It probably would've been an additional 2 hours to get the rest of the home, which included 2 full bathrooms, and 3 closets. Ended up having to pick priorities at the time of the appointment, which again, was unexpected. Other notes: The cleaners had masks, but did not keep them on the entire duration (pulled down on chin everytime I walked in, not covering nose). This cleaning company is legit. Yelp is over saturated with this kind of business and I looked into a few places that send out a crew but all the other places have pricing that's hard to predict if they'll do the items you want in their "set" packages. But this company is different, it's straight up hourly so if you tell them your wishlist or the priority and a time limit they'll stick to it. I was so freaking happy. I went around when they were done and did the finger swipe test on places I knew were dirty and dusty and there was nothing! It was clean clean clean! Further, I found after they left that all my towels were folded hotel style!!! - I can't say all crews will do this but Wilson and Ingrid are mine. Go find your own pair bc I want them to myself :) They work hard, they don't need to be micromanaged or checked in on. Yes I was WFH but they went above and beyond without me poking in every 15minutes. They moved things that needed moving before cleaning and didn't just go around things. Lastly... the photos... this folding game is legit, something that is a cherry on top of a super clean home. Don't waste your time with other +200 review 5 star places bc honestly over time I bet they drive up the price as their hype goes up. Just use We Clean LA. I don't do many reviews , but this was a disappointing situation. We made an appointment for 4 weeks out. They never showed up, never called to confirm or cancel. On the day of the appointment I called multiple times, no answer. I emailed and sent a FB message, nothing. They have not responded to any of my messages or my voice mail. I wanted to make sure it wasn't my error, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't. It does seem odd they ghosted us like this. I hope nothing unfortunate has happened at the business to cause this. I called them with my credit card information and to confirm my appointment only to get an e-mail 30 minutes later telling me that they didn't service my area. My zip code didn't change from the time I made the appointment until the cancellation. I turned down other offers only to be left with an "I'm really sorry but we have to cancel" from Ellen. They called to confirm and the ladies showed up on time and brought what they needed and I gave them a few directions as to what I wanted and they were good. I was all ready to give them 5 stars for the almost 4 hours of post construction dusting and cleaning but after I had paid and tipped, I went back through my condo and noticed where they were finishing up was rushed. There's two shelves still dusty and my master bathroom isn't as through as the other one. When I had tipped the ladies who were both very nice and professional and overall great, she said they were heading to another job and had to go. My wife and I were prepping for a big party. Decided to splurge on a cleaning service since we were busy doing a million other things. We didn't need the whole house cleaned, and the house is pretty small anyway. Neither my wife nor I are south-of-the-boulevard high-maintenance types. Should've been a fairly straightforward job. When they left, we looked around and wondered what, exactly, did they clean? The toilets. The toilets looked good. We needed four pieces of furniture dusted. They did that. No, wait, they did half of those. And the kitchen floor was still dirty. Had to clean it ourselves. No wait, oh my God, all of the floors. And there was still crap in the sink. And they didn't put anything back after they moved anything. 2.5 hours they were here. We could've saved ourselves a chunk of money and done the job ourselves in half that time. I called We Clean LA on a Friday morning to see if they had any appts that afternoon or did Saturday morning. I was really surprised to find that they could accommodate me at the time I wanted Friday afternoon. They give a half hour window in which the cleaners will show up and they arrived right on time. I find that most people who come to work on the hours are half an hour to an hour late so this was also a nice surprise! Silvia and Salvador spent three hours cleaning out 3 bed, 2 bath home. We have two big dogs and had a house guest who was pretty messy and left coconut oil in the bathtub, on the floor and rug in bathroom. Silvia spent quite awhile cleaning that bathroom and Salvador spent awhile in the kitchen cleaning the stove and microwave - everything. It was more like a deep clean! I didn't know our stove could look so good! I would definitely recommend them and I loved that the company called after the weekend to check up on whether I was satisfied. Next time I booked an appointment for a unit that haven't been cleaned maybe for 5 years or so, and it was in absolutely horrible situation. I'm not sure what happened here. I tried this company three times just to make sure I wasn't being weird about it. Each time they came, they left substantial portions of my house untouched. And I mean, I have two kids and a shedding dog so it's not exactly the crystal cathedral in here, but it's one story, 750 square feet with a small galley kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The first time they came it was after lockdown and the place needed some serious TLC. They gave the floors a lot of love, even moving furniture to clean underneath. After four hours, they peaced out without touching the kitchen and after a gentle wipe down of the bathroom. I was excited about the floors, good God man they looked like a zamboni got to them. But a deep clean without the kitchen is not a thing. Another wtf was there's a slide door closet in one room and the doors are mirrored. I guess it was open when they cleaned that room, because when I closed the closet door later only one mirror was cleaned lol. Just weird stuff like that went down. So they came back and spent two hours on the kitchen and bathroom. Awesome. The customer service is amazing at this place, and the cleaners were all super nice. So I called again the next month for a clean, and they got here an hour early. Not sure if I was mixed up or if it was on their end. I was out of town and my husband didn't feel like doing the dishes or something so he hadn't done them yet. No hate but that was his bad. So I asked how it went and he was like, "they did the dishes but didn't clean the kitchen sink" haha. If I had been home there wouldn't have been dishes but man, if you're going to clean the kitchen I think the sink would be on the checklist. And so I checked out the kitchen and they didn't clean the backsplash or lift up any of the bread box/knife block/spoon jar/blender randoms and wipe under them. It was very much a swipe situation. I remember cleaning the kitchen that night like, I guess I spent $150 to clean my kitchen but whatever. I'm not a person who is super comfortable getting other people to clean my place. It feels like a failure to me that I can't keep it super clean while holding a full time job and having everything in lockdown with school and everything. But I was straight up disappointed that every time these people came I ended up fixing up what they didn't do. read more

** BEWARE ** I used this company in May (the beginning of Covid and still lots of uncertainty on how it was spreading etc). We were moving into an "already cleaned" house but I wanted a little extra clean just before we moved in. We were new to the area, didn't know anyone or wasn't able to ask for a rec etc. I found these guys on yelp, called and spoke with the owner and set up a move in clean prior to us getting there. It was a completely empty 3b/2b 1500 sq foot home (again that was already cleaned). We provided them a code into the house and the entire job was on the honor system as no one met them to arrive or leave or watch them work. It was also hourly which I'm sometime hesitant to opt for with cleaning companies. I did ask for a deep clean, ie door handles, cabinets, base boards etc. The owner booked it and said a team of 2 would show up and it was $65/hour. I imagined with 2 people this would take MAX 3-4 hours. WELL these guys completely took advantage of us and cleaned again a completely empty already clean 1500 sq ft hour for 7.5 HOURS!!! Beyond a joke, there is absolutely no reason it should of ever taken that long. My last cleaning company would clean the same size home in 2-3 hours. Don't use these guys unless you want to get ripped off. Update - I was moving with a new born at the height of a very new pandemic and very little info. I wanted an extra set of sanitation and YES I said be thorough but I didn't mean take advantage of me. I'm happy to share text convo too from you stating the team just arrived and they mentioned, and I quote, "the place wasn't in bad shape at all" which is because it was already cleaned. This was just me going above and beyond wiping handles, door knobs, cabinets etc as again Covid-19 was brand new and I was moving with a new born. I requested cleaners to come to my new home to do a DEEP CLEAN to make sure it was spotless before my husband and I moved our belongings in! I requested said cleaning SUPER SHORT NOTICE (day of) and they were able to make it work!!!! The cleaners arrived perfectly on time and once granted access of the house got busy! They WORKED THEIR MAGIC- HARD! No but seriously, they were sweating and truly getting in all the crevasses, I was VERY IMPRESSED! They wound up spending 3 hours UPSTAIRS alone! That being said, when they moved downstairs, that's kind of when things took a little turn, not necessarily BAD but I could tell that they were tired (and it was getting late), and they cut corners, simply wiping off counters and cleaning the floor. They left around 9:30/45 (they arrived at 5pm)... And while I was told we would do a walk around of the house to make sure everything was up to snuff, my husband and I never got that. That being said, when they left (very sweet cleaners) my husband and I opened some kitchen cabinets and could tell they didn't bother even opening them, and the fridge was marked with lots of finger prints still (and easy clean I would have done first). The next day, I went back to the house KNOWING this... And brought my own cleaning supplies to pick up the slack, and yeah, I noticed many more things in the kitchen they missed. That being said, it was late, they did kill it up stairs... I guess I should have emphasized that to me, the kitchen is the most important part of the house! Ha Ha! Oh well! When I first moved into my house, I had this company come out. While the job they did was fine, it wasn't quite what I wanted (they went around objects when cleaning the floor), so I didn't hire them back. They were, however, on time, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. Fast forward a year and a half later - I moved out and had to be sure someone showed up on Saturday to clean (sometimes my cleaning lady flakes out last minute). I called we clean LA for reliability, and what I got was my mind blown. The team they sent out cleaned the house on a level I could not believe. The fridge looked brand new. They got under the kitchen cabinet drawers, did the cabinets, windows, I mean the house looked 1000x better then when I moved in. It was a three person crew and cost the same as any other move out clean I've had but 1000x better. Had I had this crew of people the first time I'd have hired them as my regular cleaners. Have used this service twice. Great customer service Prompt crews The first crew didn't finish in the 2.5 hours I had booked but they did a fabulous deep clean of EVERYTHiNG!! Including pulling apart a fan and cleaning the dust and dirt within it and thoroughly cleaning every fake plant in the apartment. I finished off with just a vacuum. We were doing a bunch of major remodeling on my 94 year-old mother's condo before renting it out, and had We Clean LA come and do a "post-construction deep cleaning." That included wiping down all the dust and sawdust from the walls, cleaning the new laminate floors, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, and fridge. They did a really great job. No dust on the walls, the fridge is sparkling, etc. They even went above and beyond and cleaned off the patio, which had all sorts of dead leaves, dirt, and other junk there. Management/the team was prompt with scheduling/response and following up about delays and progress. Exceeded my expectations. Joking aside, the team of Dan and Bee from WCLA was fantastic. They were very friendly, personable, polite, and funny/relaxed. Gave a short walkthrough and they hit a 99/100, the 1% is due to my forgetfulness. Deep clean of a ~500 sqft studio w/ pretty cruddy dishes was expected to take 2.5-3 hours, ended up approx 3.25. In a panic, with my deposit on the line, I reached out to this company looking for service the very next morning. Not only were they extremely kind and quick to respond, their team made my apartment look brand new: they did not miss a single spot (little corners, patio, and even bleaching the trash cans) and even helped me move some furniture out the door when I struggled on my own. I was super excited to try this service out- their customer service was wonderful and easy to use. The 2 ladies were an hour late, which I get, it's LA Traffic, but upon the 2 hours they were here they only got 2 bathrooms and half a kitchen cleaned. I wouldn't be that upset except one of the bathrooms wasn't even finished, very noticable dust on all the shelves and dirt on the windowsill (which upon arrival I made note of as my special request for them to clean). After they left, I had to finish cleaning for 2 hours myself to feel like I had my money well spent. Don't think I'll be using them again! ----EDIT - after writing this review, I was immediately contacted by Ellen (who I believe is the owner) to discuss my experience. Again- the great customer service. Though my first try wasn't 5 stars, I recommend trying them solely because they take care of their customers and our concerns! If I could do 0 stars, I would. I don't know if their cleaning is good, I mean in photos, their good from what I see, but their way of running business is absolutely horrifying. I booked them 10 days in advance to do a deep clean (about 4 hours) so they knew my house was going to take a while. We booked for 9am, and confirmed it 2 times over email and I recieved a call also to confirm. I give my card info, I verify everything ok we are set. The day comes, and the owner or who ever Ani is, messages me saying their workers had an emergency and they have to postpone to the afternoon. Ok , inconvinent but what can I do? So she says she will call me back in an hour to confirm the afternoon.. 2 hours pass, still no call. Oh I got an e-mail... I open it only to see that she is cancelling my appointment, and I'm not getting my house cleaned. Are you kidding me ???? If I booked you 10 days in advance, I expect you to have a back up team for me ASAP. Especially if my appt is 9am!! I think I'm the first come first serve no? Lol And then she tries to offer me another 20% off like no thank you. I'll never do business with you again. I waited and booked on my ONLY day off, I have my one year old that I paid a baby sitter to watch so they can clean, wasted all my time and money to recieve this type of service ? First We had overestimated scope of the job, then We underestimated the scope! Regardless, Their office staff is adept at sorting out difficult situations, understanding about having to work within deadlines, and more than qualified at providing the best possible solutions and ultimately the best outcome as well. For all parties involved. The customer service and FLEXIBILITY provided by BOTH the office staff and the crew of two lovely and personable women that they sent out were outstanding. The crew took direction well and unlike with other cleaning services they did not require someone to be there constantly redirecting their efforts to the most important tasks. Terrific time management skills, amazing attention to detail, superb ability to carry out directions and act independently.
