    I called We Clean LA on a Friday morning to see if they had any appts that afternoon or did Saturday morning. I was really surprised to find that they could accommodate me at the time I wanted Friday afternoon. They give a half hour window in which the cleaners will show up and they arrived right on time. I find that most people who come to work on the hours are half an hour to an hour late so this was also a nice surprise! Silvia and Salvador spent three hours cleaning out 3 bed, 2 bath home. We have two big dogs and had a house guest who was pretty messy and left coconut oil in the bathtub, on the floor and rug in bathroom. Silvia spent quite awhile cleaning that bathroom and Salvador spent awhile in the kitchen cleaning the stove and microwave - everything. It was more like a deep clean! I didn't know our stove could look so good! I would definitely recommend them and I loved that the company called after the weekend to check up on whether I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again!!

The predatory pricing of my storage company (90% increase in 2 years!) angered me so much I started doing research for getting help with cleaning out my garage so I could move my storage items into it. Looking on the web, Kari Jane's Simply Organized was so highly rated, I felt confident that she could help. By wanting to pay a good service to help me rather than an out of control storage company month after month after month, I figured I had a good budget to work. Kari was very warm and professional and confident she could help me. After describing my situation and sending photos, she scheduled me promptly. She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. I've had her come back probably every quarter to just do a refresh and each time it feels like a weight has been lifted off of me. She's truly like inviting an angel into your house. I'd thought about hiring a professional organizer for a long time, but the idea of inviting a stranger into my home to go through all our things filled me with anxiety. I kept thinking I would just focus on one small area at a time and do it myself, but at the pace I was moving it was going to take me the rest of my life. With very specific criteria in mind, I started researching organizers to help me declutter and organize most of the house and the garage. I wanted only one person, as any more would have felt too invasive. It was important for me to find someone that I would genuinely enjoy working with as I knew I would be very hands-on during the decluttering phase. I didn't want a company that was going to send a "team member"--I wanted to know exactly who was coming and feel confident I'd like them. In addition to organizing, I hoped to find someone who also had styling skills. Finally, because I expected parts of the process to feel personal and vulnerable, trust and comfort were essential. Though Tricia had fewer reviews than many other organizers, the ones she did have were so effusive I just knew she was the right fit for me. Tricia made the overwhelming process of purging just about every room in my house, including the garage, borderline enjoyable. She was patient, encouraging, and helped me get through decision after decision with candor, humor, and reason. Rooms that would have taken me days to purge alone, I finished in a few short hours. I was absolutely amazed at the amount of items I was able to get rid of in short spurts of power sorting.
