Meat was left rotting and leaking on top of the fridge. The inside of kitchen cabinets were horrendous. Trash/boxes were also scattered all over the rest of the house Nancy & crew came in and gave a fair estimate without being overwhelmed by the mess left. The crew scoured clean both bathrooms and the kitchen. Floors were swept, mopped and then steam cleaned. They cleaned inside all cabinets and wiped down all the walls. The house was cleaned thoroughly and swiftly. The place looked about three shades brighter! This is the third time I've used Nancy's service and this was by far the most work the team had to do. She surpassed even my high standards and expectations. Thanks Nancy!!

Lorena Pacheco has been a trusted housekeeper for a number of our South Pasadena neighbors. And now…read moreshe and her husband, David, have become so for our family, too. Recently, we hired D & L Cleaning--both Lorena and her husband--to clean our kitchen and bathroom one Saturday before the winter holidays. The work was not easy: It included a floors and shower in need of rigorous scrubbing, an oven with baked-on problems, several sets of window blinds, and lots of ledges and corners where stubborn dust and dirt had settled. We were very happy with the results. Lorena and David did a thorough and efficient job, making every kitchen and bathroom surface and corner sparkle. They brought their own cleaning products and tools, including a vacuum, but they were also comfortable using a manufacturer's floor product we provided. They worked hard to make our home clean and comfortable, and we are grateful for their services. Besides that, Lorena and David are pleasant and friendly people. We will hire them in the future, and we recommend them to others.

First off I loved how well their communication was with me. I loved how quickly I was able to get a response from their team and felt included throughout the process. 2nd their prices are UNMATCHED! Other cleaning companies charged double if not triple of what Figueroas Maintenance services charges. What stood out to me was it being a woman/ family owned company... Before she began her services, we did a walk through of the house so she could see what to expect for time management and the condition of the house. I specified what the problem areas of the house were that way we were on the same page. She left our home beautiful and ready for the day. As soon as we walked in it smelled clean. It was a pleasure to have Figueroa Maintenance Services at our home.
