Great work! Christy called to confirm appointment the day before and remind me of the arrival window. Only two things were not communicated well between us. The total price was about $35 more than we initially thought and the drying time took longer than anticipated which was not ideal for putting furniture back in the evening. Absolutely the rudest person I've ever worked with. From the minute Chris knocked on the door he had a chip on his shoulder. The first time was 2 years ago and they did a great job, but this time my carpets were really dirty. The high traffic areas were extremely bad. I made an appointment, they gave me a time between 9:30 and 10:30am and just like before they were on time and Chris the owner was so polite and professional.
