They were fast, focused, and thorough--scrubbing everything from window tracks to toilets (which now look brand new). They even mopped the floors multiple times until they deemed it clean. The owner, Cecilia, also stopped by and made sure no detail was missed--professional and pleasant all around. The team insisted I do a final check, but honestly? I didn't want to leave footprints. Great service, fair pricing, and real pros. Hire them!

Of course she would have to come into the home and take a look at everything before telling us the exact number. We had agreed to meet right away that same day in the evening. We provided her the address and she came just like she said she would, we did the whole tour, agreed on the price and then set a schedule for the actual cleaning. Today, Cecilia and her expert cleaning team at Arguelles Housecleaning came on the scheduled time to clean the home. These armies of amazing ladies got straight to work and cleaned the house from top to bottom. It took them some time but that's what we wanted since we wanted to make sure that the house is clean. We have a toddler and an infant that will be living in the home and we wanted to make sure that everything is wiped down and dusted and mopped, and vacuumed, and just clean! They did exactly that! Even more so, they also asked for our approval when they were done. They asked us to double check their work to make sure we were satisfied with the work. and if we needed anything, they told us to just let them know. Cecilia and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we have a clean home before they went on their way. Cecilia offers her services in the area and she also offers cleaning services for maintenance as well, IE, every month, quarter, etc., not just for move-in and move-out. For the price and services we received, we are beyond happy and will be keeping her number in our cell for the future. If you are in need of cleaners, I highly recommend Arguelles Housecleaning!

I booked this company after they quoted me $350 for a deep clean, including the windows. I only…read moreneeded the downstairs cleaned, and I even sent photos beforehand so they knew exactly what the condition of the area was. Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.

Jazmin's Cleaning Service went well beyond a standard cleaning and made a noticeable difference in both the look and the feel of my apartment. Jazmin and her team brought a level of attention to detail that I can only describe as military-grade. Every surface, corner, and often-overlooked area was handled with care and precision. What stood out even more was the thoughtful "woman's touch" they added. The space didn't just look clean--it looked more put-together and professional. They also took the extra step of rearranging my daughter's toys, playhouses, and bathroom toys into a neat, inviting setup. Coming home to that small, thoughtful gesture meant a lot.
