We contacted Fifth Labor Cleaning Services for our move-in carpet cleaning and Javiar was great. He is super knowledgeable, communicative, and thorough. I love that you get a text giving you an ETA before he arrives. Javiar saw that we had wooden floors and informed us about his floor cleaning service without being pushy at all (a huge plus). Would highly recommend! read more

We put in new flooring and it was LVP. Never had it before and I used some products and it left a residue and couldn't get it out. Javier responded fast and came by to do a free consult and spot cleaned some areas. His price was very reasonable and he was very Informative. He was able to clean my floors the same week and did a phenomenal job. Definitely recommend. Thank you Javier for saving my beautiful new floors. read more

Javier was professional, efficient and extremely honest! i loved the quote he gave me over the phone and booked an appt. and when he arrived he said that the quote he gave me was for 7 areas and he only counted 6 upon arriving (i miscounted/misspoke about how many rooms there were over the phone) and he said that he would adjust the price accordingly. can't say how much i appreciate the transparency when it would've been so easy to just keep the original quote. he answered all of our questions and our carpets look and smell amazing! can't recommend this company enough! read more

Fifth Labor Cleaning Services had Javier come clean our carpets yesterday. It was exactly what we needed. We were getting our carpets cleaned before moving out of the apartment. The carpet had tears from cats and some stains. By the time he was done it looked good as new, and was much cheaper then what the apartments were going to charge us. Javier was also very professional and diligent. 10 out of 10 job! read more

A few years ago while selling our home we hired Javier with Fifth Labor Cleaning Services to freshen up our carpets. He did a beautiful job and we were extremely happy. He's just a really nice, honest guy with a great work ethic. He's very professional and does his job phenomenally. His prices are too low for the phenomenal results he gets. He's worth so much more than what he charges. Yesterday he cleaned my moms carpets in her apartment and he worked nothing short of a miracle. I definitely thought her carpets would need to be replaced but Javier rescued her carpets and made them look new again. He takes great care to respect people's furniture and makes sure to protect them the entire time. It's obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work. I 1000% recommended Fifth Labor Cleaning Services. read more

When he was finished he provided us with booties to prevent us from leaving footprints on the floors. I highly recommend his services. This is the second time using Fifth Labor Cleaning Services and we're very happy with the service. Javier provided a rough estimate over the phone, arrived on time and charged the quoted rate. He was very helpful with a recommendation to help get the odor out of a room, and used booties on his shoes and hose guards around the stair case and corners so that the hoses wouldn't scuff. He was efficient and pleasant and we'd gladly call again in the future! read more

This is a great company. Mr. Javier Berger himself will come and do magic on your carpet. He's very thorough and made sure the corners are clean. Fifth Labor Cleaning Services - Carper look fresh. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Javier was great on communicating what was needed to be prepped, the time of the appointment, and when he arrived (on time BTW) the cleaning only took about two hours. The cleaning was a 6-month carpet care cleaning with the removal of a really horrible stain in my daughter's nursery (where Javier perfectly sanitized and cleaned before a few days before we brought her home 7 months ago. I am on a reocurring 6-month cleaning schedule, so look for my future reviews about the amazing cleaning services Fifth Labor provides. read more

Great service! Javier was very professional, carpets & upholstery cleaned! We will recommend Fifth Labor Cleaning to our friends& family!

Excellent service from Javier! He communicates quickly on the yelp app and gave us a quote on here when we gave him room measurements. He was easy to schedule with. Javier cleaned 3 bedrooms, a 3 person couch, chair and a half and a foot stool. He finished under 2 hours and the carpets and couches look amazing! I will never rent the shampoo cleaners from Home Depot ever again. Shampooing these in the past using rentals was an all day event and the cleanliness doesn't even compare to what Javier did with his high quality machines. Thank you! read more

Javier was very professional, considerate, kind, punctual, and very communicative. A great service. Will definitely hire him again

Very professional, excellent service. He's been doing my carpet service for more than 6 years, never disappointed, thank you Xavier!!

This review is on behalf of the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House in Loma Linda. Because of budget constraints we've put off a deep cleaning of some of the common areas in the House. Javier was able to help us and get the tile flooring cleaned to it's original condition. It was so well done, everyone noticed and appreciated the "new" flooring. On top of the great work, Javier was accommodating with our hours and days - thank you, Javier. read more

Javier is amazing. He came out and cleaned 4 area rugs that had seen really hard wear and made them look wonderful! He's coming back to do my car interior. It's so great to find someone that does what he says he'll do. Hire him. You won't regret it. read more

This guy "Javier" came to my house to clean my carpet months ago. Two days after he left, there were THREE big yellow stains on my light carpet. The stains looked as if a kid colored my carpet with a bright yellow highlighter. My carpet was in PERFECT condition before he worked one it. All I needed was a regular clean, shampooing. Upon noticing this, my husband called him back (2 days later) to take a look at what he did. He came and claimed that these were old stains (lucky I wasn't home) that "popped" up and tried cleaning it again. Unfortunately, the stains reappeared just a week later. We were so upset that we didn't have a carpet cleaned for a while. We hired another company and they told us that our carpet was probably accidentally dyed. The only way to resolve this would be to change the entire stair ways (where the spots are) or dye the rest of the carpet a darker color (3 shades darker). We are only the second owners of this new home with a great carpet until Fifth Labor worked on it. I have tried to reach out to them and no one has returned my call for service request. It's almost as if he's avoiding me. I will NEVER use your company again, although you were very nice in person. You knew what you did and should've fixed it rather than waiting for us to find out on our own. Then you used a lame excuse that "these were pre-existing stains" which was 100% false! We never had stains on our carpet! We have consulted other professional carpet cleaning companies who also do not agree with your claim as they can clearly see what happened. Your company should actually pay to fix this we have been advised. read more

We moved into a house that needed a very deep cleaning, and Javier & his team did an amazing job getting the grime out of the kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning the carpet to almost-new condition, and getting the rest of the house looking sparkling clean! My fiance and I were very impressed, and plan to use Fifth Labor for maintenance cleaning in the future. The job was done efficiently and to our exact specifications. They really listened to our needs, and they communicate very well through email and Yelp. I am very very happy with their service! read more

Javier went above and beyond for us. His work was impeccable, detailed, and above all his integrity and work ethic are on point. He was honest on what would come out of the carpet or not. His upholstery cleaning was flawless-our pottery barn sofa is 5 years old and looked new after he cleaned it, including our daughters rug in her nursery. We are definitely a life long client now. read more

Dear Javier, it is with great pleasure that I have already completed my google review. Of course, I will do the same to yelp. I continue to be extremely disappointed, as is the homeowner of this house. I received an email guaranteeing you would make it right but I can see that is not the case. I do not want simple steaming the carpet I hired you to clean and shampoo the carpet. Due to your refusal to refund or fix the problem you will be receiving a notification from my credit card company. Have a lovely day. read more
