The cleaners at Globus are amazing! I don't think my house has ever been this clean. We're getting ready to sell our home and needed a deep cleaning for photos, but I forgot until the end of the week and they were still able to send a team out on Monday. They came in and made quick work of every spot in the house. They are experts! They're priced competitively, but for the work they do, it feels like a steal! They were responsive when scheduling and more or less transparent with their pricing. I believe they use some sort of call center or third party to schedule, though. I opted for their flat rate + add-ons for the oven and fridge since this was my first time using them and based on their suggestion. They did tack on an additional pet fee of $20 that was not in the initial quote, but was told to me before I agreed to the total. They also had a last minute delay. They were scheduled for 1:00 PM, called me at 12:17 PM to let me know they're running late and would not come until 3:00 PM, and then came at 2:30 PM. I was not offered any sort of compensation for the delay. The work itself was fine. There was a language barrier with the two cleaners, but they understood well enough what to do. My only real complaint is that they did not put many of our toiletries and fridge items where they were originally after cleaning. They finished in about 2 hours. Considering the hourly rate was $90/hr, I did request to only pay the $180 + tip instead of the $250 flat rate + $60 additional fees ($310 total), but was denied. I understand that was what was originally agreed upon, but the lack of leniency considering their delay as well as the minimal work done, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I do feel like I heavily overpaid for the service, and will not likely use them again. read more

I'll start with the good things first: they cleaned the bathrooms well, minus sediment left in tub that should've been rinsed or wiped away. They wiped everything down, stove looks clean, floors were mopped but were left wet and in some areas there's hairs on the ground that the mop left behind. The bad stuff: they arrived an hour later than scheduled and tried to blame it on traffic. It's Labor Day, there was no traffic anywhere- I checked Google Maps and everything was green. They lied about washing the bed linens. They made the beds, claiming they were washed. When I pointed out there were hairs on the bed linens still and stains on the comforter, he said he didn't wash the comforter but he did wash the linens. I have a smart tower washing machine and I get a notice when the machines were used. There's no record of them being used while they were here. read more

**0/5 stars -- DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE** I hired this cleaning service for $250 and it was, without exaggeration, one of the worst service experiences I've had. After the clean, nothing had been put back in its original place. I had to go through my entire apartment resetting items myself. Once I looked closer, the "clean" fell apart completely: streaky bathroom mirrors, shower doors, and closet mirrors; a dusty TV stand; old food and dirt still caked on the stovetop; floors that came up dirty on a towel when I wiped them; beds so poorly made I had to strip and remake them because the sheets were on inside out and upside down; and trash that was never taken out. When I contacted the company, I got a string of apologies but no real accountability. They offered a re-clean, which was pointless once I'd already fixed everything myself, then a discount on a future service I'd never book, then a $100 partial refund on a $250 charge, and ultimately refused a full refund, claiming their own "before and after" photos proved the apartment was clean and that I hadn't provided documentation. When I sent photos and a full explanation, they went silent. I followed up after a week, then again after 10 days, with zero response. If you want a company that will nickel and dime you after doing an abysmal job, ignore your evidence, and then ghost you when you push back, this is it. I'd steer clear. read more

I needed a 2 bed 2 bath townhome cleaned as I was moving out. The cleaning team did a great job in a reasonable time. Very happy with the service provided. I'm only taking off one star because I was given a flat rate fee, and then later the price was increased about 11% because "it was dirtier than expected". In the future, please be upfront with clients if the flat rate price is subject to change based on existing condition. Overall, I was pleased with this company. read more

Requested a deep clean with a new baby coming home. We have a regular cleaner come every 2 weeks to do basic cleaning/surface level - hence why we wanted a DEEP clean from this company. They had their own definition of deep clean which was fine but they did not follow their own standards. 2 people came and did no more, and actually a little less than our regular cleaner (and were here for the same amount of time). We complained to the company and of course their solution was to come back out but with a toddler and a premie in the NICU - we had no extra time. I asked what the cost of a regular clean was for their company (as that's all they did) and the lady on the phone asked why I wanted to know that information. Never apologized or tried to make it right besides a return clean - which I assume they know most people decline anyway. Asked for payment at least 5 times in a 30 minute span while I was trying to inspect how they did and while I expressed disappointment in their cleaning. Would not use this company again. read more

This was my first time using a cleaning service, so I wasn't entirely sure how to evaluate pricing. I received quotes from several companies but ultimately chose Globus because of their quick response time. I needed a deep cleaning before an open house the following day. My initial quote was $390 and included a broad range of services. After discussing my specific needs--a surface-level deep clean (no organizing or cleaning inside drawers or cabinets), cobweb removal, dusting of blinds and windows, and vacuuming/mopping--the final quote increased to $430. While that seemed somewhat high, I understood that the additional services would require more time and effort. The cleaners arrived on time at 8:30 a.m. and finished around noon. Because I was busy working, packing, and preparing for the open house, I wasn't able to thoroughly inspect the house until after they had left. At that point, I noticed several areas that had not been properly cleaned. The blinds and windows in my daughter's room were not dusted, cobwebs remained in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room, and the shutters in the master bathroom were untouched. These were all services that I specifically requested and paid extra for, and they had been discussed and agreed upon with the owner prior to booking. I also noticed a strange residue on the bottom of the guest bathroom shower door. When I contacted the company, they responded quickly, which I appreciated. However, instead of handling the issue directly, they had the cleaners contact me personally, which I found unusual. The cleaners explained that the residue was already present and that they had attempted to remove it, so they did not believe they were responsible. The company offered to send the cleaners back to address the missed areas, but by then it was around 5:30 p.m. on a Friday. The cleaners mentioned they were no longer nearby and needed to pick up their children. Given the timing and the traffic, I declined the offer. I spoke with the owner again, who was apologetic and continued to offer a return visit, but with the open house scheduled for the next day, the timing was no longer practical. Overall, if you are looking for a basic cleaning service, I might consider using them again. However, I do not feel there was enough attention to detail, and it seems there may be communication issues within the team regarding customer requests. The additional services I specifically booked and paid for were largely overlooked, which was disappointing. In the end, I felt that I paid a premium price for what amounted to a fairly basic cleaning. read more
