    Toilets not cleaned

    Nice read. Please see pictures. Pros: Nice and friendly. Cons: Not professional. Amateur. Dont know what they are doing. Defensive. Rude. Dishonest. Suggestion: If you HAVE to go with this company, get $/job agreement than $/hour. They treated $/hour as an unlimited buffet. They took breaks, and worked slowly. I thought for 3 people, it will be done faster but they didnt even clean half as much, and still left it half uncleaned. I feel bad for leaving a bad review, but facts are facts. They are very kind and friendly ladies. After agreeing to a reduced 3 person hourly rate. They started working. Of course, the house was dirty and dusty, exactly the reason I hired professionals to clean up. The owner and I confirmed that this needs deep cleaning. She confirmed and acknowledged this. The whole house cleaning was in agreement. Without any interference, I let them clean. 3 people took way longer than I expected, but I didn't want to bother them. Once the upstairs was done, I wanted to check. After going up, I was not impressed. The water stains in the shower were as-is, toilet base was not clean. Bathroom wall base, faucet and master closet was still not clean. The wooden floor was still very dusty and the floor was scratched up by vacuum. Then they moved to living room and then the kitchen. They were just too slow. I called up the owner and told them to stop the work. I told her that they are too slow and the things they already cleaned are not cleaned. She arrived after an hour and belligerently became defensive. She kept saying the house was very dusty and I should be thankful that its at least cleaned as much. I showed her the drawers that its not even clean. She asked me for $100 more to clean up, the mess they left behind. Remember I didnt interfere while they were working upstairs. She kept complaining that it was dusty and needs a deep deep cleaning. I only agreed to deep cleaning and not deep deep cleaning (whatever that means). After that I showed them the kitchen, half was still not clean. Now she said, I should ask for deep deep deep clean, I only asked for deep clean. Learned something new, there is a deep clean and when you point out they didnt clean, they add more "deep" in that. I showed them the dried food on glass stove - she said she doesnt have tools so they will not clean it. I should be basically happy that they cleaned as much as they did and not complain. They spent another 30 mins trying to clean up the mess you didn't clean and asked me for $100 more. However, half the house was not clean or left as is and they didn't even clean the entire house. When I complained the owner said "my girls is clean your house it's enough".

I then sent a follow-up message and never received a response. I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.
