hired Venis Cleaning for a move-in deep clean with specific priorities: the bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, cabinets, and windowsills. I told both the owner and the cleaners that the floors were not my concern because another contractor was working on them, and I was willing to clean those myself. My priority was the detailed cleaning before moving in. To the owner's credit, he was courteous and instructed his team to stay longer and clean whatever still needed attention after I called with concerns. I genuinely appreciated his willingness to accommodate me. Unfortunately, despite the extra time, my home still did not receive a deep clean. Appliances, cabinets, windowsills, bathroom fixtures, and other detailed areas remained dirty, and I spent the following day cleaning after the cleaners. I took photos immediately after they said the work was complete and shared them with the owner and asked them to come back and complete the items asked as they had just spend over an hour in the unit and these things weren't addressed. It took a while to get a response regarding my experience but the owner eventually reduced my invoice from 6.5 hours to 5 regular cleaning hours after seeing my photos, which I appreciated, but the quality of the work still didn't justify the cost. Hiring a cleaning company should save you time--not require you to supervise the work, ask them to redo it, and then clean it yourself afterward. While the owner was kind and professional throughout our conversations, the quality of the work simply did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for move-in deep cleaning services or any cleaning services for that matter. read more

Amazing!! Kayla and Coco (sp?) were sooo sweet - they were so prompt, had no issues with my nosey dog, and did such a fantastic job. The house is absolutely spotless and they managed to get the dust out of every nook and cranny and crevice. They were great for a little while, but then they changed their number (new owner?) and everything fell apart. They're always late- I've had 2 no-shows, and their new cleaning fluid smells like a bar at 3am. They were a good value for the service, but I work more than full-time and have two kids. So if you're going to be 30 minutes late or not show up at all, it doesn't matter how good your value is. Also, I don't believe they're female owned- I've only ever spoken to a man. :( read more

I had ordered Veni's deep cleaning service the day before I was supposed to move out of my apartment and they went above and beyond to deliver. For context, we lived in a corner apartment that received virtually no sunlight with bad airflow. As a result, every room was dealing with some sort of mold problem - growth on the walls, counters, etc. the two ladies that came were thorough, professional, and able to deep clean the apartment as if it were brand new. I hired Veni's cleaning to deep clean a vacant home that had very dirty windows and blinds and a very lived in kitchen. They did a great job! Aaron was very communicative and easy to connect with and when I saw the work they did on the blinds I was in some disbelief! **Wtf I found out from the business owner that Yelp took down my review because they claimed my profile didn't have enough information and that my review might be fake. That's fucked up. I have literal proof that they came to clean my apartment. Yelp, quit taking legitimate reviews down and fucking over small businesses. I'm posting my review again. My roommate moved out and I'm about to have a few friends moving in, so I wanted to have a deep clean before they did. I browsed several different options and requested quotes from several businesses with Yelp's automated system (they chose a few businesses that I wasn't aware of until afterwards) and happened across Veni's Cleaning, which didn't have any reviews. Normally, I like to go with tried and tested businesses with a lot of feedback, just because I like to know exactly what I'm getting. However, I noticed in their description that they were a group of cleaners who have all been in other companies for years but got laid off due to Covid. I decided I'd like to give a new business a try, and I'm so glad that I did! Their rates were the most competitive I've seen but they certainly didn't skimp on the effort. My apartment was left absolutely gleaming, even the things I didn't think were even dirty! I could literally see myself in the bathtub faucet reflection. The ladies were so sweet and thorough. They cleaned each blind, all the crevices in my sofa, and they were so nice that they even arranged my bunnies' blanket neatly even though I'd told them they didn't need to clean their area! I saw it after they left and thought it was so sweet of them. Ask for Vení and Edith directly if you want a great home cleaning experience. They only took three hours to do an amazing deep clean on a 1200sf apartment that hasn't been professionally cleaned for a year. Please remember to tip them well, and offer them refreshments! These ladies were working so hard that they were sweating and out of breath, even in this cold weather. I very much appreciate all the hard work they put into my apartment- it really shows! This is a first time using Veni's cleaning service. I was not happy about previous cleaning service, so I decided to use Veni's. They were late for 1.5 hours because of heavy traffic, however they contacted us promptly. Their performance was excellent! Our master bathroom (shower room) was molded, but they cleaned so well. Veni's communicated clearly, had great availability and was willing to quote my ask whereas other companies were not. The ladies that showed up were so great and detailed that my mom said "It's a lot cleaner and they did "detail" work which your other cleaners didn't do. Floors are shiny. I was contacted right away by a super helpful manager who was able to have a team out to my house the next morning. Sofi and Edin was on time and man they didn't mess around!!
