I set up an appt a week ago with owner, Ifeanyi, for deep cleaning of my apartment and carpet cleaning. I specifically stated that I needed it done by Tuesday, 3/29. I was a bit concerned how they were going to deep clean and clean carpet and sofa all in one day, but thought I would get details when they arrived. They were supposed to be here at 8 am. I had to call him at 8:35 a.m. to find out he was not coming. He said, his brother passed away this past weekend and just didn't contact anyone due to his brothers passing. I expressed my condolences. He wanted to reschedule service. I told him I would not be rescheduling with him. And I will now be cleaning myself and hiring a carpet cleaning company that my apartment complex uses. I really am sorry about his loss. Executive Level Cleaning needs to change their name to Don't Hire Us because we don't clean shit. My wife and I hired Infeyani's company to do our move out clean almost 20 days in advance. The day before the cleaning was to take place I texted Ifeayani to confirm that we still had an appointment with his company. He texted back 4 hours later to tell me that our 8 A.M. appointment would have to change to 3 P.M. My wife and I adjusted I schedule to accommodate. His "cleaner's" showed up at 3:30 P.M. and told us they had no cleaning towels so they would have to go to Target and purchase them. They returned at 4:15 P.M. and we showed them what needed to be done for our move out clean. The lady that he sent stood over the sink for 45 minutes supposedly cleaning. We had asked that they clean the windows both inside and out. We were told by the "cleaner" Daniel that they don't clean windows. At 6:15 P.M. the lady cleaner came to us and said they were finished except to mop the floor. Really? So we were promised and I have it in a text 2 cleaners for 4 hours. We were sent 2 people not cleaners. They had no clue how to clean anything nor did they. The only thing they did was waste time. When we informed Ifeayani via phone of our displeasure with the lack of service from his company, he told us he was not surprised his employees did a poor job and couldn't care less about the lack of cleaning his team provide. He did however successfully send over an invoice and call me multiple times to tell me he expected payment. He needs to find another line of work that he and his team are capable of performing or change the name of his company to Don't Call Us Unless You Want to Clean Your Own Place because we don't clean shit. Executive Cleaning my ass! We shouldn't have paid for anything because his company did nothing for us. No service deserves no payment. This company is horrible, can't clean anything, won't clean anything and no one should hire them for anything. read more

I contacted Ifeanyi after not being able to contract the 2 companies I had tried due to scheduling. He had such a good attitude, assured me he could do the job, his pictures also show 3 people cleaning. He came by himself, took less than 3 hours if that. The place has debris in cabinets (food, etc.), everything he touched is smeared as if all he did was move the dirt around, did not touch the tile floors, and so much more. There is no way in that amount of time by himself he could even possible clean walls, windows, inside and out cabinets, appliances, countertops, and fixtures. I am disabled, my son works full time and attends UCLA, now we have to move in and try to clean as we are out of time. I have texted him repeatedly and no answer. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire him. I now believe he is a scammer. And I am going to look for other ways to address this situation. Hundreds of dollars just gone that we could ill afford but needed to go to the expense as just too much with the move and all that entails. Just beside myself as I hired him and now my son is stuck with the expense and all of the work. We did not bother to call him back as it is obvious he does not know what he is doing. read more
