Therefore agreeing to a price beforehand ($260), then getting the surprise notice upon arrival that there's an additional $70 for scrubbing, seems like it isn't worth the entire service anymore. Its like saying "you can shower but to use the shampoo and body wash require additional charges" We decided, after they showed up, that we would not go forward with their business at this time. They sent out Jake to clean our carpet and he was very polite, respectful and thorough with the cleaning. They use corner guards so their hoses don't damage our corner walls and staircases.
