The Karma Carpet Cleaning crew were professional, pleasant and informative about the process. When there was some streaking remaining on a chair after cleaning and treating, they came back and fixed it. All good! We are very pleased and highly recommend them. read more

John arrived today and when he left my carpet, stairs and sofa looked great. I defiantly will use them again.

I found the owner to be quite unprofessional. He maintains an unreasonable double standard with his 48-hour cancellation policy. The owner attempted to reschedule my project at 9pm the night prior and when I asked him to keep the original appointment he became unresponsive for over an hour. In the meantime I made inquiries to other vendors believing that this job would likely fall through and my project was on a very tight schedule. When I informed him promptly at 8:59am the next morning that I had scheduled another vendor for the job and would no longer need his services, he sent me an invoice for a $100 cancellation fee. When I asked him to remove it, he became very disrespectful and condescending replying, "wow, lol." He also insulted other vendors who would be available to take my project on such short notice. Buyer beware. read more

The stench, pet stains, and grime in our condo complex main stairwell carpeting was so repulsive, so nauseating --imagine the feeling right before you pass out in a neglected high school locker room filled with a legion of stray animals scampering through the running showers in 100 degree humid heat. Not any longer. Not after Karma Carpet Cleaning's enzymatic pre-cleaning treatment and truck mounted heat/pressurized cleaning and suction! Ken was responsive, stopped by to take stock of our pathetic situation. He dispatched a duo of competent courteous technicians. And a few hours later--it's as if the stairwell's circa1980's carpeting is brand new! And the price was right!--even with a tip. I will add that 2 other services estimated waaaaaaay more. This is the Good Karma I needed. read more

The cleaning job was just OK but bringing his extractor machine into my house at the bottom of the stairs was a bit too much noise wise & I wouldn't use this type of service again .Water extraction machines are best left in trucks outside of property ,imho. read more

Showed up to my emergency on a Sunday, did a perfect job, and was very reasonable. Support this business!

Been using their service for 2 years now! Fast, reliable, and always on time! Not to mention they do an amazing job

Ken's awesome and this team takes SO much pride. I had him clean a 8' x 11' rug at his plant. From the moment he responded to my request to when I got the rug back, he was friendly, highly communicative and honest. The rug had considerable stains + dirt, it was 8-years-old from Wayfair, and was in a home with a big dog and a now big kid. It had never been professionally cleaned in eight years and I had spilled coffee on it. The wear-and-tear stuff came out, the coffee did not. I waited too long to call him, and made the mistake of trying to treat it with carpet cleaners and enzyme cleaners. The lesson learned here is: Do not try to treat coffee stains, just call Ken!!! I should've caved and spent the $$$ sooner. Ken's prices were very fair AND he was great to work with. I recommend him and now need to find excuses to use his team again. read more

Amazing results! We thought we were going to have to replace our carpets. The new detergent that Kara uses made our carpets look brand new. Franky is the best! read more

Ken had also told me that he could remove the dark stains on my carpet but not the light stains. I recently had my carpet cleaned by another company. The other company did a stellar job. After speaking to Ken, I was only expecting improvement. Because of the work of this other company, my carpet looks brand new! The other company told me those were not white stains on my carpet. They said that is the color of my carpet. The cleaning solution I had used just cleaned the spots well. In contrast, Ken had told me that the cleaning solution had damaged the color of my carpet and that he could not fix that. My carpet also dried in one day after the other company cleaned it. In contrast, one of Ken's reviewers said there was dirty water coming out of his carpet three (3) days after Ken cleaned it. (I referenced that review in my previous review). I am SO glad that Ken told me he was going to pass on my job. He did me a hugh favor. I found another company that is confident, that knows their trade, and that does excellent work. I dodged a bullet. Once again, there are consequences to the way one treats people. read more

Karma Carpet Cleaning responded quickly even during the weekend to our need to have a mattress cleaned ASAP. Other possible vendors were not being as up front and clear in their communications, and so I brought my business here. Franky showed up within a day at a time that worked for me and took the steps needed to make sure the mattress could be treated with the extra hot water his vehicle provided, so he carried it out to the vehicle and cleaned it. When he got back I had a couple more large custom cushions from our dining table banquette I needed cleaned, and he had them looking new within a short time. I really appreciated his work ethic and customer service, and would definitely recommend them. read more

Great professional service. Will be calling them back to handle my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Karma Carpet Cleaners arrived on time and tried many different things to remove a tough stain for me. They wanted to how , when, with what is was stained and really whipped out the chemistry book to solve my problem. They were affordable too! read more

White sectional sofa! One stain remained, but overall Karma does an excellent job. They arrived on time & we live on the 3rd floor of a condo.. the cleaner has to bring all the equipment up. Very courteous! read more

Had a really good experience with Ken at karma carpet cleaning yesterday. My dog decided to hurl all over the bedroom floor last night at 2am. It needed a professional cleaning. Frankly and John were awesome and the job was done super fast. My carpets look great! A very good value.

Great job. Provided same day service. Will use them again next t time I need my carpets cleaned.

Great work. Fair price. Franky was a total pro, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Did a great job. Only bummer is that all my carpets were wet for over a day. I should have asked them to leave behind fans.

Ken came and thoroughly cleaned our 2 rugs. He was prompt and very professional. They looked just like how they did when I first bought them. Highly recommend! Thanks again! read more

Listen, Ken did a great job. There was a mix up with whet or not I was scheduled but neither of us let it get in the way. He still came out and did job even though it was Friday of a holiday weekend! I got a great price and he revived some really worn out areas. It wasn't just the cleaning for me. Ken was so friendly, fast and really cool to talk to. Great customer service, great work and a great guy. He's the only one I'd ever hire again!! HUGE KUDOS Ken!! read more

Ken came out the same day to clean the carpets to my apt. He's friendly and professional. He explained in detail what the carpet needed and finished in a timely manner. These are some pretty old carpets but he was able to bring them back to life. Would definitely hire him again. read more

Came out same day and cleaned a urine stain on a white linen chair and looks great! Appreciate the timeliness!

We had our office cleaned and it never had looked better. The owner came by and quoted us after he took measurements and even gave us a discount. His workers were friendly, respectful and hard working. Once the job was done the owner gave us some suggestion what NOT to do lol. We hope Karma Carpet Cleaning will be around for a long time because we will use them again. Thanks you Karma Carpet! read more

Scheduling was problematic with Ken and the main office (that's why only 4 stars) but once John was here, John did a great job at a very competitive price. Also, he is a nice guy, the kind of person that you feel comfortable having in your home. I would probably use Karma again, if I had enough time to bend to their ever-changing schedule. $180 + $20 tip = $200 total for a bedroom, a hall, and a dirt-tracked area between the front door and the kitchen. read more

Ken was very professional, showed up on time, and was very clear with his explanations. He told us his game plan with our couch at the beginning, told us the price, and exceeded our expectations. We will book him for any future upholstery/rug cleanings! read more

Saw the review and thought maybe this company can take care some spots on our carpet. We have a 997 sq ft condo, minus two baths and kitchen and dining area, probably 500 sq with carpet, not to mention the two king beds and sofas that can't be moved, leaving the only area needs to be cleaned about 300 sq. Took the guy about 45 mins to finish the job, dirty spots still there, high traffic area still look bad, I know it's cleaning, not magic....but I don't see him trying hard to really "clean" the carpet. Probably "wet vacuum" that's about it. After he left, I am still picking up pieces of dirt and pieces of food on the carpet. Carpet guy also not putting on shoe cover while cleaning. Would not recommend. read more

Karma Carpet Cleaning - Spots - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - El Segundo, California

I reached out for a quote and when I asked for a better deal closer to what I was quoted at other places they wrote a rant that I was going to get ripped off and that in 2023 it's not possible to receive a couch cleaning for under $150. I felt it was unnecessary to speak to a customer in that way and they lost my business. Would have been willing to negotiate but I did not wish to be spoken to in that manner. Edit: the owner responded and has his own side. I was simply asking for a better price and if he could not offer it that is all that had to be said. I will post my responses with him below so viewers can read for themselves. Based off of the other 1 star reviewers you can see I am not making this up. His work seems to be of high quality so if you are looking for just that then he is your guy. However, his customer service skills leave much to be desired. I personally will only give my business to those that speak to me in a kind and friendly manner. Thanks for the "well wishing" but that seems malicious as well so I'm good. Hope you are able to better your customer service in the future... read more
