They are incredibly thorough, paying attention to the little details that have consistantly earned us those coveted 5-star reviews. From spotless kitchens to immaculate bathroom, our guests consistently rave about the remarkable cleanliness of our space. Lucky is by far the best when it comes to cleaning too. I would absolutely recommend making sure she is a part of the team when requesting. We couldn't have been happier with the services provided. Highly recommended. 5 stars across the board. Stay away! I was…read morequoted $800 for a deep cleaning of a 4-bedroom home. The cleaning crew arrived at 9:00 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m. they informed me that only about 50% of the home had been completed and that they needed an additional $600 to finish the job. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was effectively left with no choice. At that point, half of the house had already been cleaned, leaving me to either pay the additional $600 or have the company walk away with the job unfinished. As the owner of a property management company, I found this business practice extremely concerning and unprofessional. If the scope of work was underestimated, that should have been identified before the work began, not after the customer is already committed. In my opinion, this pricing approach feels misleading and unethical. I would strongly encourage others to get all pricing and expectations in writing before hiring this company.

I can't say enough amazing things about Gloria and her team at Organic Cleaning!…read more I've been using this family-owned business for over a year now, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations every single time. From deep cleans to post-party cleanups, they handle it all flawlessly. What really stands out is how incredibly responsive and accommodating they are. There have been multiple times when I've made last-minute requests, and they've shown up the very next day without hesitation. That level of reliability is rare. But beyond their flexibility, they truly do an exceptional job. I have three large dogs who shed A LOT, and somehow they manage to make my floors and furniture feel spotless. They get every bit of hair off the floors, rugs, and couches. When they're done, the house not only looks amazing -- it smells so fresh and clean. I also really appreciate the thoughtful touches. If I haven't had time to prep before a deep clean, they'll lightly organize loose items and tidy things up in a way that feels respectful and helpful, never intrusive. After parties, I've been genuinely amazed. Not only do they clean everything thoroughly, but they even put the furniture back in place. Walking into a fully reset, spotless home after hosting is such a gift. Gloria and her team clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're looking for reliable, thorough, and genuinely caring cleaners, Organic Cleaning is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

I used Tlamani for a deep clean of my rental unit to transition over to new renters. I paid $450…read morefor the service, but was not present during the cleaning because I had other obligations. Accordingly, I was not there to evaluate the work in real time, but the team assured me that when I was able to make it to the unit to evaluate - if it was not up to my expectations that their work was guaranteed and they would come back. (text exchange attached). The unit was empty - no furniture in the way - so when I showed up to evaluate the work and saw what a terrible job they did I was EXTREMELY disappointed. They didn't clean out the inside of the refrigerator at all - no wiping of the fridge and they literally left a bell pepper behind which subsequently rotted and was covered in mold. They left dirt and debris inside cabinets and drawers. Stains around the toilet. Overall complete disappointment and the unit did not feel cleaned. I texted Tlamani Cleaning to confirm that their cleaning service included inside the refrigerator and cabinets/drawers - they confirmed yes - so I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested them to return to finish the job. They refused to return saying that they completed the job in full, but that her team would "receive a warning". If you're acknowledging that the quality was bad enough to warrant a warning, and you previously said that your "work was guaranteed" - then why not return to complete the job?? So now I'm stuck cleaning the unit myself and will never rely on this company again. I highly recommend NOT hiring this company because they will not complete the job or guarantee their work.
