The day of the appointment arrived and no one showed up. I messaged the lady with whom I had been communicating for a couple of weeks to let her know that no one had shown up for the appointment. Despite having received timely responses up to this point, I received no response and no reason for the no show. Very disappointing to have wasted so much time on a company who clearly doesn't value the time of their potential customers.

They were fast, focused, and thorough--scrubbing everything from window tracks to toilets (which now look brand new). They even mopped the floors multiple times until they deemed it clean. The owner, Cecilia, also stopped by and made sure no detail was missed--professional and pleasant all around. The team insisted I do a final check, but honestly? I didn't want to leave footprints. Great service, fair pricing, and real pros. Hire them!

I found Arguelles on Yelp because well, we needed help cleaning a house before we moved in. I…read morecalled the number and spoke to Cecilia to get a rough estimate. Of course she would have to come into the home and take a look at everything before telling us the exact number. We had agreed to meet right away that same day in the evening. We provided her the address and she came just like she said she would, we did the whole tour, agreed on the price and then set a schedule for the actual cleaning. Today, Cecilia and her expert cleaning team at Arguelles Housecleaning came on the scheduled time to clean the home. These armies of amazing ladies got straight to work and cleaned the house from top to bottom. It took them some time but that's what we wanted since we wanted to make sure that the house is clean. We have a toddler and an infant that will be living in the home and we wanted to make sure that everything is wiped down and dusted and mopped, and vacuumed, and just clean! They did exactly that! Even more so, they also asked for our approval when they were done. They asked us to double check their work to make sure we were satisfied with the work. and if we needed anything, they told us to just let them know. Cecilia and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we have a clean home before they went on their way. Cecilia offers her services in the area and she also offers cleaning services for maintenance as well, IE, every month, quarter, etc., not just for move-in and move-out. For the price and services we received, we are beyond happy and will be keeping her number in our cell for the future. If you are in need of cleaners, I highly recommend Arguelles Housecleaning!

IF ITS ONE REVIEW YOU READ LET IT BE THIS ONE. I just…read morereceived service from this cleaner a day ago . (deep clean) Im only giving them 2 stars because the communication with the owner was excellent but I will never book with them again. I asked for a deep clean which was suppose to include kitchen 2 bathrooms living room and dusting all rooms. my house is not big at all. To my surprise the cleaner spent the entire day at my house yet had to come back to "wash" my shower. She didn't even scrub the showers, even after coming back to do just that, ended up stained my toilet, and didn't dust my bedrooms. She cleaned my stove and oven and left that pretty clean! she cleaned the outside of my cabinets but after inspecting them yesterday had a bunch of chemical residue. I am extremely disappointed, I really thought I was booking a service from a company with high standards.

Only one cleaner, Monique, was sent -- which seemed unrealistic for the scope of work. While she was kind and worked hard, many areas were left untouched: dusty closet shelves, stair railings, and floors that still left my 1-year-old's feet black after crawling. When I asked for a partial refund, the company refused and instead sent Monique back. But when we asked her to double-check the closet shelves, she said she was told to only do the floors. She also mentioned that only a steam cleaner would actually remove all the dirt, and she only had a mop -- which just confirmed that she wasn't given the tools to do a true DEEP clean. I don't blame Monique -- she was professional and did what she could. My issue is with the company's definition of a "deep clean" and the lack of value for the $400 price. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for a thorough, move-in-ready clean. My job should not be to do quality control of the job done, that's the manager job. At the end of the dayI paid for a service which was done half way, I am currently going through the entire house and finding more missed spots. I'm extremely disappointed.

When I arrived to inspect the property, multiple areas that should have been part of a basic cleaning were still dirty. The vent had visible dust buildup, the stove grates still had grease, and the range hood and backsplash had residue and streaks. Inside the cabinets there were stains and marks that had not been wiped down, and the top of shelving still had dust and debris. In the bathroom, the toilet base area appeared unclean, and the shower head had heavy mineral buildup. Even the refrigerator had food residue and ice buildup, which should normally be addressed during a turnover clean. Because the unit was not guest-ready, I contacted Brenda and requested a refund for the cleaning service, but she informed me she could not provide a refund. As a property owner who depends on cleaners to prepare units for guests, attention to detail and reliability are extremely important. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service for turnover cleaning.
