I have had such positive experiences with this company's employees. They have proven to be skilled and hard working.

For the majority of the work that had been done over the last few months, I feel that it is all on the crew and leaders of the crew sent to clean our home. My biggest discrepancy was over having a "paper-trail" for tax reasons, since we were operating a home-based business - Tina had the hardest time accepting "Quickpay" and did not accept credit cards at all - insisted on cash. So in the end, everyone agreed on Chase BillPay - a draft was sent to her for payment directly to her place of residence. Moving on, Ms Kathy and her crew were the very best - Kathy, Silvia + 1 = everything in its place. You can tell Kathy truly cares and is purposeful in what she does to keep house. This in itself made the stars in this review possible! On the other hand, we've also been sent crews that are less than satisfactory. In saying this, (when dealing with crews that clean without Kathy involved), I mean that attention to detail is missed. Vanity/Powder Rooms are consistently missed, dusting surfaces including the tops of the refrigerator, lack of bed-making in the children's rooms, emptying the kitchen trash, dishes are standard in every housekeeper we've ever hired and they have blatantly been abandoned more times than what can be considered "fair" - every member seems to be extra "tired" and "un-alert" when they show up. The kitchen cabinets are not touched up on a consistent basis & bathroom floors need just as much attention as the showers. In the beginning, charging $65/week for weekly services was good, but then complacency set in and crews were swapped, and days of the week began to be moved around as also with the time allotted for cleaning our very average sized interior (1300+ sq ft)... We even agreed to putting away the children's toys to expedite the cleaning process. But after re-negotiations, we settled on $115 on a bi-weekly basis - but in my heart, I truly was not satisfied with this agreement and it never sat well that things weren't addressed and resolutions weren't in place - instead we did get "Excuses" and "Empty-Promises" as we felt pushed to the wayside of significant priorities. And furthermore, this was expressed by Tina that her clientele of the last decade had her utmost focus on when and where her crews needed to be... An understandable excuse, but nevertheless, communications broke down as weeks went by with unsatisfactory work and negligence of crews leaving garbage in their receptacles and beds made sloppily - all without the supervision of Ms Kathy. This describes the initial few months as we were here at a brand new location - having just moved from the South Orange County Coastal Region that we had to pay on a monthly basis @$65/week (sending Tina Devine Checks from Chase BillPay at a rate of ($260) per every four weeks. Unfavorably, during this time, text msgs were exchanged and phone calls to ask for money within only a couple days after the work that was found wanting was less than completed. But once again, crews and days were inconsistent & billing was always an issue. If I went beyond 2 weeks, My wife and I were harassed beyond measure (multiple text & phone calls) going back and forth attempting every two weeks to set a consistent schedule and time to show up for her crews. We were a sweet source of referrals as we had our friends try her Devine-Scrubs cleaning services. Our friend Jessica and and good neighbor Jimmy thought their initial services were great - but that's the thing - if hired over a long term period, beware of I consistency in details and discounts and services rendered being taken back. I believe that her business does need improvement in this simple methodology- "Nobody cares how much you know, unless they know how much you care." Good luck wishing for better service if you aren't assigned Kathy and her crew and if you're looking for long term services - I think you better shop around. We've referred others including some of our Property Director and Managers of our master planned community here at the Enclave - all people of high prestige, of course. Sadly, each of our households have decided upon these inconsistencies that the chances have run out on making the necessary changes and re-training to keep our business. Thank you Tina Devine, as we keep it business & please refrain in the future from destroying your business relationships by spouting out references such as "Have a Nice Life!" & your demands for petty cash, rather than creating the values in relationships through customer service and keep it professional, please. I just got home from our first cleaning with Tina's team and I am speechless! We've had horrible experiences with local house keepers in the past so I was on my last leg of faith when our neighbors suggested we use Devine Scrubs for our three story town home. I have never seen my house so clean and thoroughly and thoughtfully put together. The attention to their detail surpasses even my own and I thought I was a relatively clean person. My fiancée doesn't get excited or impressed by much, sent me photos of the house when he got home he was so happy! To sum it up, our house looks like a luxury resort. The beds were impeccably made and they folded all the towels and paper products so neatly. These girls are great! So professional but also friendly. I'm usually around when they clean since I work from home, and they're always considerate in trying not to bother me. But if I go out to run an errand, I completely trust them and have no problem leaving them to finish. Very reasonable price, and they bring their own cleaning gear & products (but willing to use mine if I have a preference). Been using them for I think 4 years, never had any sort of issue. Let me first clarify how I arrived at my two star rating. One star for promptly getting back to me on a quote for my house. Second star for at least the effort that went went into cleaning my house. The stars stop there. After reading all the reviews, seeing all the pictures of their work I was thrilled to hire them. However, I was not impressed at all with the work. The main lady was sick and sent over some replacements on the very first cleaning. Which is fine with me. After I got back from running errands I couldn't wait to get home and relax in a nice clean home. To my dismay, my wood floors had streaks and shoe prints, my blinds still had the dirt on them, my shower doors had spots and my sofas were not cleaned. All the items she assured she would take care of. I immediately notified her about all these things. All I heard was excuses. Her response: " we use water on wood floors, the blinds didn't turn so they couldn't clean them, water spots are difficult to get off, my people forgot to do your sofas" Anyhow after she finished with her excuses she scheduled and appt two weeks later to redo the work herself. No show, no phone call and I'm 80 dollars in the hole for a job I could have just done myself. read more

This review is NOT about the cleaning service. The 3 different teams of women sent out since November have been lovely . Here are my issues: 1. Three different versions of cleaning teams were sent to my home and I was never notified when there would be new people. I work 2 jobs and it is just my husband and myself. We don't accumulate a huge mess so we only need house cleaning services once a month. I was very specific when I started the services that I could only do Thursdays after 2. I would be coming home from work early and then working at home during the cleaning. In January, I rushed home for the 2 :00appointment. I was called by Tina at 2:00 to be told that the crew was a little behind schedule. Several calls and text messages later, the crew shows up 2 1/2 hours late. Tina then shows up soon after to help. She rushes through the house and did a horrible mopping job. There were many apologies but no hints of compensation. February, all was fine. March, same exact thing happens minus Tina coming to help and no apologies. Tina also failed to follow up with an April appointment. 3. I texted Tina for an April appointment today and now she can no long afford me any time on Thursdays. She offered Wednesdays. The lack of business professionalism or just basic customer service is lacking from the management. read more

Tina by far represented herself and her company well and the price was affordable too. I was surprised to see 4 girls show up to my 1000 sq ft home to clean it. Though my experience with this business was only through obtaining a quote, I was so put off by the response I received that I felt the need to share it with others. When I inquired about obtaining a quote for cleaning services via Yelp message, I specified that I would be needing this service twice a week, and, additionally, the next day, IF POSSIBLE. The owner's response: "I am sorry we are slammed all week. I have no space at all." Hmmmm ... From the onset of talking with Tina my experience was awesome!! We moved into a home that had not been cleaned and we were basically sitting in a dirty house and couldn't get unpacked and we needed help! Mind you this was Thanksgiving week and everyone and their brother needed their homes cleaned. I contacted this company for any estimate because it says they serve the Inland Empire and many of the reviews are for nearby areas like Rancho Cucamonga. Their map even shows them covering my area. But the only response I got was a terse "we don't serve your area." I think maybe they should be more specific about the boundaries of their service area. So, if you live in Fontana or so, this company doesn't serve the area. read more

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our initial service for​ deep cleaning. I was just so tired of spending a whole day each weekend cleaning and never feeling like I was finished, especially after working all week. We contacted Tina and she sent Jen the next day for an estimate. We felt it was reasonable, so we scheduled our first service and she was able to accommodate​ our schedules. When my previous cleaner "quit me" due to the longer drive after we moved for a 3rd time, I was scrambling to find a replacement. I was referred to Devine Scrubs via a FB Mom's group I am in and called her for an estimate. She came to my home within 2 days of me contacting her, was very friendly and gave me a quote on the spot. Although she charges a bit more for bi-weekly service than my previous cleaner, I attribute it to the fact that she sends a crew of 4 who accomplish the task in half the time. After Lauren, Fabi, Elizabeth and Josh finish cleaning our home looks and SMELLS amazing (seriously). The beds look awesome, the kitchen and bathroom sparkle and the kids playroom even looks... dare I say... neat and organized! I also appreciate their flexibility when scheduling a special cleaning on shorter notice. Finally, I recently learned that Lauren also cleans the home of a good friend!
