Wow, they did an amazing job. I wanted my wife to come home to a sparkling clean home for her birthday weekend, but things got real cray this week, and I didn't start looking for a cleaning crew until Thursday. Enter Christian and Tidy Box. I was able to book a next day appointment, and the crew came out and did a spectacular job. Christian was super easy to work with when hiccups took place (like my vacuum breaking or a lack of street parking due to street cleaning). He was always reachable and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done right. Now, the hard part, keeping it clean til my wife comes home... read more

Josefa did a wonderful job and in a short notice. She cleaned kitchen, oven, living room, and bathrooms. I will call Tidy Box again.

They are licensed and bonded- which is so important! I've only started using them, but thus far so good! They were very courteous and professional. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling. They did a great job cleaning my house- I will continue using them & will try to update as we go. Thanks! Would recommend! read more

We booked Tidy Box for a full move-out cleaning for an 1,100 sq ft apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each associate we dealt with for booking was very pleasant and attentive to our needs/expectations and was very quick to respond which made booking extremely easy since we had to coordinate internally with 3 roommates. The price quoted was the price charged at the end of service and was a very reasonable price. Another thing I loved about their service is they were very patient with payment as they wanted to ensure we first received the photos as proof of the service. Not only are we appreciative of this fact, the photos did indeed prove an amazing job well done with the clean! I loved their service so much that I even reached out again to see if they could clean my parent's home! I've attached some photos that have a before and after for reference. Note there isn't a before of the shower doors, but you can see that they did their magic on them here! read more

I schedule a cleaning every 3 weeks for my apartment (which comes with a discount) and they have done a good job every time. The very last cleaning I had done was exceptional - my apartment smelled good, thoroughly cleaned and nicely organized. I will be requesting this specific cleaner from now on and am so appreciative of their work! read more

Cristhian and his team were amazing! So professional and responsive. Can't get over how clean my apartment is!

Edit: I am lowering my 3 star review to 1 star as the owner accused me of reviewing the wrong company and asked me to remove the review. I had reached out to him a week prior to my cleaning date asking for a date/time and my message got lost so rather than wait, my boyfriend called them instead to set it up and handled the payment. The contact information was exactly the same and done through this yelp contact. While the cleaning itself was mediocre, the owner also lost my request and then accused me of lying when I was not happy with the service. Original review: They did an adequate job for the price but it was not nearly what I expected for a move-in deep cleaning. If she couldn't immediately see or reach it, it was not cleaned. There were huge piles of dirt and dust bunnies in some corners (areas I specifically needed cleaned so I could paint), the top of the fridge is an oily dusty mess, and several of the kitchen cabinets were dusty inside. The corners of my bathroom floor have caked up dirt and rust on them still. The stove was cleaned nicely but everything really felt like a surface clean that I could have done myself. If you want a true deep clean prior to moving in, I would go with someone more thorough. I'm shocked at how bad it was considering all the 5 star reviews. read more

I'm so glad I found tidy box to do our move out cleaning. They were so easy to book, have great rates, very communicative and really paid a lot of attention to the detail of the cleaning. Our place never looked better! Angela and the team did a wonderful job, highly recommend! read more

Tidy Box saved me! Christian was so professional as he organized his nice team to do a move-out on a house I was selling. All done on a day's notice. He worked with me to customize the services I needed for this specific property. Billing and payment was a breeze. Thank you! read more

Used this cleaning company a handful of times. Things seemed okay at first, but the cleaning quality is inconsistent for the price charged, which isn't cheap. They do the bare minimum and some areas aren't cleaned (I'm not talking about things that are "extras" or uncharges... I am talking about things you'd expect to be cleaned during a normal cleaning session). The bigger issue is that their communication is extremely poor. They rescheduled on us once, okay fine. Things come up. But they just did it again -- after we had scheduled our recurring cleaning well in advance, rearranged our day to let them in and expected our place to be cleaned that day. On that occasion, they were a total no-show/no reply to messages asking for updates as to what was going on and to provide ETA of the cleaners. That is just unacceptable. Their communication is really bad and they waste your time. Not worth it, not recommended. read more

Angela does amazing work every single time. We are on a bi-weekly regular clean and hope to do deep cleans twice a year and it has made a world of difference for keeping our home tidy. read more

First time customer - great experience! Easy booking, good communication, pristine work! Thank you, Angela!

Tidy Box is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their house cleaned or deep cleaned! Their price is fair and their work is great! The cleaning crew is very fast and efficient. read more

I did everything on our end... and they ghosted us even before a single visit. Seems skeazey? I filled out all the stuff and got a reply with price. I agreed. I need the household help because my kids are disabled. Fund that helps with costs requires just a bit of paperwork from Tidy - all standard stuff. At that point, they ghosted me - even after repeat inquiries. Are they not not legit with things to hide? Just unwilling to do the least bit extra?Maybe I dodged a bullet? But what a huge waste of time. read more

Saved myself so much time and hassle trying to clean myself. The two who showed up were professional, kind, considerate and got straight to work. I received upfront pricing with a list of things they'll do for the move out cleaning. Before leaving I was given the opportunity to review everything before they left to make sure I was satisfied. Would use again! read more

I hire them for a deep cleaning in my home and it was amazing! Cecilia did a super thorough, and professional job, my place looks brand new. Compared to others quotes I received the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

I wish I had a better experience with the quality of the cleaning, as the company was very communicative and easy to book with. Unfortunately, it didn't seem that the team that showed up to do the move in deep clean really understood what that meant. When I went to do the final walk through many of the things listed by the company as part of the service hadn't been done - the oven hadn't been cleaned, many fixtures and baseboards were still dusty, etc. They stayed and completed the job, and the management team was very accommodating, but I was frustrated with how much I had to point out hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. They did a fine job for a general clean, but it wasn't the deep clean I was hoping for. read more

I have been looking for a quality cleaning service. Also, within reason of price. I have a 1bredroom house. I requested a quote for Tidy Box and they responded quickly with a price and a list of what is included. This list included everything I was looking for. I was able to make the resevation easily with the help of Tidy Box costumer service messages on yelp. Fabiola came to my home, she was on time and got straight to work. I needed a deep clean and that is what I got! More importantly, the trust and communication was on point. I left to run errands, came back to a clean home. I have booked bi-weekly services. This is truly an amazing agency. I highly recommend. I have nothing negative to say! If your looking for a good, efficient within a reasonable price cleaning service, you have found them! read more

Exceptional cleaning service. Very great detail of work. Requested a move-out deep clean and the crew left everything sparkling like new. And smelling good too. Highly recommend. Great customer service as well. Customer service was available throughout the cleaning time if needed. Will work with you again! read more

Excellent service. This is the third time ive had tidy box clean my home and the attention to detail is great. They cleaned everything i asked them to and listened to my specific instructions ( what not to wash where to organize things etc.). The price is also very good. I like that they are flat rate which is rare among cleaners read more

We tried Tidy Box this week and they did an amazing job. The communication was great, they showed up on time, and they left the home looking and smelling great! After the cleaning I let them know we'd like to schedule them for a monthly cleaning, so I'm looking forward to continuing with them. The pricing was better than every other place we got quotes from as well, so they provide excellent value for the service! read more

Tidy box did amazing work on our rental home. Communication was fast, concise and professional. Their rate was competitive and they arrived on time and were very sweet and professional. The ladies did a wonderful job cleaning up the home and getting it ready for the next tenant to move in. We were so happy with them that we will use their services for our home. Highly recommended. read more

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! I contacted Tidy Box because I am managing a little condo that was anything but tidy!! The previous tenant left it a mess. I chose Tidy Box because they had the best quote. I also had to specify that I needed additional cleaning (to get it move in ready for the next tenant), and agreed to the additional cost. Each conversation was great. The prices were fair. The job took longer than originally contracted and I ABSOLUTELY agreed to additional hourly cost. The person they sent me was Raquel. She was VERY thorough. This is my go to for help. They are easy to work with and super trustworthy! read more

They did a great job, and are very reasonably priced. We have already hired them again a couple of times since our first cleaning.

They did a tremendous job on my apartment, no complaints over here. Will book again for sure. Easy and communication was great

We had a wonderful experience using Tidy Box for a deep cleaning of a house we are moving in to. The communication from getting an estimate, to booking the service was fantastic and the cleaners arrived on time and did a wonderful job! They were also very reasonably priced compared to many other cleaning companies we inquired about. Josefa and her cleaning partner were very friendly and thorough and even pointed out some items that needed attention from our landlord that we did not notice before. An overall great experience and we will definitely use Tidy Box in the future! read more

Love the service! Great value and the clean always comes out great. I was using a similar service and sometimes the job wasn't done so I switched to Tidybox. The cleaner who comes here does a great job! So glad I switched. read more

I have been using Tidy Box for almost a year, after going thru several services, and have been extremely pleased with Christhian's professionalism and responsiveness. The housekeepers have been reliable, consistent and do quality work. My husband and I both work in separate home offices and they are very conscientious and work around our need for quietness when alerted that we are in meetings. I can't believe the difference from prior housekeeping services! read more

Christhian and team did a fabulous job! They cleaned my apartment while I was out of town and I arrived home to a spotless space. The communication was prompt, and the cleaning itself was just what I needed. Will be rebooking! read more

First of all Cristhian fit me in when I had ZERO time. And I was coordinating another bunch of things. He EVEN raced down to the house last minute for a tall enough implement to reach our ridiculously high ceilings. They even Vacuumed under the bed and got all our cat hair. Now this was a deep clean and they were there for a LONG time. I have really bad allergies so they really helped with dust and dander. I mean, I could go on and on about how hard the ladies worked! Anayeli and Angela worked very hard. Angela didn't speak English but both Cristhian and Anayeli did. So they were very detailed and did an awesome job. With tip (I tipped $100 - $50 to each woman) it was $555 but they moved my stove, moved every glass on shelves, couches etc. They were there for 6 hours! So yes, It was expensive, but for me, it was worth it. My home is everything to me. And my cat leaves hair everywhere. They cleaned it all! Even my fan! Truly grateful. I can't do this cleaning or I would be in the hospital from the dust. They even removed and cleaned my screens! It made a massive difference! read more

Team was on time, thorough, and finished early. I like the transparency of booking on Tidy Box's website so I know what I will pay. I booked my first visit by calling, to make sure that the way I described my home fit their pricing structure (and was told about the $25/extra 15 minutes), then once I had an invoice from that. I used those details to make my own booking. Prices are very fair. They were quite thorough even for places that needed a little effort to reach (like a glass end table that had stacks of papers--they still cleaned the glass). read more

Wow! Amazing job done by the Tidy Box team! My fiance and I had been looking for cleaners that seemed trustworthy, reliable, and affordable in our area, and we finally found them! The team showed up exactly when scheduled, and were so incredibly friendly and kind. I left them alone while I went to work and came back to a completely new apartment! I cannot recommend this team enough, thank you Tidy Box! read more

I called and spoke with Christian and explained that we had construction and I wanted a deep clean for this appointment. He asked the size of the house and said he would send 2 workers for the job. The night before they were to come out, Christian called me to say he was only sending one person. I said that I was not happy about that as it was a lot of work to be done. In the morning a lady showed up and said she wanted to see the house before she started. I explained that I had ordered a deep clean, however, they told her it was a regular cleaning job. She called the office, and they told her to stay and do the job. She did ok for a regular clean, if you do not care about it being really clean as she did not have a commercial vacuum, she used an electric broom and I have dogs, and residue from the construction, so that was not what I wanted. I expected her to wash my kitchen and bathroom floors, and she used a swiffer. This job was not what I expected at all. I would not call them again as I had to call another company to come out and actually clean the house as requested. read more

Tidy Box did an amazing job with cleaning up post construction dust. We will definitely keep them in mind for future services!

The two cleaners were on time and worked hard to get the job done. The price was fair. No complaints.

While Tidy Box was very responsive with fast, clear communication, I was not overwhelmed by the results of the cleaning. The cleaners forgot to clean my oven the first time, so I followed up with their management team. To their credit, they did have the cleaner return the following day; however, even after they had left the second time, the oven was far from spotless. Tl;dr, Tidy Box is great if you're looking for a communicative management team with good prices, but if you're looking for a true deep clean, I would look elsewhere. read more

I would 100% recommend Tidy Box! First of all, they were available the date and time I needed and they came all the way to Long Beach. I asked for a 2-bedroom deep cleaning and was pleasantly surprised. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service because I am so picky I usually like to do it myself, but Jessica was perfect! She got here right on time and was super nice. She made sure to ask if there was anything specific I wanted her to do before she started and was made sure to leave the office I was working in for last so I wouldn't be interrupted while I worked from home. I will definitely be hiring them again. read more

I had Tidy Box come clean my house and they did an amazing job cleaning. I had to reschedule twice and the owner was very understanding about this. The ladies were professional, on time and very friendly. My house had not been cleaned in detail for a while since my previous cleaner stopped showing up and they took their time cleaning and had a positive attitude when I explained the situation to them. I will continue to use them bi-weekly. read more
