Jimmy had his work cut out for him with our windows. The best they'd seen was a good hosing off from the outside which apparently added to the hard water stains on the glass. For them to be perfect would have cost considerably more and been much more time consuming as they would need a special chemical cleaning. We opted for a regular cleaning. Jimmy was quite upfront with the price. There was no "bait and switch". Even though we went with the regular cleaning, the difference in the windows - and the screens - was remarkable.
