We called and spoke with Pam who was very responsive and got us our quotes fairly quickly for the services we wanted. Dan wanted to visit our house to assess the scope of the job. We discussed details of what we wanted and estimated how long the process would take-- ours ended up being two days. Diana showed up with her team and they did a fabulous job. They vacuumed and mopped the floors, cleaned the interiors of the windows, dusted all the cleared surfaces including my blinds! My bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean. They worked hard in getting all the detailed cleaning right. Dan showed up on day two and worked on the carpet and upholstery cleaning. He was very enthusiastic and was so focused on getting the job done. We are so grateful and happy for all of the professionalism, great service, and friendly attitude that Dan and his team provided us.

This was my Grandmother's home, and had 30+ years of living in it without a serious deep clean. I requested a deep clean and removal of trash, and was quoted a very fair price given the job at hand. This was a two day project, I helped as much as I could with pulling trash out of the home and providing cold water to the ladies, all of whom were very nice and professional, and did a great job. My home afterward looks completely different, I wish that my grandmother was still alive to see it, but I know that she is smiling at us from above seeing the great job that Sabrina and J did cleaning up her home. We have already asked them to come back regularly to help us maintain this level of cleanliness. Wholeheartedly recommended!

While I was satisfied with the quality of the cleaning itself, I was extremely disappointed with…read morethe company's lack of transparency and professionalism regarding pricing. I specifically booked a deep cleaning for a move-out service and was provided an estimate beforehand. However, once the cleaners arrived at my home, the owner contacted me to inform me of additional charges, including $20 per window, as well as separate fees for cleaning the oven and refrigerator. These unexpected charges would have nearly doubled my original estimate. When I questioned what was actually included in the deep cleaning service, the owner's explanation was vague and inconsistent. She initially listed several tasks, including window cleaning, as part of the service, only to later change her explanation and state that the cleaners had already completed everything. I made it clear that I was only requesting the services included in my original quote, nothing more. My frustration was never with the quality of the cleaning, but rather with the way the business handled its pricing and communication. I believe customers deserve clear, upfront information about what is included in a service, particularly when booking something as comprehensive as a move-out deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling that the priority was to increase the final bill rather than honor the original agreement. What should have been a straightforward transaction became an unnecessarily frustrating experience. Although the cleaners did a good job, I found the business practices misleading and the communication unprofessional and disrespectful. Trust and transparency are essential when hiring a service provider, and unfortunately, this company failed to meet those expectations. For these reasons, I will not be using their services again and would encourage prospective customers to request a detailed, itemized quote in writing before booking to avoid unexpected charges.

The owner told me afterward that the cleaning would require 8-10 hours, which was not my understanding when I booked the service. Never have I ever had a deep cleaning take longer than 4-5. However the individual they sent over was moving at a very slow pace, so slow that In the 6 WHOLE hours only my bathroom tubs & shower, 2 of the bathroom countertops, oven/stove, microwave and THATS ALL. All that was not done is as follows, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, no baseboards, windows, kitchen counters, Blinds, light switches, outside of refrigerator, no dusting, no wall spots, no dining table in 6 HOURS. If I would have known that the cleaning service would take 8-10+ hours I would have chosen to go with another company. My husband and I told the man respectfully we can't continue with this service because it's unacceptable, but not only for the time that it would take, the main reason was because when then cleaner said he was almost done and ONLY had to vacuum left, I responded to him and told him that there still were many things in the home that he had yet gotten around to cleaning. To which he then became verbally and physically annoyed. I call the owner who stated he was the SON and he proceeds to blame me saying I didn't give his dad at least 8-10 hours to perform the deep cleaning when the job wasn't even 1/4 done. He went back and forth with me trying to pull on my heart strings saying his dad is older and I should understand the length of time and that they only were a small business and could send the one person who was his father. To be clear, I don't mind that it was one older individual, I only care about the quality of work being done in a timely manner. Also it's important to feel safe in our home and not have someone make you feel uncomfortable when you tell them that the job is not being done correctly or at all. When the "Cleaner" kept saying "IM ALMOST DONE, I ONLY HAVE FLOORS" I told him, No sir you have to DUST, WINDOWS, COUNTERS, BASEBOARDS, ect... I even had him re-clean the shower because there were still a bunch of calcium build up on the ground and he proceeded to "huff & puff" as well as shake his head the whole time. On the phone call, The company requested that I pay half of the quoted price even though I felt the work completed did not justify that amount. I ultimately paid $100. Pictures are included, these photos are taken after almost 6 hours of him being at our home from 8:45am - 2:30pm, and him saying he is done and only has vacuuming left to do for our home to be complete and cleaned. UPDATE- the owner stating in his review that we threw " RACIAL SLURS " at his father is absolutely. We are not those kind of people and would have never said such a thing as race has nothing to do someone cleaning our home.
