I have been using Qinti cleaning for years so this review is long overdue. Olga is always professional, kind and very responsive. All of the teams have been great but today Nelly and Sandra went above and beyond making sure my home was especially clean in preparation of guests arriving. And they were really friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the work once they were done. I am very pleased and Qinti will always be my go to for a thorough cleaning and friendly, professional staff. read more

We have used Olga and her team for 7 years and couldn't have been happier with their service! Finding a cleaning team that truly understands the unique demands of short-term rentals is a game-changer, and Quinti is exactly that! They are incredibly thorough, paying attention to the little details that have consistantly earned us those coveted 5-star reviews. From spotless kitchens to immaculate bathroom, our guests consistently rave about the remarkable cleanliness of our space. Lucky is by far the best when it comes to cleaning too. I would absolutely recommend making sure she is a part of the team when requesting. We couldn't have been happier with the services provided. Highly recommended. 5 stars across the board. Thank you for making our AirBnB part of the top 1% globally! read more

Qinti Cleaning has been cleaning our office since 2019, and after seeing the exceptional job they did there, we quickly hired them to clean our home as well. Over the years, they have consistently provided outstanding service. Their team is efficient, thorough, friendly, dependable, and always professional. Josefina and Christy have been cleaning our home for the past several years, and they do an amazing job every time. We have six cats, so keeping up with pet hair is no small task, yet our home always looks spotless when they're finished. My husband is also very particular about organization, and Josefina and Christy are incredibly thoughtful about returning everything to its proper place. It's rare to find a cleaning service that is this reliable and attentive to detail. We highly recommend Qinti Cleaning and are especially grateful for the excellent care and service provided by Josefina and Christy. read more

It was my first time using Qinti. I had a good experience the ladies did a great job!

I've been using Qinti for a few years and they always do such a thorough job. Regina and Sandra are so great!

Really amazing work done by the sweetest women possible! Josephina and Cristi are very trustworthy, professional, and consistent. They work quickly but never leave our house anything but spotless! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone they can trust (: read more

I just signed a new lease for a rental in Hermosa Beach. The owners had this company come after I moved in to do a deep cleaning as the previous cleaners either did not show up or did not do a good job. These two employees, Sandra and Layla were amazing. The grime in the cabinets was baked on. They did not give in. Bathrooms are sparkling. Super hard workers. I will definitely be hiring them on my own. Thank you! read more

Anabi and Sandra did a wonderful job!! They were punctual and so friendly. I hired them for a move-out cleaning and I couldn't recommend them enough. Olga was also great to work with and responded to my initial request in a timely manner. I'll be using their services again! read more

Josefina and Maveli were amazing! Highly recommend them to anyone - they go above and beyond!

This is the second time I've used Qinti Cleaning for my Rental turnover. As expected, the crew (Carina) arrived on time, did an initial walk through with me on specific areas that needed special attention. Then I came back after 2 & half hours. They specifically asked me to check the areas that they had already finished & to let them know of any concerns which I appreciated. In addition, scheduling was very easy & efficient through Olga. She communicates very well & tries to accommodate our timing requirements. Their pricing is a straight per hour charge, which is better than being quoted a flat charge then finding out items excluded were of extra fees. I would definitely recommend them to other RE Investors with multiple properties for move in - move out. read more

Hired the team for a same week service and Diego/Olga were able to accommodate me. This being my second time hiring a company, Diego was very patient and helpful with answering my questions. I know I'm picky but the day of the service after the team had left, I was pleasantly surprised but their work! I would definitely recommend this company and am looking forward to booking their services again! read more

I had left an honest review when we first used Qinti Cleaning and the owner Olga reached out to me to ask what they could have done to make it better and I just shrugged it off and said it's ok we appreciate the effort. But Olga went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service. We just buried my mom and really didn't want to deal with anything but after friends and family had left, I thought maybe let's have them come back since Olga offered to have her staff come back and clean. They did an amazing job per my sister who was there. This is something they didn't have to do and yet they came and Olga the owner went by the house too, we appreciate her and her wonderful staff. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and sincere cleaning company. They will get the job done!! Thank you to Olga and her team!! We appreciate you very much!! May your business have continued success!! read more

Good work and price! I get house cleaning roughly monthly and am happy with it, not much more to say

I called for a deep cleaning for a 2br/2ba deep clean. Olga responded within 10 minutes and was able to provide same day service. The team was early and did an excellent job, cleaned inside fridge, top of fridge, bathrooms etc. The only thing I feel badly about is they were so prompt and so fast I was late meeting them. If I have a deep clean again I would highly recommend. For reference this job was 3 hours. read more

We had Qinti Cleaning to clean our house today. The result is really exceeded our expectations. The two ladies cleaned my 5 bed room and 4 bathroom house around four and half hours. They are very efficient. They vacuumed and mopped entire floor, nicely cleaned all 4 bathrooms (toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, shower glass, sinks, etc.), cleaned our kitchen (counter top, Exhaust Fan, sink, etc.), dusting all blinds, and cleaned all surfaces. With this great experience, I decided to schedule monthly services with them. I have recommended this company to my daughters and happy to recommend to anyone. read more

Qinti cleaning is the best company we ever hired, the people who work for them are so respectful and do a great job, there's no complain with them. Also the owner is a wonderful person (Olga), she goes to your place (personally) to do the estimates at a great price. I think we will work for them forever. Thank you for your great service Olga. read more

Qinti Cleaning did an amazing move-out deep cleaning for our 1 bedroom apartment. They squeezed us in last minute, and they were SO fast. Seriously, still can't believe they cleaned our entire place in a couple hours. This was the best decision I made, it would've have taken me days to clean that place! Thank you again! read more

Wow our place is spotless after Josephina and Lucky got through with it! We hadn't gotten a cleaning in 2 months and live next to the beach so things were pretty dusty and grimy. The attention to detail with minimal direction and timeliness, not to mention the lowest rate I could find in LA, makes everything about Quinti stand out. Also they were great about social distancing practices, wearing gloves and masks at all times. I will definitely be getting regular cleanings from them and encourage anyone reading this to try them out. I have a medium size home (2 bed, living room, kitchen, 4bathrooms) and it took them 4.5hrs to clean (exactly what they quoted at the start) @ $60/hr for two people. Thanks Quinti! read more

They did an awesome job. Really worked hard in my house and left it sparkling. I paid nearly $200 for 2 ladies for 3 hours, so basically 6 hours of work. They did the inside of the fridge, the blinds and the window interiors for that. It did take a while back and forth (a couple of days) to set up the time, but I was not rushed. If your cleaning is to be done for a specific event, don't leave the booking til the last minute. read more

Qinti seems to be the company I've been looking for. The owner was responsive, pleasant, accommodating to our schedule & charged me a reasonable rate with no attempt to nickel and dime. I've used Qinti cleaning twice for one off cleaning jobs, and both times the crew has been hard working and though. The first time was to clean up the house was moving into and the second time was to clean up the empty house I moved out of. They did a though job, wore masks and did everything right covid wise, and where a good value. Thanks again! read more

I have used Qinti Cleaning 4 times now on a monthly cadence and they have been consistently wonderful. I have a small 1 bdrm and it is always sparkling clean when they leave. It's a bit tough to get an appointment scheduled - but if you are patient you will hear back. Maybe not good for a last minute appointment though because of that. Highly recommend their services! read more

Probably not the cheapest gig but when I say these gals are THOROUGH! Each time they have done an amazing job, and I'll keep coming back. I had to last-minute cancel due to Covid that they baby brought home from daycare, and she was accommodating and kind. Will continue to use their help whenever we need it! read more

Olga was awesome to communicate with, her prices are very fair and her cleaners did a great job on my move-out cleaning! Would use again!

Reasonable pricing here, especially for the Westside. Olga's cleaning ladies came out and they were courteous and unphased by our mess. We have a lot of clutter that has accumulated due to 4 kids. We moved years ago from a larger house to a condo so we have way too much stuff and can't catch a breath to declutter. Her ladies worked around the mess, organized things, and cleaned with great attitudes and solid work ethic. For a first-time cleaning they were able to be in and out of here in 3 hours for a general cleaning for 1 bedroom 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. It could have easily taken 4 hours to get everything right but 3 hours was great for what I needed. We do have 2 other bedrooms but opted to not need them clean (that's what kid allowances are for). I do want to mention that my wife and I did spend time the night before decluttering as much as we could in our bathroom, kitchen, and wherever we could. I'm saying this because there is clutter but we weren't jerks. The best way I can describe it is "They get the job done." If you need a more detailed/thorough cleaning, you may need to be more specific as to what you're envisioning and needing. We're going to schedule away for once/month so we can keep some cleanliness in our house of chaos. read more

The two woman who cleaned did a great job and were super efficient and on time. I was convinced it would take them much more time than they estimated but they were done right on time! Requested several quotes from Yelp for house cleaning services. Olga was one of the first to respond and provided details about the services and gave an actual quote. Called her and set up a time for a first time deep clean. She was able to send someone that same week. The two ladies that came were very nice and did an amazing job. I have a three story townhouse with a little over 1700 sq feet. They completed the entire deep clean in 5 hours. I immediately asked to set up a reoccurring schedule for routine cleaning. So far, so happy with their service! read more

Thank you to my fellow yelpers for pointing me in the right direction! After reading many of the reviews here on Yelp, I decided to hire Qinti Cleaning to clean my 3 bed, 3.5 bath home. Olga answered the phone directly and able to politely and quickly collect all my details and set up a deep cleaning. I needed the crew to arrive early before I left for work and the ladies arrived early(!). After a brief walkthrough, they got to work and when I returned home I was extremely pleased with their work. Let's be clear, the cleaning wasn't perfect... but news flash, no cleaning ever is. I noticed 2 small areas that hadn't been dusted, but most notably the oven hadn't been cleaned. Despite these mistakes, let me be clear, you should absolutely hire them to clean your home. Here is where Qinti Cleaning earned their 5 stars. Olga contacted me twice after the cleaning, knowing that I was a new client, asking me if I was pleased with my cleaning. I let her know that I was very happy, but that the oven hadn't been done. She then insisted upon coming over the very next morning to clean it herself. No attitude, no fuss... just kindness, pride her business and true customer service. Sadly in this world of call centers, robotic checkouts and Amazon, the customer service Olga and Qinti cleaning displayed, has become a relic of the past. Needless to say, Olga will be hearing from me again... and should hopefully hear from you soon. Call Qinti, your unscrubbed toilet and unmopped floors will thank you. read more
