I would say the service was a success because the furniture came out smelling like fresh lemons. I'm not sure the "deep" cleaning was any different than a standard cleaning but extra time and product was used to ensure there was no more stitch of Urine on my couch. I'd recommend them and use them again. Only advice is the tech should refrain from using so much foul language in the presence of children and with customers. I've hired a couple of carpet cleaning companies and although the others did a good job, I appreciated the professionalism of Noah at Chem-dry He just left. He looks like Jack Harlow. Super polite, communicative and professional. These trash a** paper thin carpets and padding in new homes are horrible. No matter what I do, there's some weird spot that shows up out of nowhere in some random area where no one goes. Don't even get me started on the stairs. I refuse embarrass myself with before pics. They are fresh and clean now. Slightly damp tighter after the cleaning was done. Wayyyy less damp than usual. Carpet will be dry in no time. I had my entire upstairs area done. Carpet cleaning on 1/28/23. They cleaned four rooms. Great communication. Text alerts to confirm appointment. Called to let us know that they were on their way within the two- hour arrival window. When they arrived, they did a walk-through with us. They got started right away. Corner protectors were used so that the hoses wouldn't cause any damage to baseboards. When they finished, they let us inspect the work while they cleaned up. It came out perfect. The technology they use gets the carpet clean, but it is not a soaking mess like other companies leave it. 3-4 hour drying time. Jerod & Daryn were very detailed and did an amazing job.(I believe Jerod is the owner). You can tell they care about your home and that this isn't just another job, he treated like his own. He was very honest and his prices are reasonable. I loved that he had these corner guards for your walls so the equipment does not case any damage to your walls or baseboards! first things first, they do a really great job. carpet was old as all else and they did thorough job of getting it as nice as possible. i wasnt in town at the time that the cleaning happened so they went out of their way to assist me in getting the job done. i would highly recommend them. and on another note, they respond pretty quickly via yelp messaging. some other businesses tend to reply the first time quickly and then not respond or take hours for a second response. these guys kept responding and seem on top of everything. kudos! read more

I don't usually go out of my way to write negative reviews but I feel I must at least warm future clients. The service was good. But ironically, as soon as we payed the company with a check, money started disappearing from my parents bank account. My mother wrote one check to the company for payment and even tipped an extra $50. She's been bed ridden for years and hasn't written a check in about a year minimum before the payment was given. I'm not saying the company is involved with the missing money but it was quite ironic the check didn't try to clear for almost a month after payment. or at least I didn't get a call until the check didn't clear because the bank put a hold on my parents account. Being in business, I know there are usually times within a month you would drop money to the bank. Wouldn't that mean the check should have bounced a week after rather than almost over a month? At least once a month minimum from a professional standpoint, you should be dropping/taking money to the bank. Maybe they wait every two months for smaller business's. I'm not sure how they do their process but my parents have never experienced fraud until right after that. My dad noticed money being taken out as soon as a week after transaction. Like I said, I cannot guarantee they are apart of this. For all I know, it can be the kid that received the check that is doing everything. I will continue to keep my comment up and unedited until it can be proven otherwise. All I want is to keep future clients aware of the situation. I hope it has nothing to do with the business but based off the information I have, it unfortunately looks that way. read more
