My husband and I were waiting to leave our home until the cleaners arrived. When she was late, I called to ask for an ETA, only to be told there had been call-outs and no one would be coming. While I understand emergencies happen, there was no proactive communication, and the interaction again felt dismissive. At that point, I decided I would no longer continue services.
