I came across this business and recommendation on another social media platform. After reading positive comments, decided to inquire. Began a series of text messages on pricing and availability. On day of appointment, EZ arrived on time, both field tech's wore company sport type polos with logos, courteous and well mannered. I walked one technician around house who was quick to acknowledge removal of bulky furniture and having shutters and blinds in open position for easy access. The cleaning process all began from inside with deep track cleaning, screen removal and biodegradable window cleaner. Work truck is self contained with ladders, high reach scrubbers, hoses etc. We live in a high wind area and window tracks tend to collect more debris than normal, EZ took extra measures on removing. The final finish is amazing and so worth the cost. EZ definitely thrives on providing that finish look with value engineering. Reading about them I realized that they were not only local & convenient but they were a small Company that just started earlier this year. I really enjoy dealing with small companies, it's just a whole lot easier & don't have the huge overhead that I would end up paying for. Using Mr Wilsons turned out to be a great choice. Very honest, no hidden agenda's. Just what we were looking for. Prompt, Courteous, Friendly, Professional and must of all safe. I couldn't stick around while they were here . We have a 3,200 square foot home in North Fontana, where the wind blows dust everywhere, and we usually get more rain than others. This being said, our windows have been dirtier than we'd like, and the Santa Ana's have put dirt in every crevice. These guys did an amazing job of making our windows look basically brand new again, and cleaned out the window tracks for all windows and even the glass sliders on the patio. These guys really had their work cut out for them... They carefully removed all the screens upstairs & downstairs & thoroughly cleaned them before moving onto the actual window cleaning.
