I have been using Sarah's services for several years now. I first learned of her organizational skills when she was contracted to organize our offices. She neatly filed and organized thousands of buttons, ribbon, trim, fabric, sketches and paperwork. It was amazing! Every time I moved which was quite frequent she helped me get set up. Now that I have children, purging and reorganizing as they grow as become a constant. She is my go to! Not only is she a great organizer but her aesthetics are impecable! She will not only have you clean and organized, she makes everything look great! This month is just helped overhaul our house once more. I feel like I'm in a whole new redecorated house and didn't have to spend a cent on new furnishings. It is so nice to open a closet and have it no only look good inside but have everything organized and no unneeded crap falling out. Highly recommend her! She is a sweet lovely person and great at her job!

I reached out to Tidy LA/Meredith by recommendation of a trusted friend. Working with Meredith has had an enormous positive impact on my day-to-day life, and I notice new ways in which she's made my life easier every time I turn around. Before my first session with Meredith, I had anxiety about being judged, feeling overwhelmed, not feeling "ready" to start, and/or being compelled to buy numerous color-coded plastic containers. However, my mind was quickly placed at ease by Meredith's understanding, intuitive, and conscientious nature. She brings skill, talent, kindness, and integrity to the entire home organizing process. Meredith quickly absorbed what I needed (both in terms of my physical and mental space) and how to best achieve results while making the process productive, peaceful, and even fun. I was involved in a way that felt comfortable to me, but Meredith made everything work. Crowded furniture and box stacks and paper piles and drawers of ephemera were pulled from dust mote purgatory, exposed to air, examined and, when that inevitable midpoint "messier than when we started" state would arrive, the arc of activity in Meredith's hands would smoothly cascade toward order - reorchestrating objects and recomposing the space into something lovely, airy, and calm. As a world-class overthinker, I've covered the waterfront of on this decision. I could always come up with reasons not to get professional organizing help - all the while, the clutter remained, my home never felt livable, and the years went by. Now, walking through my house, I do double-takes in once-chaotic, depressing rooms that have been transformed into serene and functional spaces. My *only* regret around engaging Meredith's services is not having done so sooner!

I've had her come back probably every quarter to just do a refresh and each time it feels like a weight has been lifted off of me. She's truly like inviting an angel into your house. I highly recommend her. And not only does she help you declutter, but she takes donations with her and takes the trash out for you so you don't have extra work to do when you're done decluttering. She asked all the right questions and gave me new perspectives on things (no, I don't have to keep a t-shirt that doesn't fit just because I like the funny saying on it). What started with a decent garage organization led me to trust them with my entire home--a decision I deeply regret. The issues: 1. Careless "organization" that consisted mostly of throwing items away without proper sorting 2. Found valuable items (I.e. designer handbag accessories) in trash bags 3. Brand new purchases still in boxes were discarded 4. Expensive vacuum parts and accessories were thrown out 5. Poor categorization throughout the house (I.e. a box labeled "electronics" had my Apple TV remove buried deep within it. 6. Spent months and more money undoing their work rather than enjoying an organized home 7. Never completed the full project despite being paid upfront 8. Owner Natalie has ignored multiple requests for a $3,536 refund for days/ services not rendered (I paid over $30K in total) What I received wasn't organization but rather rushed, thoughtless "decluttering" that prioritized making spaces look temporarily tidy over creating functional systems. It's possibly going to be never-ending. Plus, I want her to continue operating her business, therefore it would be in my interest to make sure she has a steady stream of clients so she stays around to help me! So here it is! As an anniversary gift to my husband I decided to have his closet and his home office organized. He is thrilled with his organized space! Though his office is still a work in progress, the finished product for now is awesome! The space just feels so much lighter! Stephanie is very respectful, prompt, fair and most of all, honest. She found money while organizing and gave it back to us! I have so many more projects for her to do and I'm so excited to get everything in order!
