Amazing. I had TERRIBLE carpet (old and lots a of pet stains, gross I know) so it was quite the challenge. Honestly, I was pretty pessimistic that a cleaning would help at all but figured it was worth a shot. Excellent job on my carpets! When I moved in a month ago I was told the stairs had been professionally cleaned, but they were still very dirty. They are now actually very clean and look new! He told me they needed the old soap removed, that's what caused the dirt. He used a defoamer and yep- carpets came clean! I didn't think they would be this good!
