I reached out over the weekend to 3 different businesses and Federico was the only one who got back to me right away, allowing me to schedule a deep cleaning in just two days. The team was incredibly professional and also helped break down and dispose of some cardboard boxes which was a great help to my elderly father. I appreciate Federico's responsiveness over text, which made coordinating easy. read more

I was referred to Melgar's Cleaning Service by another cleaning company that was too busy to take the job and very happy they did! Federico and his cleaning crew did an excellent job on a deep cleaning move-out for 3 college kids. He was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided an estimate before the job. 5 stars! read more

Federico and his cleaning crew left our house spotless after we had a lot of repairs done with drywall and dust everywhere. I have never had a cleaning crew do such a thorough and deep clean. His was quick and clear with his communication. He does better with phone calls directly and text versus messages in the Yelp app but I appreciated the consistent communication throughout. Although his price was higher than any other cleaning I have had it was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend his service for anyone else that needs a true deep clean. read more

Needed a last minute cleaning and had to scramble to find someone. While other companies wanted more information and etc Federico asked me to call him at my convenience and we were able to setup an immediate date for him to come out. He pricing was fair and communication was great. I'll be using him later for my own house and recommend him to my friends. read more

First time impression using Melgar's Cleaning....5 stars I had a great experience with Melgar Cleaning Service! Federico, the owner, works alongside his team and they were all very friendly and professional. The home was cleaned thoroughly, especially the kitchen, which really needed attention. I'm looking for a service that can come once or twice a month and ideally uses environmentally friendly products. I'm not sure if Melgar's offers that as an alternative, but the quality of the cleaning was excellent. I would really like to see if the service maintains this high level of cleaning consistently. Highly recommend for dependable, detailed work! read more

If I can give a negative stars and below zero. It really sucks to see a business with 5 stars and all these FAKE ratings. Schedule a cleaning for my client they showed up and it was very basic cleaning bc the rooms were emptied. Quoted me $240 to do a basic cleaning than AFTER cleaning harassed my clients to pay $500... First off you as the cleaner or business own, shame on you. If you show up and see the work is more than you quote than SAY something. You don't get to bully people. Luckily my clients kicked them out, yet they have the audacity to come back with extra people and bully them more with threats. My clients are instructed if they approach the property again that they are to call the police for harassment and scammers . WE WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Shame on you and to all others DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Gives you a fake quote and expects you to pay more after they clean your place . Lies read more

Yesterday they came with a crew of 4 and really cleaned my house. It is not easy to clean my house because I cannot afford to do it every week. Still, Mr Frederico will come when I call him and thoroughly clean my house. I would like to do weekly but cannot afford it right now. The workers are polite and hard working. Me. Frederico treats his workers with respect. I have seen other companies treat their workers like servants so I am impressed with his fair treatment of his employees. That has an effect on how the house feels afterwards. Very good. read more

The whole experience from the initial phone call to the time the cleaners left was painless and absolutely amazing. Initial call: They answered all my questions,  made the apt very quickly and were extremely professional. The cleaners: They came within the quoted window even after letting me know they were running late but still showed up during appt. Time.  Federico and the team were extremely professional, quick and made sure I checked everything and was satisfied with how they did and offered to go over any areas that may have missed. Conclusion: I would rehire them, and will def ask for the team of cleaners mentioned above. read more

They did a fantastic job cleaning up our garage. For close to a decade the garage was a chaotic mess. After getting much boxed away we needed help getting over the hump of finishing the cleaning and organization. We hired Melgar after talking with Federico and they arrived on time, was very reasonable about the scope of the work, and took our directions in a very thoughtful and efficient manner to get it done on schedule and on budget. A very nice group of people. Will use them again. read more

Great service and value! Frederico and his team were efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend and schedule another cleaning.

We contracted Melgar's to clean just the windows in my house and our detached garage. For the WINDOWS, I had to pointed out that there still was dirt in ALL the windows' frames corners. They wanted to used a screwdriver to remove the dirt from the corners, so I gave them a plastic knife to do it (the metal screwdriver would had scratched the frames). I had to pointed out as well that couple of windows had some water spots... and asked them to plz check the rest of the house. For the GARAGE, it was awful... the garage door, the shelves, the cabinet, the wall, and the floor were poorly clean. I only went to the garage a couple of times and I had to pointed out the places that were still dirty and they had already placed boxes on those areas... I mentioned to them to please pay attention to their work, that I shouldn't be going there to supervise what they're doing. The worst part came at the end of the services when they supposed to had finished the job. I saw dust and passed my fingers on one of the boxes and yup, it was dust... When I pointed that out, very rude and with no respect, the owner told me that, what I was asking was too much, that it was abuse, and that what else I wanted from them. Not just he was rude but he started to be loud (I wish that my fiancé was here at that moment...). I said that I had asked for his service to clean and I was expecting to be cleaned. They were in a rush, ready to leave, so the owner asked me to pay the difference... I open the cabinet and it was completely dirty... they also had left many items outside the garage and I asked them to move them inside... so many flaws!!! I honesty thought they would do a better job for $450!!! My fiancé said that the quote was too expensive, we don't have too many windows in our 1,100 sq house... and the garage not that big either (one car garage). My fiancé wanted some refund... No way they would do that. They had good pics on yelp but nothing compare with what I got, to the bad work they did. After I paid them and after they left rudely, I checked the garage and found that in between the cabinet, washer, dryer, some walls, etc., they were still dirty and had spiderwebs... Very disappointed! Plus, the owner was so rude and had no respect for the customer...Will not recommend this business at all. read more

Melgar's came and cleaned my 93 year old friends house that hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. There was a team of 4 and they worked from 8:30-5:30. The transformation was incredible. Utilized Melgar's for the first time (yesterday) requesting a cleaning of our new home - kitchen and master bathroom specifically. I've never paid for professional cleaning before as my wife and I are pretty clean to begin with, but since this is a new home we decided to opt for a professional clean of two of the areas we use the most. Melgar's took our call immediately and was able to schedule an appointment right away. On the day of the cleaning the team lead, Nancy, showed up on time, was incredibly professional, and her team (4 in total) did an AMAZING job. The grout in the bathroom and kitchen looks brand new, and all the external items (food, spices, bathroom appliances, etc.) were put back in their original place. Would absolutely use again. read more

Unbelievable service. Arrived on time, no surprises. Highly recommended. My home is cleaner than it's ever been.

I needed a cleaning company for a rental I needed to turn over. Frederico and his crew did not disappoint. When I called, he answered, told me about their services. Was able to secure a day and time easily. On the day he texted me when they were 20 min away. Was well in his time window. Did the job and all the things I asked him to do in the time frame given. Will definitely hire Melgars again! read more

We needed a deep clean for an open house. Their representative came to the house to review the house, then e-mailed a quote. We accepted and set a date for the job. They called the day before and the morning of cleaning to confirm everything. They arrived with a crew of four and set to work. When they left the house sparkled. (Took about 4 hours.) Great attention to detail. This was money well spent and we will call Melgar's when this type of clean is needed again. read more

Family decided to come into town last minute and with 8 month old and work schedule we wouldn't have been able to clean our house on our own. Despite being booked, Federico and his team made a special appointment for us and came at 6 am on a Saturday to clean so the house could be clean for our visitors later that day. They cleaned things we didn't even expect them to clean and did a good job every else. read more

We have had several different cleaning companies come over the years none of which have been great. We have paid for "deep cleaning" etc and all of the other extras, none of which amounted to even a good regular cleaning. This is the first one that has met and exceeded our expectations. They are not the cheapest service out there by far but they are well worth the price! Federico showed up with a crew of people, walked through the job and got to work right away. They moved the carpets and furniture to clean underneath and dusted the picture frames, window sills and light fixtures. They really cleaned the floors well and every surface felt clean and shiny when they were finished. If you really want a job well done, call Melgar's Cleaning service! read more

Our prior cleaners canceled the day prior to our scheduled Saturday house cleaning, so I called Melgars cleaning service and they they were quickly able to get us scheduled for a house cleaning on that Saturday. We didn't know what to expect, but we found that we were pleasantly surprised with how well the house was cleaned (they even got the chandeliers and ceiling fans) and how fast the 3 person crew were able to work. I'm definitely hiring them again for monthly cleaning (which there is a sizable discount for). read more

Melgar's team helped me on a Sunday to put my house back in order after 4 days of painters and in preparation for a photo shoot the next day. The team came on time and even brought their own supplies and equipment. They got to work immediately and in a few hours the house was shinning again. It was a big relief for me since I had injured my hip and could not do it myself. I would highly recommend this group. Thank you for your assistance in such short notice read more
