I usually give them a week in advance notice to let them know I need someone out. Usually I get a crew of two people, they do try to stick to the same people but I don't mind that they alternate cos it lets me see how their other staff members are and different techniques of cleaning. I'm a clean freak myself but being so busy at work and travel a lot I don't get time to work on the house. The ladies that come out are polite and friendly and get straight to work once they arrive cos every minute is important to them. If you leave cleaning products out they will use those, however they do bring everything themselves. The best part I love is that I can smell a clean house once they have left. So far the cleaning ladies that have come here clean exactly where I want. Under the bed, clean the taps, sinks and little areas that accumulate dust. Sometimes they even neaten up the bed and fold the tissue inside the tissue box making it pretty and presentable which I think is very sweet. They vacuum the dust first, or all the hair that's on the wooden floors which I think is better than sweeping so at least when they mop the floor it's going to be clean. Honestly when I clean that's what I do first always vacuum and then clean because sweeping doesn't get to all those smaller areas which you can use a little nozzle to vacuum. If you have a little request they will gladly help do that. If there is something you see that might have not been cleaned or they missed a spot tell them right there they will be happy to make up for it. But I hardly have to do that since these professional ladies get it right the first time. Overall I want to recommend this company, great team every here takes their job seriously and professionally. Thank you for taking care of my home.

My mother used to have her house cleaned with this company for almost 4 years (every other week,…read moreand at one time once a week)... Each time Olivia sent over a crew the quality kept decreasing. This is a HORRIBLE cleaning service, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have ruined sheets, carpet, walls, baseboards because of their THOUGHTLESSNESS. Yes, their price is cheap, but as they say... you get what you pay for... Olivia and her crew should be embarrassed to have this company. DO NOT COUNT ON THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL ONLY DISRESPECT YOU AND YOUR THINGS.

Hello, I have hired…read morethis company a few times, and generally, they do a good service. I am rating them a one because when I had an issue with a couple of damaged windows (scratched), the proprietor stated that he noticed the scratches before and assumed that I knew about them. I advised him that the window and glass doors were brand new, and the pattern of the scratches are linear and follow how they are cleaned. Moreover, I told him that they are the only company that has cleaned the windows. I have not cleaned the windows. Hence, it is why I hired them in the first place. The proprietor completely said that it was not his fault or equipment that damaged the glass. I advised him that I would not use his services from this point forward. Ultimately, he shrugged his shoulders and said ok and left my property. My suggestion to folks using this company: review all your windows and make sure they are not damaged. Take photos. However, some cameras with low resolution will not show up on the picture. Document it and have a conversation with whoever shows up to clean them and let them know about any discrepancies in the glass. Good luck.

I would give it 0 star if there was an option. I mean it's unacceptable. I do appreciate the ladies…read morecleaning the place but if I have to pay for someone to clean, I'm expecting no dust left in common areas. This is not even standard cleaning. They came unprepared, they didn't even vacuum!!! They said the vacuum broke... they promised to shampoo the carpet but when they got here they said they couldn't do it. It's beyond upsetting. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS CLEANING SERIVCE. It's almost like a scam.... My house is still dusty, it doesn't even feel clean. And to charge for a half ass service like this is not fair.

I'll be attaching photos of April's finished work results below as well. If you don't feel like reading the whole story here's a summary. There were so many issues leftover it was like no one came to clean...They dusted around items instead of actually picking them up and dusting, they didn't clean the cutting board in the kitchen so I had to scrub it myself, I specifically asked April to clean the base boards and fans and even walked through the house with her before starting and none of that was done. The pictures honestly say more than I could but if you want the full story continue to read below. April at first was very accommodating to my schedule, I had to change the date several times due to complications in my schedule but she still came when we finally agreed on a date. April and I had decided 12PM she would begin, she texted me at 11:45 letting me know she was on her way and would be there right at noon however she ended up being late anyways and she didn't arrive until 12:20. I had some organizing to do at the house so I was planning on remaining at the house while she was cleaning. I let her and her partner come in and from the looks of it she seemed promising, had a bucket etc like a normal cleaning service wood. She walked through the house with me as I showed her the things I wanted specifically cleaned and got right to work. They finished in 1 1/2 and I thought to myself this was great! Later that night I was putting items away and noticed the base boards were still completely filthy! I got frustrated being that I specifically pointed them out to her to be clean but I let it go thinking it was just a one time fluke...boy was I COMPLETELY wrong. I now have a LONG list of things that were left uncleaned, some mentioned above but if you look at the photos even the window sills are left completely disgusting, one with a dead fly just left there!!! I paid $150 for this crap??? I then check out the fans in the room, none were dusted, my cabinets were still so dusty, and when I moved stuff around on the counters there was dust everywhere! I texted April with photos of the work and she offered to return to fix it, I honestly at this point did not want her service again but asked if she could return $50 to me for the inconvenience and not doing her job correctly. I didn't see the point in asking for a full refund because they did do some work and they drove out here but $50 I think was reasonable... April told me she didn't do refunds and I was beyond disappointed at that response given the results she left me with. If I were her I would have issued the refund IMMEDIATELY! I would have been so embarrassed for a client to send me photos like that only 2 days after my services. Anyways if you want a crappy cleaning job go ahead and hire them but I would steer clear if you are looking for actual quality work. I'm definitely going to be posting this on my neighborhood pages to let others know how bad of work April did and to beware of her company. I would definitely consider looking elsewhere for a house cleaner...

My parents and I are amazed at the quality of their work. The house was absolutely sparkling at the end of the day (it took over 9 hours!!!). They took direction very well, and paid so much attention to the details, which has not been my experience among house cleaners, sadly. I also appreciated James' communication leading up to cleaning day. He walked through the house with me ahead of time to fully understand the scope, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was great at communicating over text, and showed up promptly on cleaning day. It took way longer than anticipated due to the stubbornness of the grime, but the guys took it in stride and refused to leave until the job was done. We will definitely be calling Confident Cleanings again, and will be referring them to others.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The reviews are all true. I had expressed my…read moreconcerns about the negative reviews to them and their response was that they were a reputable company, who has been in business for years. So I confirmed an appt for 10am. After not hearing from them, I messaged them at 9:45am. I finally hear back 11:07 that they would be arriving sometime BETWEEN 12-2. I asked why did I even confirm 10am.. and they said they don't even do cleanings at that time.. and that it was an app error. I showed screenshots as proof that it wasn't the app confirming, someone was messaging me directly... and told them they need to not make excuses and take accountability (read other reviews of them doing this). They are clearly not "reputable" as they claim. I'm assuming all their good reviews are from family, friends and possibly promotional services. Also they demanded I pay them before they started the cleaning with cash or Zelle app. Um, no. You don't get a paycheck unless you do the work first.... Just stay away. Far away. If you're looking for a legit cleaning company, I have found someone else. Anyone else for that matter. Just don't even bother with these people. Edit. I'm posting the screenshots of our conversation. The service did not happen because I asked for a 10-12 schedule, not a 12-2 sometime in between "arrival" It's very clear that this entire company cares nothing about their business. Everyone, just save your time and money and book someone else.

We paid in full, and had to constantly remind them to do touch- up, why? because the tables is unwiped, the surfaces are left with dusts, and jobs are half-way done. You nearly have to monitor them the entire time and ASK for re-dos because they won't do what they are paid to, leaving tops and corners dirty. Some examples: they claimed that they will vacuum the carpet, the carpet corners are undone and visible crumbs, they claimed they will clean the shaders (which we paid extra for) more than 8 are undone so I had to ask for redo for those, the cabinet surfaces are dirty (you get black stains when you run your hand on it) I had to ask for redo, they said they will wipe down the washroom counters and the washing machines' top, but they only remembered that room existed because we checked, they said they wiped down the staircase (once again you can clearly see the stains on the sides), they said they finished the big window (the window tracks are uncleaned)...the list goes on and on... After all the services is done, there are STILL windows, bottom cabinet surfaces, and side of staircases left dirtied. And those stains on the side of stair case CANNOT be removed likely due to chemicals. After that, I have tried to contact then via three different phones, all went into voicemail, the pictures also cannot be send. Later via text they said they won't come back and FINISH what they are paid for, in both the dirtied windows and surfaces. Really? $1200 and you won't finish the job and it is now my fault for not checking up enough for what you are supposed to do??
