TL;DR: very little work done in several days, expensive items "thrown out" even though we explicitly mentioned to not touch the area, gaslit for asking for reimbursement for missing items. shady business. here's the long version. i never write detailed reviews but this one i hope will save someone else the stress and headache from dealing with this company in the future. we have text receipts of all issues addressed in this story so as much as he'd like to deny or twist the facts here, we can always provide proof of communication. we hired ECO via daniel several months ago to help deep clean our condo. the condo was vacant and all furniture was gone except a tv, tv stand and some small misc items. daniel came to do a review and provide a quote for the job, seemed like a nice guy and we had a good initial impression, so we agreed and paid the deposit for the work. to summarize the issues we experienced once he started the work: - initial estimate was 2 days of work, property owner stopped by to check after day 2 and virtually no work was done - daniel asked for another day to do the work himself, we obliged - discovered on walkthrough that expensive items in fridge that we explicitly told them not to clean out were "thrown out" but all other items that should have been tossed were still present in condo (sure buddy...) - worker/middle aged son was seen riding mountain bike around the complex leaving garage wide open with some items we had begun to move and a collector car on display... - another worker walked in front door after just smoking a cigarette causing condo to smell for several days after, showing lack of respect for our property - we requested reimbursement for items "thrown out" but got gaslit for several months after with no reimbursement and being called "mean" for asking for reimbursement and being blamed for the whole ordeal this was the most unnecessary stress my girlfriend and i ever needed and we honestly wish we could settle this in court, but we did not have wifi at our condo at the time so no camera footage of what happened in our unit. lawyer advised me to take the loss as we don't have solid evidence of wrong doing, but hopefully this review will help save someone the headache daniel has caused us. please do your research - we discovered a bad review on the BBB stating he doesn't pay his contractors, and he hires third parties to clean your residence instead of doing the work himself as we discovered through this process. beware. **updated and added some photos i could quickly find in camera roll. i'll just keep looking through my camera roll for more read more

I am very satisfied with the deep house and deep carpet cleaning done by ECO. I was looking around for quotes and scoping Yelp reviews to determine which company to work with. Daniel was super prompt in replying all my questions and concerns and was always courteous and replied quickly. Because of that and the reasonable price, we went with him. Two cleaners showed up first (Carolyne and Venus) and they cleaned every room that had carpet first. Then Dan came and made the carpet spotless. I am pretty sure that the house cleaning and carpet cleaning took longer than everyone expected but they all did a great job. Unlike all the other places, he sent me a thorough break down of every task included in the deep clean and the pricing (very reasonable). I had a tenant stayed at the property for about 5 years. After they moved out, the condition was outrageous. It looks like they have done zero cleaning for the whole 5 years while living in there. The property was filthy and infested with live roaches. AC Condenser cooling foil was completely destroyed by their dog. A brand new rangehood that was installed upon their request less than 2 years ago was never cleaned once. The oil catch cups in the rangehood were completely full, with oil solidified inside. Blinds were caked with dirt. Five single hung windows couldn't be closed fully - due to sash and balance were caked with dirt. Toilets were nasty. Shower doors were covered with grime and minerals from the water, you can't even see through it. Numerous wall damages that need to be patched. Garage floor was covered with dark grimes. I needed a complete cleaning solution company that does both flooring and whole house cleaning. I called around, there are not that many around the area that does both. There's one cleaning company that flat out refused blinds cleaning, citing blinds tend to break - despite I told them i will release them from any liability. I found ECO on Yelp, and the reviews look solid. I gave Daniel a call. He gave me an estimate over the phone by looking at the pictures that I sent him, but he assured me that he will be able to give me an more accurate estimate if he could see the property in person. We met, and through talking with him, I found that he is very genuine and really wanted to help me out. The rest is history. The work took a few days to complete. Thanks again for helping me out! Dan Fricke, owner of Environmental Cleaning Organization, was an absolute professional from initial quote to the day of cleaning. He responded quickly. He gave me a very detailed break down of what would and would not be cleaned and we were able to come to a mutually agreed upon price for the project in very little time. His cleaning team was a little late but Dan was very quick to let me know what was going on and give me a more accurate ETA for his team. Again and again he was a consummate professional. The project was very dear to my heart since it was cleaning my recently deceased fathers house. His team showed up and was very respectful. They worked their butts off and cleaned for over 8-hours straight. Dan showed up about half-way through and thoroughly steam cleaned the carpets and couches. The end result was beyond all of my expectations. The cleaning team took me for a thorough walk through when they were done to show me what they did. Not really happy with the work done. The kitchen floor was not mopped. Lots of shoe prints on the kitchen floor. Cabinet doors not wiped cleaned. Took a wet wipe to wipe the living room floor still dirty. The bathroom is the worst work done. The shower walls not clean, faucet not clean, sink still dirty, some cobwebs noted, etc. Works done does not correspond to what was stated in the resume. Would not use them again. I got a deep clean and carpet cleaning for a new home my wife and I were getting ready to move into. Dan was an absolute pleasure (he handled the carpet cleaning) and his cleaning crew did a phenomenal job on the deep clean. Now, I'm not sure how the process might go if you're already living in your house and you want a deep clean, but getting it done on an empty house took the entire afternoon plus about an hour and a half for four carpeted rooms. Overall, really liked how spotless everything was when we came back at night and saw the results. I should also mention that Dan is very responsive. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR CLEANING SERVICE THE OWNER WILL NOT TAKE LIABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND INSTEAD BLAMES YOU WITH GASLIGHTING. At first I saw their 5 star reviews on yelp and everyone praising their services so I went ahead and contacted Daniel in getting a deep clean for a new apartment I'm moving into and I was quoted $365. Note: no one in the contract did it say anything about a walkthrough being required after the services was completed. The job was done on 2/12/21 and after the cleaning service was completed, the cleaner showed me the cabinets and spots she wanted me to see and I believed her because I trusted their professional services in having the entire apartment cleaned according to the contract. The cleaners and I left after the job was complete because I was not fully moved in yet so I did not sleep there. I came back the next day 2/13/21 to move some of my stuff in and I noticed there were a few cabinets that weren't clean so I contacted Daniel in the hopes that he could fix it because I read online most reputable professional cleaning companies would get it fixed within 24 hours and it's only 2 cabinets. I may have been a bit heated in my email to Daniel but who wouldn't be after paying $365 for a cleaning service only to find out the job was not completely done but I tried to keep it as professional as possible because I wanted this issue settled in private before taking this publicly. At first Daniel told me they did not have an opening until the 23rd and I was hoping they could get it as soon as possible because like I said earlier, most reputable professional cleaning companies would get this fixed within 24 hours and it doesn't take that long to clean 2 cabinets. Instead Daniel was being very rude and unprofessional and gaslights me by saying it was my fault that I did not do a complete walkthrough after the job was completed but when in fact there was no mention of any walkthroughs in the email exchange I had with Daniel. Daniel continues to double down and say its my fault instead of simply just acknowledging the mistake and have it fixed within 24 hours. For whatever reason Daniel was thinking of, he decided to bring up that he comes from an law enforcement background and he will "come by" later whatever that means in law enforcement lingo. I was even willing to sweep this under the rug if Daniel offered a genuine apology for his unprofessional behavior but I was not given an apology. Throughout this entire conversation with Daniel, I have lost faith and trust in him completely due to the way he handles criticism and customer service. Daniel said he would come by and help me out but I do not feel safe after this whole debacle. If he had sent the cleaners out to sort out the issue this would've been fine. See for yourself what kind of person is behind this cleaning company. The lady who was sent to clean the apartment was very pleasant and I'm sure she missed these 2 cabinets by mistake but the customer service provided by Daniel is polar opposite from the nice cleaning lady. read more

He also provided carpet cleans for multiple rooms. House was around 2300 SQFT, 2 floors. He arrived with 2 cleaners. It took a majority of day but they did great. They had 2 big challenges; grout lines and marked up walls (hand prints). The grout was a little too deep for them to clean but the walls got cleaned without any damage at all. Client was satisfied. My business partner and I requested a standard cleaning for our 750 sq ft art studio (which came with dingy, dusty carpet and dead insects upon move-in). He worked around our schedule and came with 2 other people, and got the job done in less than 2 hours!
