Had to take her to the doctors as it would not go away for days. Not to mention their mops smell terrible. And having different people show up to clean your home is super sketchy. I was asked to write a 5 star review after the first initial cleaning for an exchange of adding wall cleaning as a "thank you" (which never happened). Hence, why you probably see a lot of 5 star reviews. Again, great customer service on the front end but not a reliable company overall.

We are very dissatisfied with the service overall. We tried to reach out to you several times (over 7 phone calls) and no one ever answered until around 2-3 hours later. The lady that came was didn't bring anything because she had a personal issue and just didn't wanted to lose the job. She didn't do anything when i sent my family member to the house and check who she was she was sitting down talking on the phone she wasn't doing anything. We expect not to be charged for such a bad service, our hopes were high and we were ok with paying an additional fee for last minute service, but she didn't do anything, rooms where not done and bathrooms either the kitchen looked the same and the windows were not clean properly. We had a really bad experience, just can take a look on how everything looked after she left.

Daniel was super prompt in replying all my questions and concerns and was always courteous and replied quickly. Because of that and the reasonable price, we went with him. I am pretty sure that the house cleaning and carpet cleaning took longer than everyone expected but they all did a great job. Although some blinds, some windows and a shower door were missed, I was really impressed with how thorough the ladies were on the areas they did clean. The best job was done on the kitchen - that area I have no complaints about

This company came out and Jen was the lady who did my initial walk-through. She was super kind and I really believed that they would do a good job. After coming to clean, they did an awful job. Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.
