I had left a previous review for this company, and was notified by Yelp because they wanted to remove the review, and the company said that I did not receive service from them. I sure did receive service from this company and it's in unethical business practices to lie about customers in order to remove negative reviews. There is a picture of Judy, in the pictures of the company, and she works for another company that cleans as well.I have attached pictures of the actual conversations I had with Mylenia. This company came out and Jen was the lady who did my initial walk-through. She was super kind and I really believed that they would do a good job. After coming to clean, they did an awful job. I've been a client of Myelenia Cleaners since 2017. Some driven young women as college friends built this business and I was inspired! Jen did a walk thru of our home and we signed some paperwork. She is a Sweetheart. I appreciated the straightforwardness as they claim to not do "deep cleanings" in one visit. Every cleaner I've encountered have always been so tolerant and even affectionate around our 2 energetic vizsla dogs. I've always been overall happy with their services in the past. There were hiccups along the way and the company was initially great to work with. Then the cleaners began to arrive late or not at all-twice! On one occasion, the cleaners arrived unexpectedly-this was a year ago, so I didn't request services thereafter. I just felt like my time wasn't valued (STRIKE 1). I advised the company and my concerns were ignored (STRIKE 2). After all this, I was begged to leave a nice Yelp review and put a sign up in my yard advertising their services. I underwent surgery recently and called, deciding to give Myelenia Cleaners another chance. The cleaning seemed to be going well. I visited with a neighbor to stay out of their way. My neighbor and I had a full view of my home, and was surprised to watch one of the cleaners return back to their car after 90 min into the service. She must have been standing behind her car for 20-30 min checking her phone, before my very eyes, until the other cleaner came out. Then they left. Maybe she was addressing an emergency? I was charged a full 2 hours/2 cleaners for their services (STRIKE 3). I did not expect a deep cleaning, yet both bathtubs/showers appeared to be untouched. My spouse, without knowing what happened, left a $50 tip. I addressed my frustration with the company via email and was again ignored! I'm not sure what their issue is with addressing complaints. This was my last straw. I don't expect perfection, but I do appreciate being acknowledged as a person when I pay for a service and communicate a concern. I also will not stand being charged for service time I did not receive-they charge by the hour, per person. Things in life happen and there is nothing wrong with straightforwardness. At first the service was okay. Not great, but okay. Had to complain several times. I really wanted a service that did the job and made my busy life simpler. Now they wanted me to take time out of my day so they can sell ME more services. Could not dissuade them about the upscale and I am sure they wanted to add more costs. Is it possible just to have a service that efficiently gets the job done? No muss,no fuss. Overall a 2 star and maybe a 3 if they would stop the hard sales pitch!! OVEN was completely dirty! Initial contact with Jennifer over Yelp was a good experience. However, on the day of the service, I spoke to an older lady over the phone who was just plain rude. The company gave me a window of 2 hours, but they arrive 30 minutes later than the window. The service was not as I hope it would be based on the reviews. I did inform them that I wanted the oven clean when they first arrived. After 2 hours of cleaning just the bathrooms and kitchen, the oven was still completely dirty, like it was never cleaned. I asked about it and was told it was burnt marks. Clearly, they don't have a strategy in cleaning. They should have known to spray down the oven first and let it sit while cleaning the rest of the area. Or they just don't have the right products to clean it professionally. I clean it myself with my own product and it looks brand new now. Also they swept the ceiling with the same broom that they swept with the floor with. Disappointing. Just had our first cleaning and I am very happy with the work. Jen came out to look at the house and go over service with me. She was thorough and helped me know what to expect. The crew did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier! Update--it's been a couple of months since Mylenia started cleaning our home. Every two weeks they clean from top to bottom. Ok, so I'm about to vent. I know customer service is very very important! Debra and I talked to each on the phone and she was by far the sweetest' so I applaud that!!!! I'm very happy with how kind she was under the circumstances. So thank you Debra! I needed a DEEP cleaning. I expressed that very much in emails, on the phone, and I said that I need a deep cleaning. A deep cleaning to me is cleaning things that most people will miss, like baseboards, light switch covers, behind furniture, underneath rugs. Extra loving touch! However not only did I not receive a deep cleaning, but even the basics weren't good! Things were dusty, and my sinks weren't done properly. I am so upset with how the outcome was! I don't get how you miss such simple things! They were going to charge me over $150. For this? Also they don't use deep products like Clorox or lime away, they used a towel to mop with a stick, they use what looks like water mixed with something. I could have gotten a deeper cleaning with an old lady. I needed the house done for my boyfriend to move down. It needed to be ready by Monday. They offered someone else to come in but I dont know i thought about. read more

Excellent customer service. They arrived exactly on time and did a great job cleaning our home. When they were done, they asked me to inspect the house and see if there was anything else l wanted them to clean before leaving. They were thorough and took care with our belongings and our home (I had a previous housekeeper that was so rushed they banged up baseboards with vacuum. I never felt like the girls were rushing to get to the next job). This is a great company and I've already recommended them to my coworkers. read more

My wife was knocked down by a car in Summer 2015 and was still working on recovery when she went back to work in the Fall. When I got a new job starting in September 2015 we decided we needed help cleaning our small apartment. We never used home cleaning services before. Mylenia's teams have been coming every other week for the past 14 months, with occasional re-scheduling during busy times. Each cleaning day when we arrive home we are thankful and grateful for Mylenia's work and thoughtfulness. We have the most basic service contract with Mylenia - just surface cleaning and dusting, cleaning two bathrooms, and vacuuming the floors. As many have mentioned in these reviews, Jen was clear and professional at our first meeting, walking us through the terms and conditions of our contract, what would be cleaned and what would not. She also listened attentively and let us walk her through our needs and expectations. On their first visit we appreciated that Odie and Vey took time to learn our preferences. Although Mylenia has been unable to field the same team to us every week their work has been consistent. We have no complaints. Of course, we do our own part to clean and maintain our apartment. But it is a pleasure to come back on Cleaning Day (we call it Mylenia Day now!) to our freshly aired and dusted home. We also appreciate very much the thoughtful and homely finishing touches that each team, and sometimes Jen herself, leave behind. It often feels like we're coming back to a freshly cleaned hotel suite! We are very thankful and touched by the care that Mylenia takes with our things and often delighted to find tasteful and creative arrangements of the little things in our two bathrooms, on countertops, tabletops, and rooms. Door unlocked three times in a row. After the first time, the office was 'shocked' that this is against policy blah blah blah, won't happen again. BULL! Second time I said I shouldn't give them a second chance. They said the people would be supervised (I had to identify the problem FOR THEM---supervision-LACK OF!). Third time, deal breaker. Then they wanted to put the key to my house in the mail. I insisted they drop it off. incredibly stupid. they still don't get it I assure you. read more

I think that the company should supply new brooms and vacuums...not sure of the other girls but the two that came over had an over used broom! The girls are friendly and very nice but must be underpaid and or not trained well because they lack elbow grease throughout! The bathroom sink and hardware were not properly cleaned and dining table was dirty. The floors were moped with one cloth and a pray bottle. I went trough the floors again and water bucket was very dirty! I would use this cleaning service again because I believe in second chances and that there is always room for improvement! There are two companies Mylena Cleaning and Pink Sponge. This is confusing. There is a list of things they don't do including window sill. They will use the excuse they don't clean windows because of insurance purposes. At first verification of the cleaning, I noticed they had not got rid of the finger prints on the microwave or cleaned the stove top. There were stains on the bannister they could have cleaned. I gave them an opportunity to return but they dropped the ball. I wouldn't recommend them at all. read more

Terrible value. If you feel it's okay to supervise every task-Maybe you'll be better served. Why I should have to watch simple dusting is a shame. A literal feather duster just doesn't get the job done. I was told I need to be specific. Maybe you should ask to POLISH furniture. Another Example: request that sliding door channel be wiped- takes 15 seconds! That should be an obvious detail! I was specific about baseboard dusting - didn't happen. Didn't dust tv or stands either. Glass shower doors and mirrors were left filmy. Hardwood floors left dull and dirty. My prior cleaning lady left a nice, clean smell to my home. Not "Pink Sponge" which is where this service defaults. I was going to give a 2nd chance, but company did not even check to see my satisfaction with this initial service until I canceled every subsequent appt. P.S. Lost my prior cleaning lady of 10 years so she could babysit her grandchild - not to dissatisfaction. read more

2 Stars to Jen, customer service(at least she's still replying my emails and saying she's still working on that). 1 star to the maids. I tried Mylenia Cleaning after one maid apologized for full schedule and another maid was no-shown at the scheduled date(they're from other cleaning companies, not Mylenia). Mylenia has a lot of perfect reviews when browsing Yelp. Everything started perfect. Jen came for an estimation and I told her I'll sign the contract with regular cleaning service, like bi-weekly or per month, after the first cleaning. The first cleaning is for second floor in my house only, 4 bedrooms(hard wood floor) and 2 bathrooms, no kitchen, no blinds. Deep clean. 2 hours( I know it's too short but it's not the reason they skipped a lot) Well, two maids came on time(very good) and i introduced where they should focus on. They brought handy vacuum and some cleaning stuffs. they said it's standard equipment for the house like mine. okay.. When I came back (15 minutes left according to 2-hour work) they're chatting in my master bathroom and saying they will do final check to see anything could be improved. I was disappointed after took a look on the job they did although I tipped them. ceiling fan: untouched (it's included in Jen's list) table: stuffs were re-organized well (good). but dust was still there after I moved the table lamps. Bed headboards: untouched. dusty. Bathroom(that's everyone's focus, right?): clean mirrors(good), but how can you image untouched shower door and faucets? they missed the most important cleaning points?! Finally I did the cleaning job again by myself. Then I wrote to Jen and hope she could let the company know. The maids should be trained much more skillfully. Like another yelper said, the maids should have a checklist. Jen replied very quick and agreed to re-do the cleaning but sending the same maids team. I did not agree for sure. She agreed to send another team which work for other area soon because only one team with two maids take care of my area. can you believe that? well, I'm still waiting for the another team for more than one month. I email to Jen bi-weekly for a reminder. Yes, she "is" always working on the schedule. They spent two days to have scheduled my first cleaning appointment but no re-do schedule so far during six weeks. I guess i will not see that team again. read more

Just had a baby and was looking for home cleaning service to help us keep the house clean as our hands are full with the newborn. Contacted Mylenia via Yelp and got a response quickly and scheduled a home visit for an estimate. Jen did the home walk-through and talked with us about our cleaning needs, what would/wouldn't be covered by their service, and gave us estimates for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service since we weren't decided yet on what we wanted. They were able to accommodate our schedule (we needed service that same week) and two cleaners came later that week and spent about 2.5 hours at our home, a supervisor also came to check their work. We have a large dog and a small dog in the home that they were ok with as well. They did a good job cleaning. I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience and we will continue using this service. read more

I originally contacted this company for a quote through yelp for a good, thorough cleaning of my kitchen and bathroom and was answered by Jennifer within an hour. She let me know that she could come by my apartment the next morning at 7:15am to give me an accurate quote since I had to leave early for work. At EXACTLY 7:15 Jennifer was at my door. She was very sweet, pleasant & professional. She gave me a quote and let me know that she would contact me for the next available appointment. She did as she said within a few hours and they were able to come the next morning. I was so happy! I used cleaning services before and although I thought they were good, I always found a few places where they lacked when inspecting their cleaning job (even though I left a specific list on what I wanted done). This time I decided I wouldn't leave a list of what needs to be done (since the other 2 services didn't seem to pay attention to it). However, when I walked in my apartment after work on Friday I was BEYOND satisfied. My kitchen and bathroom were spotless!! Even the areas the other cleaners neglected to pay attention to. Pricing options were explained. No pressure. No hard sell. If you are going to have some strangers come to your house when you aren't there you really need to trust them. I liked the format. I trusted her. So after a couple of months I have decided to write a review. To be honest, after they cleaned the house for the first time I was blown away. The first cleaning is a little more than the standard cleanings as they deep clean and I can tell you they deep cleaned. After a couple of cleanings, I felt like some things weren't being cleaned and when I called to discuss it, they were true customer service pros. No arguing. No telling me I was wrong. Said thanks for bringing it to their attention and they would make sure the crew was aware of our concern. I liked that. I don't want to go through the process of finding a different cleaning company i want the one I have to exceed my expectations and they have. I chose the most expensive package ($200 but I did get a discount and ended paying $166 for the first time) I was looking for a spotless home. Unfortunately, they did not deliver. The customer service for the first visit (quote visit) was good and the cleaning crew (3 ladies, the day of the cleaning) were friendly and polite. My house is small and my expectations were high but the cleaning service was far from good. They didn't even clean under the carpets, the tub was still dirty, there were corners and furniture filled with dust, the wood was not polished, they didn't clean the ceiling fan, they didn't even bother with the living room sofa etc. I REALLY wanted to like the service but I am highly disappointed, the cleaning service is poor. I was also waiting for a follow up call from them after the cleaning but it has been 5 days since the cleaning and nothing. read more

As a member of the Upland Chamber (Ambassador of the Year ), Rancho Cucamonga Chamber and Ontario Chamber, I love networking and connecting people together. I was introduced to Jen by a friend, and immediately knew I could trust her with my problem. You see, I had a rat infestation in my bedroom! I know! Eww to the max. I didn't know it until two of my stuffed animals were mauled. Once I realized what caused that, I slept on the couch while extermination could happen. The next couple of days went by on the couch, and I knew I couldn't possibly sleep in my room again until it was DEEP cleaned. I mean every square inch. I remembered meeting Jen, so at the next mixer I talked to her about my problem. She said "no problem at all, we will make it shine!" Her crew of four "wonder-women" showed up and went to work. They know how to clean - meaning they know what to use on the various types of surfaces. I have a bunch of pets and it can be challenging to capture all the pet hair - but they do.
