I am SO glad I booked Confident Cleanings! My parents' house has never been professionally deep-cleaned so James and Darien had their work cut out for them. My parents and I are amazed at the quality of their work. The house was absolutely sparkling at the end of the day (it took over 9 hours!!!). They took direction very well, and paid so much attention to the details, which has not been my experience among house cleaners, sadly. I also appreciated James' communication leading up to cleaning day. He walked through the house with me ahead of time to fully understand the scope, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was great at communicating over text, and showed up promptly on cleaning day. It took way longer than anticipated due to the stubbornness of the grime, but the guys took it in stride and refused to leave until the job was done. First time ever having my home professionally cleaned so it was a big job I'm sure! The guys did a great job....it needed a lot of work on kitchen cabinets and baseboards in the entire house! To say they were grimy is an understatement! Shout out to Darian who did an AWESOME JOB on the kitchen cabinets! Also my hallway walls were so dirty from our german shepherd thinking the wall is his scratch pad! James did great and it is basically unnoticeable! Took a bit longer than I anticipated, but I'm glad they didn't just rush through to get out because it was taking so long! Will definitely be calling them again! read more

Needed someone to clean my mom's house asap because we had a photographer coming in the following week to take pictures so we could list the house for rent. James was quick to respond and was willing to come on a Sunday to clean the house. He and Kathleen did an amazing job in cleaning the whole house(4,000 sqft) in 6.5 hours everything was practically spotless and the house smelled so nice afterwards! After a holiday trip to my parents house, I knew it was time to get my elderly parents some help cleaning their home. I found Confident Cleaners on Yelp and requested a quote. Bianca and her son were super responsive and communicative in setting the service up. The rates were competitive, too. The true test was what my mom thought about their service. Afterwards my mom sent me this note: OMG our house was so clean. They spent 6 hours to make our house spic & span. They were a duo, mother & son. They cleaned the whole house, the floor, window sills, the windows inside, base boards, all the mirrors, glass tables, TVs, wiped all cabinet doors in the whole house, the microwave, stove & hood, the bathrooms squeaky clean. I can't believe how thorough they really cleaned our house in 6 hours. I had cleaners in the past but no comparison! They cleaned every corner of our house. Both your Dad & I are happy. read more

Confident Cleanings responded to my inquiry quickly and professionally. I was looking for deep cleaning for two bathrooms after someone had moved out. I had previously spent hours trying to remove shower mildew with only sore arms, back, and neck as a result. James came and by the time he left, it was like new. Both bathrooms look incredibly clean. I had requested 3 hours, but it ended up taking 4 hours (an indication of how dire the bathrooms were). These folks were unbelievably thorough; great work. Did a great job on everything I asked them to do and were very good communicators.

First off let me say that the customer service was great and the employees were some nice kids, hopefully this review provides some constructive criticism for them. I had them do a deep clean and the price was very fair. However one of the ladies was on her phone the majority of the time or at least every time I looked over( which wasn't very often). This would have been all well and good if they provided a quality cleaning but that was not the case. With a deep cleaning I expect them to move furniture and kitchen mats around and not to sweep and mop around those items, but that's exactly what they did. I moved my mat to repaint my baseboards and the same dirt and grime was right by my baseboards as well as popcorn kernels; and under the bean bag in my living room, a shoe was under it still as well as clippings from my Xmas tree thusly proving that they did not do a thorough job. My couch also easily slides around on my ceramic floors and it was also not moved to clean under. Finally the area behind my dining table still had water marks and grime.
