I had a great experience hiring B&J cleaning. I inquired with many other cleaning companies through yelp's inquiring and B&J was the most responsive and most fairly priced. We just wanted our bathrooms cleaned and they were very detailed. We had Brenda and Arlett doing the cleaning and they were thorough even if the cleaning was a bit later in the afternoon. I honestly thought they would rush the service because it was the end of the day but they still took their time and I appreciate their hard work. Among them, B&J combined being very responsive with also paying attention to my requests and working with me on scheduling. They offered a deep clean at a fixed price -- not the lowest bid I got, but the lower ones all had an 'hourly' escape clause when I asked, so they were really just for the first few person-hours and could easily inflate -- so I went with their offer. Today, a team of very pleasant and hard-working cleaners arrived right on time, and immediately got busy. I could hear them communicating, and see them hard at work, and they really got into the corners and crevices. I asked for deep clean, and I know know that every corner is clean - they even washed down the walls where there were stains. In short, every step of the process was easy and the quality offered was very good. I'm checking into monthly service with them now. You get what you pay for, with this company.
