I've booked VIP Maids several times over the past year, and they've been excellent every single time - professional, punctual, and thorough. When I've had to reschedule on my end, Alex has always handled it smoothly and without any hassle. You can really tell the difference in quality compared to other cleaning companies. This last visit, Lorena and Veronica did a wonderful, thorough job and we were genuinely impressed. VIP Maids is by far the best cleaning service we've used, and we'll definitely continue working with them going forward. read more

I booked VIP Maids on a total whim at about 5am on Friday hoping I could find someone for a Saturday morning cleaning. Alex called me shortly after and got everything coordinated right away. Within minutes I was scheduled and he sent Kizzy and Alice to help me out. For context, this was a 4-hour deep clean for my one bedroom apartment that included baseboards, organizing, and even laundry. I have a shihpoo who demands a lot of attention, so keeping up with deep cleaning can sometimes get away from me. When I say they saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. Beyond the quality of the cleaning, they were also just lovely people. Polite, helpful, respectful of my space, and they even gave my dog some love while they were here. They took all the trash with them when they left which I really appreciated. From the quick scheduling with Alex to the incredible work from Kizzy and Alice, this was such a great experience. If you're in the South Bay and need a deep clean, VIP Maids is absolutely worth it. Walking back into my apartment afterward honestly felt like a reset. read more

Excellent customer service!! I was in a pinch and needed my house cleaned the very next day and Alex was so helpful and was able to arrange a cleaning so quickly! They were very reliable and easy to book online. If you need cleaning done in a pinch, especially a good deep cleaning done by a team, then I would highly recommend VIP Maids. I had a 4 person team come for 4 hours. They came on time, were professional, brought their own supplies, and did an excellent and incredibly thorough job. I am only taking off 1 star because I found their services to be very expensive. However, I would use them again in the future, especially for deep cleaning. read more

I hired VIP Maids for a move in clean of my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The cleaners went above and beyond and even vacuumed and mopped the whole house. My kitchen was deep cleaned so well, my appliances were sparkling! The bathroom and laundry room were also done so incredibly well given their amount of time allotted. Also, pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work and deep cleaning that was done. I'm truly so impressed, I couldn't have asked for a better clean from Camila and Laura! read more

This was the 2nd time that Alex and VIP Maids supported my properties with post-construction cleaning. As you might imagine, dust covered every surface, cabinet interiors, and behind appliances, adhesives and films needed removal from appliances, and carpenter's guide markings covered the front of cabinetry. Camilla and her team did a wonderful job, leaving everything sparkling clean and all windows crystal clear. Camilla and her team came in on short notice on a Sunday, and they did a very thorough, professional job with a smile. They actually uncovered and resolved some issues that were unknown until they pointed them out to me. Because of their punctuality, efficiency, and attitude, Alex and VIP Maids are my go-to cleaners for all of my projects and properties. Thank you, so much, Rick read more

Roberta and Gabi were amazing! They arrived a few minutes early to walk through my house as this was a first time booking. They were very professional upon arrival. I just got home after our first cleaning with VIP Maids and omg does our house look amazing. Booking online was super easy, Alex was extremely communicative and helpful over text, and Maira and Alice did an incredible job. We were not home when the team was over, but you can feel the care that they took with our home, down to the thoughtful way my daughter's books were put back on her bookshelf. We are not fancy people in a fancy house, but coming home today feels like an absolute luxury. We will absolutely be booking again and recommending to all of our friends in the South Bay! read more

Super grateful to VIP Maids for helping us to get our house ready for sale. We were very time-constrained, but Alex managed to fit us into their schedule. He was communicative and responsive, and helpful with suggestions, when we were unsure of how much cleaning was needed. On the day itself, the cleaning crew, led by a very professional Marcia, did a beautiful job restoring the house despite the disgraceful mess the tenant had left in the kitchen. Will 100% use them again! Thank you to the whole team, for helping us through a very difficult time. Before and after photos of the great job they did with the oven! read more

I requested a move-in ready cleaning service and not long after, I got a response and guided me through the process. The day of the cleaning, the cleaners were on time and did a great job with my space especially when we had our boxes and furniture stuffed in one room. The entire process was easy and my questions were answered in a well informed manner. I would definitely request again. One note: when the cleaners come in, to make sure you explain what you want cleaned, how well to clean, etc be detailed so there are no problems. Five stars! read more

Scheduling was easy and the $50 deposit goes towards the cleaning. I had a deep cleaning with Edi & Fabiana, they estimated about 4.5 hours and they were hustling to stay in that estimated time. I was impressed with their work. My house was really dirty so I expected it to take that long or longer. They went the extra mile and did a few things I didn't expect and when they left I felt so much better about my house. My husband arrived home and said it even smells clean. We usually get hit in the face with farty dog smells. I will use them again in the future. Thank you Alex for sending a great team. read more

We needed an initial clean. Alex came to assess our needs and suggested a crew of 2. They showed up on time, got a quick "tour" and got right to work. Checked in on them from time to time - hard workers doing detailed work. The kitchen is "my domain" and it's cleaner than it's been in a long time. They found things to clean that I had forgotten about! Took 3.5 hrs, initial cleaning always takes longer. We are very happy with result. We've booked for cleaning every 2 weeks. read more

Owner promptly retuned texts and calls. Scheduling was easy. Hired them for a deep clean. Ended up costing $600. Was never even completed. The two cleaners spent the whole time talking to each other and moved exceedingly slowly. Multiple missing items including a gold bracelet. Excellent service by Lanna & Roberta! I had little time to prepare for my first cleaning service at this apartment in 5 years, but it was no issue. They discussed what I wanted to focus on, let me know how long it would take, and that it wasn't anything too challenging, which surprised me. The bathtub was stained with hair dye and mold, and it only took about an hour for the whole bathroom to be near spotless! I am actually quite shocked they hit everything on my checklist in such a short amount of time and a reasonable price. They even vacuumed the cat hair off of two pairs of my shoes that I was just going to throw away, but they look brand new now haha. I definitely recommend this service, and this team of women in particular, an all-star duo! read more

We completely renovated our home, and there were dust, dirt, and fingerprints EVERYWHERE. I was nervous about hiring a cleaning service, being a clean freak myself, so I had extremely high expectations. Julia and Maira did a phenomenal job. They were on time, professional, and kind. There wasn't much I had to point out at the end, as they were detail-oriented and did a thorough job. From start to finish, booking with VIP Maids was seamless, and Alex helped answer all questions I had prior to booking. I highly recommend their service. My place is now move-in ready, and I am so relieved! Thank you! read more

Just received a 2 hour Express service from Ana and Jackie, and this was such a blessing. In the 5 years we've lived here, I had back surgery and my husband had a brain tumor diagnosis which kept us from being able to deep clean. This house gets insanely dusty and it was so bad. They have made this home nice and clean in preparation of bringing our first baby home next month. We will be booking for a monthly service, they are so nice and amazing at what they do! read more

Great service quick responses, and they will always make sure you are satisfied before they leave your place!

Alex is super responsive. He has been unbelievably flexible and willing to work with our crazy schedule. It is also easy to book online, which is always a plus. Our cleaning team is efficient and does the little touches like folding the toilet paper and rolling the towels which really just makes me feel special. We book a 2 hour clean and our team literally cleans the entire time. I started using their service when I was postpartum after a C-section where I couldn't clean on my own and the ladies that came to help were godsent. I can't recommend VIP maids enough. read more
