TL;DR: very little work done in several days, expensive items "thrown out" even though we explicitly mentioned to not touch the area, gaslit for asking for reimbursement for missing items. shady business. here's the long version. i never write detailed reviews but this one i hope will save someone else the stress and headache from dealing with this company in the future. we have text receipts of all issues addressed in this story so as much as he'd like to deny or twist the facts here, we can always provide proof of communication. we hired ECO via daniel several months ago to help deep clean our condo. the condo was vacant and all furniture was gone except a tv, tv stand and some small misc items. daniel came to do a review and provide a quote for the job, seemed like a nice guy and we had a good initial impression, so we agreed and paid the deposit for the work. to summarize the issues we experienced once he started the work: - initial estimate was 2 days of work, property owner stopped by to check after day 2 and virtually no work was done - daniel asked for another day to do the work himself, we obliged - discovered on walkthrough that expensive items in fridge that we explicitly told them not to clean out were "thrown out" but all other items that should have been tossed were still present in condo (sure buddy...) - worker/middle aged son was seen riding mountain bike around the complex leaving garage wide open with some items we had begun to move and a collector car on display... - another worker walked in front door after just smoking a cigarette causing condo to smell for several days after, showing lack of respect for our property - we requested reimbursement for items "thrown out" but got gaslit for several months after with no reimbursement and being called "mean" for asking for reimbursement and being blamed for the whole ordeal this was the most unnecessary stress my girlfriend and i ever needed and we honestly wish we could settle this in court, but we did not have wifi at our condo at the time so no camera footage of what happened in our unit. lawyer advised me to take the loss as we don't have solid evidence of wrong doing, but hopefully this review will help save someone the headache daniel has caused us. please do your research - we discovered a bad review on the BBB stating he doesn't pay his contractors, and he hires third parties to clean your residence instead of doing the work himself as we discovered through this process. beware. **updated and added some photos i could quickly find in camera roll. i'll just keep looking through my camera roll for more read more

I am very satisfied with the deep house and deep carpet cleaning done by ECO. I was looking around for quotes and scoping Yelp reviews to determine which company to work with. Daniel was super prompt in replying all my questions and concerns and was always courteous and replied quickly. Because of that and the reasonable price, we went with him. Two cleaners showed up first (Carolyne and Venus) and they cleaned every room that had carpet first. Then Dan came and made the carpet spotless. I am pretty sure that the house cleaning and carpet cleaning took longer than everyone expected but they all did a great job. Although some blinds, some windows and a shower door were missed, I was really impressed with how thorough the ladies were on the areas they did clean. The best job was done on the kitchen - that area I have no complaints about read more

Hire this guy!! ECO was incredible. Gave me an estimate, offered to pick up and drop off my rug, done in 24 hours. This was a task I was dreading and other people gave me estimates upwards of $100-200 higher than what EVO quoted me. Now this is someone who takes pride in their business and values customer service! We will definitely be hiring again! read more

Very happy with the work he did on our couches. They were heavily stained because our toddler used them as art projects with her water based markers. I requested a deep cleaning quote from about 10 places. Daniel got back to me quickly regarding the quote. Unlike all the other places, he sent me a thorough break down of every task included in the deep clean and the pricing (very reasonable). On the day of the cleaning, 2 crew members showed up and started cleaning. They were very nice, thorough with the cleaning, and had me check everything to make sure they were good. Later that day, Daniel showed up to clean the carpet. The carpet was probably a shade away from black (I didn't even know it has a pattern) but within 2 hours, it was sparkling clean! I'm impressed with the service provided by Eco Cleaning. Daniel was also very nice and professional. I would not hesitate to contact them again for future cleaning! read more

ECO is the best house cleaning service I ever received. I contacted ECO via yelp messaging for a deep cleaning and Dan replied to me immediately. Dan was polite, responsive, and provide clear, fast, and convenient communication throughout the process. And of course, his team with Alex's lead did an amazing job! Our house was super dirty but they surly clean EVERY single details and stayed to finish their work until 8pm. They went above and beyond my expectation and I was happy for the result. As you can see, everything is so clean (I forgot to take before photos) and I feel Im coming back to a brand new house! Thank you Dan and Alex! read more

I had a tenant stayed at the property for about 5 years. After they moved out, the condition was outrageous. It looks like they have done zero cleaning for the whole 5 years while living in there. The property was filthy and infested with live roaches. AC Condenser cooling foil was completely destroyed by their dog. A brand new rangehood that was installed upon their request less than 2 years ago was never cleaned once. The oil catch cups in the rangehood were completely full, with oil solidified inside. Blinds were caked with dirt. Five single hung windows couldn't be closed fully - due to sash and balance were caked with dirt. Toilets were nasty. Shower doors were covered with grime and minerals from the water, you can't even see through it. Numerous wall damages that need to be patched. Garage floor was covered with dark grimes. I needed a complete cleaning solution company that does both flooring and whole house cleaning. I called around, there are not that many around the area that does both. There's one cleaning company that flat out refused blinds cleaning, citing blinds tend to break - despite I told them i will release them from any liability. I found ECO on Yelp, and the reviews look solid. I gave Daniel a call. He gave me an estimate over the phone by looking at the pictures that I sent him, but he assured me that he will be able to give me an more accurate estimate if he could see the property in person. We met, and through talking with him, I found that he is very genuine and really wanted to help me out. The rest is history. The work took a few days to complete. Thanks again for helping me out! Job well done! read more

Dan Fricke, owner of Environmental Cleaning Organization, was an absolute professional from initial quote to the day of cleaning. He responded quickly. He gave me a very detailed break down of what would and would not be cleaned and we were able to come to a mutually agreed upon price for the project in very little time. His cleaning team was a little late but Dan was very quick to let me know what was going on and give me a more accurate ETA for his team. Again and again he was a consummate professional. The project was very dear to my heart since it was cleaning my recently deceased fathers house. His team showed up and was very respectful. They worked their butts off and cleaned for over 8-hours straight. Dan showed up about half-way through and thoroughly steam cleaned the carpets and couches. The end result was beyond all of my expectations. The cleaning team took me for a thorough walk through when they were done to show me what they did. They also showed me the few spots where they did there best but couldn't get a particular stain out or paint. Everything looked beautiful. Once I get my photos uploaded I'll get them on here. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and his team of cleaning professionals. The prices were reasonable. The team was professional. And--the best part--the house looks amazing. read more

Not really happy with the work done. The kitchen floor was not mopped. Lots of shoe prints on the kitchen floor. Cabinet doors not wiped cleaned. Took a wet wipe to wipe the living room floor still dirty. The bathroom is the worst work done. The shower walls not clean, faucet not clean, sink still dirty, some cobwebs noted, etc. Works done does not correspond to what was stated in the resume. Would not use them again. Daniel, I don't believe I reviewed the wrong company. I have just attached a copy of your contract to prove I reviewed the correct company. read more

I was referred to these guys by a friend and they came and did a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning for me. I can't begin to explain what a great job they did. I have tried to clean my carpet on my own and let me save you time and money....stop! Let a professional do the job! My carpet was in horrible shape and they left it looking new. The entire experience was great, Dan got back to me right away and gave me a quote. With all the COVID stuff going on, you have to have people who are thinking of your health and safety too, these guys were very professional and very friendly. They gave us a first time customer discount, (woo hoo!!) make sure to ask about that. I will be calling them again when my carpet needs some love. It also doesn't hurt that Dan is easy on the eyes, he's got some serious hotness going on! read more

I just wanted to say another thank you to Daniel and his cleaning crew. I called in for a quote to clean up my master bedroom and bathroom and Daniel came the very next day to do a walk around. He was very honest, friendly, and seemed to really care. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and really needed help. The room was a complete mess and bathroom was filthy. We needed to sanitize and clean everything before baby arrives. His cleaning crew went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and did a thorough job. Day and night difference. The cleaning crew stayed all day and worked hard. Although they needed to come back the next day to finish up some second touches, both Daniel and the cleaning crew made sure I was happy about the deep clean and went over again anything they had missed. Highly recommend this company for any residential cleaning/deep cleaning needs. read more

I had an extremely difficult time trying to get a quote and pin down a date for a walk-through (requested not by me but by Dan) prior to providing a quote. We wanted our sofa set and carpets cleaned as part of having the whole house deep-cleaned. Looking in Yelp, my husband found Environmental Cleaning Organization, LLC. We called and spoke with Pam who was very responsive and got us our quotes fairly quickly for the services we wanted. Dan wanted to visit our house to assess the scope of the job. We discussed details of what we wanted and estimated how long the process would take-- ours ended up being two days. Diana showed up with her team and they did a fabulous job. They vacuumed and mopped the floors, cleaned the interiors of the windows, dusted all the cleared surfaces including my blinds! My bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean. They worked hard in getting all the detailed cleaning right. Dan showed up on day two and worked on the carpet and upholstery cleaning. He was very enthusiastic and was so focused on getting the job done. We are so grateful and happy for all of the professionalism, great service, and friendly attitude that Dan and his team provided us. read more

Super Honest Review: Daniel provided a full house cleaning including hardwood floor and carpet steaming. All floor work he did directly was top notch! When I call a business and get a quote I expect that quote to be honored. So I had them come out even though they're not cleaning the entire house. So I was reprimanded please get things off the counter remove these things or will charge you more. Not too crazy about being spoken to in this manner. So okay clean up your kitchen pick up everything and we won't charge you anymore then we already charged you. I would have forgot about this if this person would have stopped texting me. But he kept texting me and upsetting me more and more. By the way if you're having your house clean make sure you clean your house before they come clean your house. That sounds crazy but it's the honest-to-god truth. They will not pick up one thing so you need to move all your stuff. So we got off on the wrong foot right off the bat. And the worker called this boss to complain? She in her opinion thought we should be charged for a deep clean. I'm not too crazy about workers reporting you. If that's how this outfit works this is my last encounter with them. Not a happy camper. If only people would communicate with the utmost respect. They are getting paid money for this job. So to expect some respect is probably too much to ask. I'm sorry that I have to leave such a review it's not in my nature. I always see the glass half-full. But today was not to be. Such as life yelpers. They're good days and there's bad days. I'm still going to keep a positive attitude I'm not going to let this bring me down. read more

Definitely recommended! Daniel and his crew are amazing! My house is filthy dirty, like I'm not kidding. I got a deep clean and carpet cleaning for a new home my wife and I were getting ready to move into. Dan was an absolute pleasure (he handled the carpet cleaning) and his cleaning crew did a phenomenal job on the deep clean. Now, I'm not sure how the process might go if you're already living in your house and you want a deep clean, but getting it done on an empty house took the entire afternoon plus about an hour and a half for four carpeted rooms. Overall, really liked how spotless everything was when we came back at night and saw the results. I should also mention that Dan is very responsive. Normally this kind of review might only be worth 5 stars to me, but Dan's wonderful communication skills left a 5-star impression on me. Always quick to respond, friendly, willing to answer all of your questions, and I even found out that he can email you the bill and you can pay with credit card, paypal, or whatever if you don't have cash on you. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR CLEANING SERVICE THE OWNER WILL NOT TAKE LIABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND INSTEAD BLAMES YOU WITH GASLIGHTING. At first I saw their 5 star reviews on yelp and everyone praising their services so I went ahead and contacted Daniel in getting a deep clean for a new apartment I'm moving into and I was quoted $365. Note: no one in the contract did it say anything about a walkthrough being required after the services was completed. The job was done on 2/12/21 and after the cleaning service was completed, the cleaner showed me the cabinets and spots she wanted me to see and I believed her because I trusted their professional services in having the entire apartment cleaned according to the contract. The cleaners and I left after the job was complete because I was not fully moved in yet so I did not sleep there. I came back the next day 2/13/21 to move some of my stuff in and I noticed there were a few cabinets that weren't clean so I contacted Daniel in the hopes that he could fix it because I read online most reputable professional cleaning companies would get it fixed within 24 hours and it's only 2 cabinets. I may have been a bit heated in my email to Daniel but who wouldn't be after paying $365 for a cleaning service only to find out the job was not completely done but I tried to keep it as professional as possible because I wanted this issue settled in private before taking this publicly. At first Daniel told me they did not have an opening until the 23rd and I was hoping they could get it as soon as possible because like I said earlier, most reputable professional cleaning companies would get this fixed within 24 hours and it doesn't take that long to clean 2 cabinets. Instead Daniel was being very rude and unprofessional and gaslights me by saying it was my fault that I did not do a complete walkthrough after the job was completed but when in fact there was no mention of any walkthroughs in the email exchange I had with Daniel. Daniel continues to double down and say its my fault instead of simply just acknowledging the mistake and have it fixed within 24 hours. For whatever reason Daniel was thinking of, he decided to bring up that he comes from an law enforcement background and he will "come by" later whatever that means in law enforcement lingo. I was even willing to sweep this under the rug if Daniel offered a genuine apology for his unprofessional behavior but I was not given an apology. Throughout this entire conversation with Daniel, I have lost faith and trust in him completely due to the way he handles criticism and customer service. Daniel said he would come by and help me out but I do not feel safe after this whole debacle. If he had sent the cleaners out to sort out the issue this would've been fine. See for yourself what kind of person is behind this cleaning company. The lady who was sent to clean the apartment was very pleasant and I'm sure she missed these 2 cabinets by mistake but the customer service provided by Daniel is polar opposite from the nice cleaning lady. read more

Daniel and team did a great job! I'm a professional house cleaner and asked Daniel and team to perform a deep clean (walls, base boards, grout lines). He also provided carpet cleans for multiple rooms. House was around 2300 SQFT, 2 floors. He arrived with 2 cleaners. It took a majority of day but they did great. They had 2 big challenges; grout lines and marked up walls (hand prints). The grout was a little too deep for them to clean but the walls got cleaned without any damage at all. Client was satisfied. Wow, can I just say that Daniel does an AMAZING job at cleaning. My business partner and I requested a standard cleaning for our 750 sq ft art studio (which came with dingy, dusty carpet and dead insects upon move-in). Standard cleaning included vacuuming, deep cleaning the carpet, bathrooms, wiping the windows/countertops, and getting the cobwebs off the corners. I kid you not, the whole place looked brand new and smelled so good. We are so grateful for Daniel and his company, and we will recommend him to anyone we know!
