I've gotta say it, because you have to call it out when you see it. This company is truly something else. They go above and beyond. Jennifer with their customer service is outstanding and the cleaning crew is stellar. We had Alassia arrive at our home yesterday 9/11/26. She had all her supplies and was ready to get to work. I had filled out the assignment sheet ahead of time so she knew exactly what I needed done and in what priority I wanted it done in. She was thorough and quick. She did a fantastic job and we greatly appreciate the help. Thank you Pink Sponge for sending her!! read more

I had been using Pink Sponge since they were Melania's Cleaning, so I was a loyal customer for several years. Overall, my experience was okay--not terrible, but not exceptional either. The main reason I decided to stop using their services was a significant price increase of about $200, which I found difficult to justify. Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost. I'm giving Pink Sponge 3 stars because the customer service was consistently good, and when the cleaning was done well, it was excellent. However, the inconsistent quality combined with the higher pricing made it difficult for me to continue as a customer. read more

Do not waste your time! I reached out to this company and they confirmed they could come the same day. Great, right? Wrong. They cancelled. No problem, things happen -- so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for Monday at 11am. Monday morning rolls around, and they cancel again. No urgency and no effort to make it right quickly. Instead, they asked me to wait an entire additional week. That is two last-minute cancellations, zero follow-through, and a complete disregard for my time. Running a household means scheduling matters. I blocked off time, made arrangements, and was let down -- twice. Consistency and reliability are the bare minimum for any service provider. This company couldn't deliver either. If you value your time and need a cleaner you can actually count on, look elsewhere. read more

Wouldn't hire them or recommend. There was still trash on the floor that should've been swept up. The bathrooms don't look like they were even touched. Waste of $500. They always have great customer service, they are always flexible with me when I need to make a last minute change or have an issue with my payments. Their cleaning is top notch. I had a great experience with Pink Sponge in Glendora! The service was excellent, everything was handled with care, and Valerie was amazing. I'm giving Pink Sponge 4 stars for my recent experience. While $255/month is a bit pricey and the staff consistency can vary, Frankie was fantastic this time around. She did an incredible job on the details, she even cleaned the baseboards and was careful to put everything back where it belonged. The kitchen (sink and counters), bathroom (toilet, tub, and fan), and all the rooms (including ceiling fans) are spotless. If the service was always this high-quality, it would easily be 5 stars. Highly recommend asking for Frankie! read more

We used this team multiple times about a year or two ago. They are always friendly, professional, and great with pets. During a particularly difficult season for me, they were a huge help -- not just cleaning, but helping me work through piles and reset my space. That support meant more than they probably realized. They do a great job with maintenance cleaning and helping refresh and organize a home. If you're looking for ongoing upkeep or a reset with a kind, energetic team, they're a solid choice. I'd just recommend discussing in advance exactly what level of detail you're hoping for so expectations align. Overall, very kind people who made a positive difference for me when I needed it. read more

I hired Pink Sponge for a deep clean of my 1,000 sq ft condo and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. 1. Miscommunication from the Start I reached out via text and requested a deep clean, including walls, baseboards, and the garage. However, when the cleaner arrived, she was under the impression that only the walls, baseboards, and garage were expected. Because of this miscommunication, she spent the first 20 minutes on the phone with her office trying to clarify the scope. Eventually, I told her to just start the job, and that if she needed more time, I would be open to adding extra hour. 2. Understaffed and Poor Value Maybe it's just me, but in my experience, cleaning crews usually come in pairs -- especially when charging by the hour. In this case, only one person was sent, and I was not informed ahead of time. I later learned that if they had sent two people, the price would have doubled -- again, not communicated upfront. Also, that would mean paying almost $600 for a 1000sq ft condo?! 3. Unacceptable Quality of Work By the 2.5-hour mark, she claimed to have finished cleaning the kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, yet none of the rooms were vacuumed or mopped, and many surfaces were still dirty. I'll be uploading photo evidence of the work that was left undone. When I asked she said bedrooms surfaces are not wiped and no vacuum, so in reality at this point she has only half way done with 2 bathrooms and kitchen What stood out even more was that, during my inspection, I noticed the door frames were untouched, even though I had specifically told her in the beginning that I wanted all doors wiped down. When I pointed it out, she responded (I'm quoting her exact words)-- "I have to be told to clean that." Then she asked, "So do you want me to clean it?" -- it was frustrating that something so basic had to be requested again after I had already stated it. 4. No Resolution from the Office I reached out to the office with a detailed explanation of what went wrong and sent photos showing the issues. At first, I was told a refund request would be submitted on my behalf. But after a few emails back and forth, they stopped responding entirely -- no follow-up, no accountability, and no resolution. 5. Unprofessional On-Site Experience The cleaner took a lunch break at 11:30am., just 2.5 hours into a three-hour job that started at 9:00 a.m. I understand that W-2 employees may be required to take breaks, but I was hiring a crew for a project, not managing an employee's shift. What felt unprofessional was that she left the house for 30 minutes, with all her tools and equipment left scattered throughout, with only 30 minutes of working time left. It disrupted the momentum of the job and didn't reflect the professionalism I expected. I understand that running a small business is not easy. That's why I didn't post this review right away. I gave the company a chance to resolve it. I explained everything in detail over the phone, provided photos, and was very clear about why I was disappointed. At the end of the day, all I wanted was a response. If they believe this is the level of service they stand behind and that charging $267 was fair, I accept that -- and I have the right to share my experience publicly. But if they believe a refund is appropriate based on the actual quality of the work, then they should have taken actions and at least communicated with me. read more

The owner personally visited my home and quoted $510 for 3 hr job that should take no more than 4 hours with 2 professional cleaners. Instead, it took 8 hours, disrupting my workday. One worker was professional and did most of the work, while the second seemed inexperienced, so the results were really good/satisfactory, not stellar -- I even stepped in to clean my own stovetop burners when the newer worker struggled. While the owner did honor the rate, she reminded me it was "an estimate." I had agreed to 2 cleaners because a single worker from this company previously took over 8 hours, so I expected 2 professionals to finish in half the time. I would never have agreed to an open-ended job at $150/hour. Overall, the workers did a good job, but one was pretty tired . Not a good fit for o. The time it took left me disappointed. 2.5/5 . read more

Wow! Next level cleaning service! Pink sponge does personal quotes, not generic hourly quotes like most folks. Jennifer came to my house the day after I request a quote to do a quick walk through and asked us what we were looking for in their services. She was so kind and I immediately felt like I was talking to a dear friend. She won me over talking about the volunteer work Pink Sponge does in their community. Valerie came and cleaned our house a few days later at the scheduled time and again we felt like a friend was popping in to say hello. She cared for all our immediate cleaning needs and was such a pleasant person to have in our home. It's always a bit awkward and even vulnerable, letting strangers into your personal space and asking them to clean up after you, but Valerie was so great with it all! She approached our home with grace and professionalism and was an absolute pleasure! I hope she comes back for our next scheduled cleaning. Thank you to the Pink Sponge team and special appreciation for Jennifer and Valerie! (Sorry I forgot to take before and after photos, but rest assured they will take care of what you need. Just make sure if there is something particular you want done, don't be shy about bringing it up.) read more

I also love that I can schedule for them to help me with some light organizing and support for pre and post holiday flurry, they are so accommodating. I think one of the hallmarks of their service and you really feel like they maximize their time and energy! I also have a few favs, but I have never been disappointed with anyone they have sent!!! I've been using Pink Sponge on and off for years, through two moves. However, yesterday I had the best clean I've ever experienced with the company. Carlos is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and care he put into cleaning my home made it feel like he truly cared--as if he were cleaning his own space. He should absolutely be training others--he's phenomenal at what he does. Thank you, Carlos, for the love and care you showed while cleaning my home. It definitely didn't go unnoticed! read more

I'm so happy that Carlos L. was sent to my house for the second time! He truly has been one of the most effective, efficient, and thorough angels that have cleaned my home. We had fallen very behind on deep cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen because of our work schedules, and we always love seeing the pink beetles around town, so we called up Pink Sponge. We had a phone call and an appointment scheduled quickly (they walked us through our options and we knew it would be a major job to scrub our disgusting stovetop, so we chose a custom deep cleaning). Jannis arrived and got right to work after we showed her what we needed done and the tools we hoped would help her cut through an extremely gross amount of grease. She worked tirelessly for HOURS and when she was done, our bathroom and kitchen were cleaner than we have ever seen them! It is true that Pink Sponge is probably a bit more expensive than an unlicensed cleaner, but we found the rates to be very reasonable and we support living wages for employees (not to mention Jannis did a better job than any individual cleaner we've ever hired previously). It was well worth the cost, and we plan to hire Pink Sponge to come out regularly to make sure we never have a gross stovetop again!! read more

Incredible Service! Life-Changing Experience! Let me start by saying I am OBSESSED with Cheyenne from Pink Sponge! As a full-time working single mom, I've always struggled to keep my home clean. After booking an initial 4-hour custom clean and weekly maintenance with Cheyenne, my life has completely changed--I finally have a home that's guest-ready at any time! Cheyenne came into my home with zero judgment about the mountain of clean laundry I hadn't folded or the cluttered rooms. She worked so quickly and efficiently, I was in awe. She asked me exactly how I wanted everything organized and put away, and the results were nothing short of amazing. My home looked professionally cleaned and organized, and for the first time in a long time, I can actually breathe and enjoy my space. If you're feeling unsure or self-conscious about hiring help, let this be your sign--it's 100% worth it. Having Pink Sponge in my life feels like the ultimate act of self-care. Their service gives me the time to focus on work, enjoy family and friends, and most importantly, be the Mom I want to be in the home we deserve. Thank you so much, Cheyenne, for everything you do for us, you are truly a God send! read more

Our regular cleaner got sick and could not make it as scheduled, but I needed cleaning badly especially because we have guests coming over today. So, just the fact that they were able to send someone on less than 24 hours request has been incredibly helpful. I am so grateful. I requested their 3 hour custom service. Emily showed up on time and listened to what I needed. She did a wonderful job and left my home sparkling clean. I highly recommend Pink Sponge in general and Emily specifically for how accommodating and professional the overall service has been for us. Also, good manners and listening to client needs is so rare to find these days and Emily was exactly that. We've been searching for a good cleaning service for quite a while. As always I turned to YELP and soon found Pink Sponge. I made contact and set up an appointment for a cleaning. I was very specific about where and what I wanted clean in my request. Pink sponge arrived on the date as expected and on time. Rebecca introduced herself and asked where the locations were which I had previously designated. She went right to work. A couple hours later she advised she was done. I inspected her work and was surprisingly pleased at the quality of her work. On top of that it was noticeable that the company used great products which cleaned areas very well. My tables, countertops, and floors shined, the dust from the most obscure places was removed and my carpets were vacuumed. It was my first time ever using a cleaning service to help clean my house before an event, so I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. Communication with Jennifer was easy. She booked my appointment, explained the process, and emailed me a checklist to help prioritize what was more important for me to have cleaned. I was told I would have the cleaner for 3 hours, she may or may not be able to get through everything in that time frame, but we would do walk through at the end and I would know then if she wasn't able to get to something. The cleaner (can't remember her name) showed up on time and got right to work. She ended up getting to EVERYTHING on my list and then some. I was mostly in my backyard doing yard work to be out of her way, and as the 3 hour mark approached, I went inside to be available for the walk through only to find that she had already left. No walk through, just a note on my dining table. I figured maybe since she got to everything she didn't need to, but I was under the impression that it would happen regardless. I was very pleased with how she left everything so sparkly and spotless, particularly in my kitchen and bathrooms. It wasn't until later that evening that I noticed my microwave had a crack on the vent that wasn't there before and coincidentally it was not functioning. Mind you, I had warmed up my coffee earlier that morning so my microwave was in working condition earlier before the cleaner showed up. I understand accidents happen and the cleaner may or may not have realized, so I reached out to Jennifer and I was impressed by the customer service I received. She worked with me right away to try to make it right and kept in contact with me until we got the microwave repaired. She was so great to work with and I'm very thankful. Despite the small hiccup, I'll be using this company again due to their impressive and detailed service and for keeping their customers happy! read more

Too expensive . Nice people, only 1 worker not enough time to get to everything. No discount for seniors

Alassia is absolutely amazing. She cleaned everything I wanted cleaned. Wonderful personality. I will definitely hire her again.

It pains me to write a one star review for a small business. However, this company is completely devoid of any quality work and is not capable of providing even adequate customer service. I met Judy, and she provided me the initial consultation. She was so warm and friendly, and assured me that they take pride in providing quality work. She showed me the checklist system, so the employees that work for the company will not miss some thing. However, it seemed to be a trend of always missing some thing. My first clean was a deep clean, and was actually pretty decent. The one startling issue I had with that time, was that the gal cleaning the house pushed my alarm and triggered it - which would have had to be intentional because you have to press down the button for a certain amount of time. Sandie called me and I had to give my alarm code to my home to a stranger. Just because someone is inside cleaning my home, does not mean that I want them to have my alarm code. That was slightly weird. When I got home, they missed the fridge clean which was provided as an extra with the initial clean. I paid a fortune for the deep clean despite having a clean home and being complimented on it. Of course, I was upset after paying so much and not getting what was promised. I tried to reach someone at Pink Sponge about this, and it took over a week to have anyone get back to me. All of a sudden, the person that you could text and call regarding service wouldn't respond to any messages. When you were paying almost double the initial cost, you would think that they would not miss anything. Especially, something that big. They assured me that they would do it the next time, and thoroughly apologized. THEN, they did not provide that fridge clean the next THREE times. After the first clean, they also failed to mop and sweep my floors and left hair on the floors ...every single time. I texted them pictures, and would not get a response. All I was asking for was them to just clean. I'm not walking around with a white glove, I just see that they did not even clean that area of the bathroom. Why would I pay someone to come clean my house if they did not even clean? I knew something was fishy when my ring camera would go off and I noticed that they were in and out of the house in about an hour and 40 minutes. It was always different girls, and twice, they couldnt find the hide a key when there was a box that said key in my mailbox. I got several calls while I was at work asking me about this. It was in the same spot, every single time. Upon further cleanings, they would miss dusting, taking out trash, you name it. They never cleaned my mirrors in my rooms. The last time they came, they did not even vacuum. Really? Initially, I was dealing with Sandi, then the new manager Jennifer blamed bad management prior and that they were working on things. It escalated to a point, that Judy had to come out with another gal and clean for two hours after one clean because of the fact that so much was missed. She apologized and it was apparent that she knew that the work was not being done. In terms of communication; every time I would call, it was almost impossible to reach Jennifer the manager. I was told that she was on jobs and was busy, and that she would call me, only to not hear from her for several days. Then, I get a text message asking why I have not been able to be reached. I looked at my phone, and had zero calls from them AND no voicemails. So I asked them to please call me or I would call them. Once I called after not hearing back, I was assured that Jennifer would call me and she did not. Then, the gal called me back and asked if she could call at 6:30 at night. No, I'm sorry but why should I be inconvenienced when the company is not providing quality service? A manager should take five minutes to call a customer that is obviously upset. I shouldn't have to go to great lengths to make this right. I was perfectly kind and understanding each time they missed the mark. I explained to Jennifer kindly on the phone, that I just want them to actually clean the house. I hired a service because I needed the help around the house. Why would I pay $169 every two weeks for someone to come over here and not do their job? When you have one of the managers come back and clean with assistance for that long, how can it not dawn on them that perhaps they are hiring staff that do not want to actually clean? I make their job easy. I pick up everything off the floor, I even find myself cleaning up a bit before they come. I don't leave anything on the counters, I just wanted them to perform as promised. I've asked multiple times for at least a refund of my last payment for cleaning. I have never received the services that I was promised. That was on a Friday, and I was assured by Jennifer that she would be in the office Monday and would respond to me. Here we are, on Wednesday, nothing. read more
