Organizangels was not only the most reliable business that I talked to, after speaking with multiple companies, but they were also the most thorough and accommodating. Randy is so amazing and she is so detailed oriented and she makes the impossible happen. She not only organized my place in North Hollywood, but she used her van to take a ton of my stuff to my hoarder mother's house in Azusa and even made sure to give away things and go through my grandma's room as well. She also connected me with more affordable workers in her company in case I needed more help and couldn't afford it. She didn't just put things away -- she created thoughtful, functional systems throughout our home, with a major focus on the master bedroom, kitchen, and garage. She even assembled furniture and hung pictures, taking care of details I didn't even think about. What could have been an overwhelming, stressful process turned into something smooth and completely manageable. Knowing she was coming by every day to handle all the small details made the entire move feel effortless. Beyond her talent, she's an absolute joy to work with -- positive, efficient, and genuinely invested in making your life easier. We're already planning to have her back once a year to help us stay on track. Everyone should have a Tricia in their lives!

TL;DR: Are you looking for the Mary Poppins of professional organizers? Look no further! Tricia is…read morepractically perfect in every way. I'd thought about hiring a professional organizer for a long time, but the idea of inviting a stranger into my home to go through all our things filled me with anxiety. I kept thinking I would just focus on one small area at a time and do it myself, but at the pace I was moving it was going to take me the rest of my life. With very specific criteria in mind, I started researching organizers to help me declutter and organize most of the house and the garage. I wanted only one person, as any more would have felt too invasive. It was important for me to find someone that I would genuinely enjoy working with as I knew I would be very hands-on during the decluttering phase. I didn't want a company that was going to send a "team member"--I wanted to know exactly who was coming and feel confident I'd like them. In addition to organizing, I hoped to find someone who also had styling skills. Finally, because I expected parts of the process to feel personal and vulnerable, trust and comfort were essential. Though Tricia had fewer reviews than many other organizers, the ones she did have were so effusive I just knew she was the right fit for me. Tricia made the overwhelming process of purging just about every room in my house, including the garage, borderline enjoyable. She was patient, encouraging, and helped me get through decision after decision with candor, humor, and reason. Rooms that would have taken me days to purge alone, I finished in a few short hours. I was absolutely amazed at the amount of items I was able to get rid of in short spurts of power sorting. Having her there to keep things moving and prevent me from getting distracted, overwhelmed, or stuck on tricky decisions made all the difference. When it came time for her to do her organizing and styling magic, I just got out of her way. I had zero anxiety about leaving her with full discretion about what to do with the rest of my stuff. Over and over again, I was amazed to see what she'd done with each space! I thought some of the spaces were pretty well organized already--nope! She made them all 10x better! Tricia went above and beyond, helping to put together new storage furniture and hanging art I'd been storing in closets. My home and garage now have only things I use and/or love. Every space is both more functional and more beautiful. Tidying up at the end of the day is a breeze because now everything has a home. As she was working her magic, I kept thinking how amazing it must be to have her help unpack a new home and put everything in the most practical place right from the start. If we ever move, I will definitely be calling Tricia to help unpack! After finishing this project, my mindset about space and stuff has permanently changed. I am so grateful that I took the plunge and called Tricia! I can't imagine taking on a task so overwhelming and personal with anyone else. On her last day, I was sad to say goodbye. Her energy was a bright spot in every day that she was here. If you are nervous to bring a stranger into your home and let them go through all your things, you can stop reading reviews now because Tricia is the person for you! If you are dreading the overwhelm of tackling any space, STOP. Make the call, set up the project time, and I promise everything will be easier and more fun than you imagined it could be. You will feel so much lighter when it is done!

My siblings and I had been stressed and overwhelmed by our mom's hoarding for years, but the…read moresituation always felt way too big for us to handle. After she was hospitalized and moved into a skilled nursing facility, I suddenly needed to end her lease and completely clear out her apartment while also dealing with a million other things on her behalf. I knew I needed more than just a junk removal or moving company. I specifically wanted a senior move manager who could coordinate the sorting, donations, hauling, moving, and storage, because the thought of finding and managing all of those vendors myself was overwhelming. I found A Clear Path through the NASMM website and was immediately impressed that they were A+ Accredited. Their website also really resonated with me because they clearly understood the emotional side of hoarding and approached these situations with compassion. Mary reached out very quickly after I submitted my project details, and I was able to schedule a Zoom consultation for the next day through their online scheduling system. She was kind, responsive, and upfront that a project of this size would be costly. After our consultation, she emailed me a detailed proposal with the full price breakdown, so I knew exactly what to expect before moving forward. Communication was fast and easy over email, and everything from scheduling the consultation to paying the invoice online felt organized and streamlined. I was still really nervous on the first day because I didn't know what to expect, but Melody, Erika, and Tito arrived right at 9:00 AM and immediately got to work after I gave them a walkthrough. They were so thoughtful and reassuring, and they always checked with me about what should be kept, donated, or thrown away. They were also incredibly meticulous. They carefully combed through everything and set aside important documents, money, and sentimental belongings, including things I had not even thought to look for, like my mom's passport and my family's Social Security cards. Knowing they were paying such close attention gave me so much peace of mind. They worked through an enormous amount of stuff during a heat wave and remained positive and efficient throughout the project. I was honestly so inspired by their work ethic. Mary had estimated that the sorting would take two full days, but they finished early on the second day! A Clear Path also coordinated the hauling with Richard and his team at Cote Trash Hauling and Cleanup. The hauling had been estimated to take two days, but they arrived right at 7:00 AM and finished the entire job in one day! I was amazed by how quickly they worked, especially since the apartment was on the second floor and there was so much to remove. By the end of the third day, the apartment was completely emptied. Richard and his team moved everything we were keeping into storage, transported the donations, and took the remaining junk to the dump. There is absolutely no way I could have handled all of this on my own, especially while juggling work and everything else related to my mom's transition. I feel so lucky that the project went as smoothly as it did! I'm incredibly grateful to Mary, Melody, Erika, Tito, Richard, and everyone else involved. They took a situation that had felt impossible for years and helped my family finally move forward. I truly cannot recommend A Clear Path enough, especially to anyone facing an overwhelming downsizing, hoarding, or senior move situation!!

I made the expensive mistake of hiring Swoon Spaces for a full home organization project, spending…read moreover $30,000 for what turned into a complete disaster. What started with a decent garage organization led me to trust them with my entire home--a decision I deeply regret. The issues: 1. Careless "organization" that consisted mostly of throwing items away without proper sorting 2. Found valuable items (I.e. designer handbag accessories) in trash bags 3. Brand new purchases still in boxes were discarded 4. Expensive vacuum parts and accessories were thrown out 5. Poor categorization throughout the house (I.e. a box labeled "electronics" had my Apple TV remove buried deep within it. 6. Spent months and more money undoing their work rather than enjoying an organized home 7. Never completed the full project despite being paid upfront 8. Owner Natalie has ignored multiple requests for a $3,536 refund for days/ services not rendered (I paid over $30K in total) What I received wasn't organization but rather rushed, thoughtless "decluttering" that prioritized making spaces look temporarily tidy over creating functional systems. After investing significant money and time, I was left with missing valuables and more disorganization than when I started.
