I reached out to Aaron last minute after realizing I was simply too tired to keep cleaning our new home myself. I contacted him in the afternoon hoping for an appointment the very next morning, and he made it happen. Cenia and Maricela arrived promptly with all of their own equipment and got straight to work. They were incredibly efficient, attentive, and took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and was hoping to accomplish. They went above and beyond and did a wonderful job. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I would absolutely hire them again. Thank you, Aaron, Cenia, and Maricela! read more

They did an excellent job deep cleaning our home within 4 hours! The prices were quite affordable as well. The reason for 4/5 stars is that I would prefer if they wear the shoe covers only in the home and remove them or replace them if they need to go outside the house. Also, they did put their cleaning supplies on our hard to clean fabric instead of our easy to clean bathroom floor or laminate floor. But overall the experience was great and the cleaners were very accommodating! read more

hired Venis Cleaning for a move-in deep clean with specific priorities: the bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, cabinets, and windowsills. I told both the owner and the cleaners that the floors were not my concern because another contractor was working on them, and I was willing to clean those myself. My priority was the detailed cleaning before moving in. To the owner's credit, he was courteous and instructed his team to stay longer and clean whatever still needed attention after I called with concerns. I genuinely appreciated his willingness to accommodate me. Unfortunately, despite the extra time, my home still did not receive a deep clean. Appliances, cabinets, windowsills, bathroom fixtures, and other detailed areas remained dirty, and I spent the following day cleaning after the cleaners. I took photos immediately after they said the work was complete and shared them with the owner and asked them to come back and complete the items asked as they had just spend over an hour in the unit and these things weren't addressed. It took a while to get a response regarding my experience but the owner eventually reduced my invoice from 6.5 hours to 5 regular cleaning hours after seeing my photos, which I appreciated, but the quality of the work still didn't justify the cost. Hiring a cleaning company should save you time--not require you to supervise the work, ask them to redo it, and then clean it yourself afterward. While the owner was kind and professional throughout our conversations, the quality of the work simply did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for move-in deep cleaning services or any cleaning services for that matter. read more

Amazing!! Kayla and Coco (sp?) were sooo sweet - they were so prompt, had no issues with my nosey dog, and did such a fantastic job. The house is absolutely spotless and they managed to get the dust out of every nook and cranny and crevice. It was super easy to schedule an appointment as well - all through text and they were so responsive and thorough. Highly recommend! read more

Had them service my residential address and they did an amazing job. More than what I could have imagined. Definitely booking them again and the price was right. read more

I am blown away by the deep clean that Venis cleaning did. They really got in the cracks!! they revived my shower, stove, walls, and blinds and I am very happy with the outcome. I will definitely book again! read more

They were great for a little while, but then they changed their number (new owner?) and everything fell apart. They're always late- I've had 2 no-shows, and their new cleaning fluid smells like a bar at 3am. They were a good value for the service, but I work more than full-time and have two kids. So if you're going to be 30 minutes late or not show up at all, it doesn't matter how good your value is. Also, I don't believe they're female owned- I've only ever spoken to a man. :( read more

The quality of service. They not only clean, but are very detailed in getting things up you might not see. They're professional, fast, and efficient. Highly recommend them to everyone who needs cleaning, detailing, etc. Prices are reasonable and I value their services! Definitely 5 Stars Cleaning Service! read more

Veni's Cleaning did a great job with my move-out cleaning. They were able to come on very short notice, arrived on time, and communicated clearly about the areas I wanted their focus on. I especially needed the kitchen and Bedroom cleaned, and they did a very thorough job, even with areas that needed a lot of work. Veni's Cleaning prices were fair and reasonable, and the house was left clean, dust-free, and smelling great. I would recommend and use them again. read more

I recently hired Veni's cleaning to do some deep cleaning and I was not disappointed. The two ladies they sent out were friendly, professional, and worked extremely hard. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and the results were amazing. I would highly recommend this cleaning service for any project. read more

I had ordered Veni's deep cleaning service the day before I was supposed to move out of my apartment and they went above and beyond to deliver. For context, we lived in a corner apartment that received virtually no sunlight with bad airflow. As a result, every room was dealing with some sort of mold problem - growth on the walls, counters, etc. the two ladies that came were thorough, professional, and able to deep clean the apartment as if it were brand new. Definitely saved me from what I can only imagine would have been a huge chunk of my safety deposit. Shout out to Alma and her daughter for saving the day! I've worked with other cleaners before but none have impressed me to this extent. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of move out cleaners - the value is well worth it. read more

Fantastic professional job by two cleaners, with supplies. Great intuition on what to do and how much, for their first time in the home.

The ladies at Venis cleaning came and helped clean my home for open house not once but twice! They focused on details and my home smelled amazing! read more

We requested a deep clean and were very pleased with their service. We did have a few cleaning requests that needed attention and they were all executed well. I hired Veni's cleaning to deep clean a vacant home that had very dirty windows and blinds and a very lived in kitchen. They did a great job! Aaron was very communicative and easy to connect with and when I saw the work they did on the blinds I was in some disbelief! The blinds were so dirty we had at one point wondered if we needed to replace them. After seeing them once they'd been cleaned the idea was absurd! I'm very happy we hired Veni's Cleaning and would absolutely hire them again. read more

Veni's Cleaning was flexible and understanding of my schedule constraints. Their staff were pleasant and easy to work with. Some things in my house needed my assistance due to quirks of the items and they accepted and appreciated my help. I've had other cleaners refuse my help only to do a sub-par job because of it. They did not and my home turned out great. I would definitely hire them again. read more

We had a great experience using Veni's Cleaning to do a deep clean in our house. The two-woman cleaning team was terrific. They not only did great work but they were very good at figuring out what should go where. Tx! read more

Highly recommend Veni's Cleaning! Two ladies came to my house were very professional, they did a great job. I am 100% satisfied.

Veni's Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my mom's house. It was really dirty. We were happy with the results.

I have had this company come out and clean my Mom's house several times and it's such a big relief! My Mom and Dad are senior citizens and they can no longer maintain their home on their own so I make sure I have someone come out and clean their home so it doesn't take a toll on them. Aaron sends housekeeping to their home and the ladies always do a great job! I highly recommend their services. read more

Unfortunately they don't service my zip code anymore (too far), but Veni's Cleaning is the only cleaning company that I've been satisfied with over the years. They always did a good job cleaning my home and were very professional. Just make sure to be very clear about what you want in the beginning. Definitely will hire them again when I'm able to. read more

Amazing service. Just got our first cleaning and highly recommend Veni's. They did everything we asked and more.

First time Customer, happy Customer! After the cleaning they offered their recurring services, but also a simple ad hoc option to just add us to their monthly contact list to reach out once a month to see if we needed anything. Appreciate the customer service. We will use Veni's cleaning again! read more

I use Veni's cleaning monthly and they are extremely detailed - cleaning every crevice, and they always leave my house squeaky clean and smelling amazing. **Wtf I found out from the business owner that Yelp took down my review because they claimed my profile didn't have enough information and that my review might be fake. That's fucked up. I have literal proof that they came to clean my apartment. Yelp, quit taking legitimate reviews down and fucking over small businesses. I'm posting my review again. My roommate moved out and I'm about to have a few friends moving in, so I wanted to have a deep clean before they did. I browsed several different options and requested quotes from several businesses with Yelp's automated system (they chose a few businesses that I wasn't aware of until afterwards) and happened across Veni's Cleaning, which didn't have any reviews. Normally, I like to go with tried and tested businesses with a lot of feedback, just because I like to know exactly what I'm getting. However, I noticed in their description that they were a group of cleaners who have all been in other companies for years but got laid off due to Covid. I decided I'd like to give a new business a try, and I'm so glad that I did! Their rates were the most competitive I've seen but they certainly didn't skimp on the effort. My apartment was left absolutely gleaming, even the things I didn't think were even dirty! I could literally see myself in the bathtub faucet reflection. The ladies were so sweet and thorough. They cleaned each blind, all the crevices in my sofa, and they were so nice that they even arranged my bunnies' blanket neatly even though I'd told them they didn't need to clean their area! I saw it after they left and thought it was so sweet of them. Ask for Vení and Edith directly if you want a great home cleaning experience. They only took three hours to do an amazing deep clean on a 1200sf apartment that hasn't been professionally cleaned for a year. Please remember to tip them well, and offer them refreshments! These ladies were working so hard that they were sweating and out of breath, even in this cold weather. I very much appreciate all the hard work they put into my apartment- it really shows! Highly recommend. read more

This is an update of my old review that I made last week. I really appreciated the time and quick responsiveness of Aldo and his team. He was very accommodating to make sure that we left as happy clients. I'm sure the first time was just a little hiccup because this time around, thanks to Soco and Keyla, they did a phenomenal job! I've attached the newer pictures here, showing the before and after of what a great job they did :) read more

Updating my review because Aldo was extremely responsive to my negative review and was very understanding. He personally offered to resend a housekeeper free of charge to fix the issue but I let him know that he didn't need to. He also insisted on making things right and offered a partial refund. I appreciate this! I could tell that he takes pride in his business and want the best service for all of his clients. He mentioned that going forward he would try to get me the original housekeepers service to our home. I booked the original cleaners for next month with Aldo and hope things go smoothly as before! Thank you read more

This is a first time using Veni's cleaning service. I was not happy about previous cleaning service, so I decided to use Veni's. They worked so hard for three hours. Their performance met our expectations! read more

I can't say enough great things about Veni's. My regular cleaners were out of town, so I bid this out on Yelp. Veni's communicated clearly, had great availability and was willing to quote my ask whereas other companies were not. The ladies that showed up were so great and detailed that my mom said "It's a lot cleaner and they did "detail" work which your other cleaners didn't do. Floors are shiny. They made an effort to get a lot of dirt and grime out. The house felt different when I walked in." Pretty amazing! read more

Love that my fellow Yelpers helped me out with finding my new favorite cleaning service! I was contacted right away by a super helpful manager who was able to have a team out to my house the next morning. Sofi and Edin was on time and man they didn't mess around!! I'm in shock and in heaven with how clean these ladies got my house! They cleaned things I didn't even know could be cleaned! They were working so hard I had to remind them to breathe! Seriously though, talk about quality meeting professionalism, from my first encounter over the phone with Aaron right up until I couldn't stop hugging these Angel's after seeing how clean everything was. I felt humbled and blessed too cuz not only did they do an amazing job they were so kind on top of it! Oh, I seriously thought it was going to cost me my liver for the work they had done and I didn't care either. It was worth it. Imagine my shock when the price came back half of what I thought it was going to be. Thank you so much Brandon, Edin & Sofi.
