The day of the service, they sent me a lady, I won't be mentioning names, who was very slow and felt like she was deliberate to get more hours. Mind you, I was at home working with her. I was going in each room, moving things, putting things away, i did the dishes, laundry, even swept the kitchen floor to make her work easier. It took her 2 hours and 15 min to clean the small bathroom downstairs and the kitchen counter only. At this point, I asked her to start with the bedrooms upstairs and she can mop on her way down. I was giving her less tasks and stepped in to do the rest. Mind you, the kitchen counters were not even clean. I sent the company messages with pictures and videos as proof. Apparently they called her because she started rushing. On her way out I asked her if she mopped the floors, did under the beds she said yes. It turned out she didn't. The real problem is that she lied, so I can't trust her with my house. The company never apologized or acknowledged the mistakes. They had someone calling me named Gabi. When I asked about Luna, since I made the arrangements with her, they said she can't talk. The day after they said she's on a business trip. Gabi claimed that they did me a favor by giving me an already discounted price. Which is not the case, Luna gave me a price as a promo, not discounted. Bottom of line, I did not care about the money I needed an apology and I would have probably tried them again, maybe asked for another technician. But management did not have the decency to call me directly, own up for their mistakes, and went on to make me feel ungrateful for not appreciating the already discounted price.
