The owner asked to check so in short they want you to be helicopter owner following the cleaners which defeats the purpose of getting cleaners. Angie was very communicative and got me scheduled at a date and time of my convenience very quickly. The lady that came to clean my house (Sandra) was on time walked the house with me for things I was looking to have done and was polite and friendly Sandra was considerate of my wife's Dementia and was friendly with our two small dogs. This experience was horrible. From the beginning I was told the estimated time for the move in cleaning would be 3-4 hours. I even sent the owner pictures and explained how dusty the home was. She said she would send one maid but I requested two because of the size of the home(price was the same as they charge per hour per person). I was told they would arrive at 9:30am. The First Lady did not show up until 11 and the second did not show up until noon. This was now an issue because we would not be there to inspect the job & pay. I was then told because of all the dust the job would be longer which I was fine with. Almost 5 hours later & the job was done. I went to the house & there was dust everywhere. The stove top was covered in dust as well as all the baseboards (which was include in our package). I called & explained how unhappy I was and the owner offered to come & fix it. She came to the house to fix it but as she was there we saw all the other spots in the house that were still very dusty. She was able to wipe them down. Although in the end the owner was able to make things right, I was still extremely displeased with the service. I would not recommend this company. read more

Spoke with someone on Tuesday and they were friendly and had availability for next day appointments. I was advised that they would be send out two people ( $35/hour for each person) to clean the house and would take a few hours based on the size and requirement (vacant home). Upfront, there is a $100 deposit/ initial payment upon scheduling the appoint which wasn't a problem since they were coming out at 8:30 the next day. I gave them a credit card number and asked that they call me after the cleaning to discuss payment for the remainder of the balance. When asked what kind of condition the house was in, I advised them it's been vacant for about 2 weeks and is just "dusty dirty". It was recently painted and new hardwood floors installed so we really just needed a once over everything to clear out the dust and webs. Wednesday morning comes around and they get their just before 9am, almost a half hour late. Now at this point the owner is at the home doing some repairs and can confirm the times for me, but I didn't think there was going to be an issue. I get a text saying the house looked really good but they didn't leave until 3:30pm! 6 1/2 hours to clean a vacant home when I was lead to believe with two people it should only take a few hours. If I would have know it was going to be 6+ hours I would have rolled up my sleeves and cleaned it myself. There's just no way to justify 2 people over six hours. But it gets better. After learning of the extensive amount oh cleaning time I realized they never called me back after it was done. You guessed it, they went ahead and charged my card for the remainder of the balance without my authorization. If you haven't done the math, it cost me $420 for a simple cleaning of a vacant house that just needed a good mop and dusting. I'm leaving a 2 star review because I think they deserve a little credit for the cleaning but definitely not for the fees, unauthorized charge, being late and misleading quote.
