Meat was left rotting and leaking on top of the fridge. The inside of kitchen cabinets were horrendous. Trash/boxes were also scattered all over the rest of the house Nancy & crew came in and gave a fair estimate without being overwhelmed by the mess left. The crew scoured clean both bathrooms and the kitchen. Floors were swept, mopped and then steam cleaned. They cleaned inside all cabinets and wiped down all the walls. The house was cleaned thoroughly and swiftly. The place looked about three shades brighter! This is the third time I've used Nancy's service and this was by far the most work the team had to do. I do wish they did steam cleaning in their deep cleaning service that I requested, since my floors and some corners still remains dark with a chalky texture and debris in the cracks of the tiles. I think their price is fair when you put yourself in their shoes but I would be happy to pay for more if they offered steam cleaning to really get the deeper dirt and gunk out my 1920's apartment. Josue was a pleasure to work with. communication was always available and clear. he even showed up to personally assist in cleaning our place. my wife and i were in and out while Josue and his two crew members worked their magic. they really did a great job in cleaning up our extremely messy house (think dust and dirt from a bathroom remodel, entire interior painting, recessed lighting installs, mold work, asbestos testing, etc., etc.), not to mention all of the heavy boxes they had to move around to get to the floor! some general tips: - be very clear on what areas you want attention paid to but be realistic in the final outcome; - DO check up on the work before they leave and if there is an area you're unsatisfied with, raise the issue; we were spoiled with their level of work and look forward to using them again. thanks Josue!

I can't say enough amazing things about Gloria and her team at Organic Cleaning!…read more I've been using this family-owned business for over a year now, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations every single time. From deep cleans to post-party cleanups, they handle it all flawlessly. What really stands out is how incredibly responsive and accommodating they are. There have been multiple times when I've made last-minute requests, and they've shown up the very next day without hesitation. That level of reliability is rare. But beyond their flexibility, they truly do an exceptional job. I have three large dogs who shed A LOT, and somehow they manage to make my floors and furniture feel spotless. They get every bit of hair off the floors, rugs, and couches. When they're done, the house not only looks amazing -- it smells so fresh and clean. I also really appreciate the thoughtful touches. If I haven't had time to prep before a deep clean, they'll lightly organize loose items and tidy things up in a way that feels respectful and helpful, never intrusive. After parties, I've been genuinely amazed. Not only do they clean everything thoroughly, but they even put the furniture back in place. Walking into a fully reset, spotless home after hosting is such a gift. Gloria and her team clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're looking for reliable, thorough, and genuinely caring cleaners, Organic Cleaning is the one. Highly, highly recommend!
