Adam communicated with me the entire way. Everything came out great. I will go with Adam again.. read more

I've been using Adam for YEARS now and absolutely swear by his work. I have 12 year old carpets and he keeps them looking brand new every time. In the past, the companies I'd use, looked good immediately, but within a month, stains were back. Now that I use Adam, I usually need him to come out about once a year. Stains don't ever reappear, I just get the typical wear from frequently used areas. He is extremely professional, barriers on my front door (awesome since it was in the 90s today) takes care of my hard surface areas and is extremely efficient. As long as I have carpet and Adam is in business, he will be the only one I ever use read more

Adam was amazing and professional! Very communicative and flexible with our move in schedule. Highly recommend his service and our carpets look brand new. He took his time ensuring no pet damage or stains were present and the overall price was very reasonable for the amount of rooms/carpet he cleaned for us. Thank you and we will be returning customers. read more

Great communication, punctual, and loved that I was able to text over photos of my daughters carpets and not play the "I'll give you a quote when I get there" game. Very fair prices, and great communication and resolution with a small concern that I brought up. Have recommended to all family and friends! read more

I hired Adam's Carpet Care for my business, Adam is very seasoned! He provided a quote over the phone, and visited us in person to finalize the quote based on measurements. I've been using Adam for years. I was surprised to see that one customer gave him a one star rating. Speaking from years of experience of hiring Adam, he is definitely a 5 star and would recommend to anyone. Please make sure you're giving the correct info to Adam when you're trying to get a quote. It's keeps things clear and avoid any negative feelings. Adam is very upfront with pricing. Even has a price sheet he shares with you upfront to avoid any confusion. He's always open to answer any questions you have prior to coming to your home. You can even send him pictures if you need clarification. He uses very clean, safe, non toxic products. He even shares the safety data sheet for those who ask. My carpets came out great! Super happy. Looking forward to having him come by before the end of the year to clean my dryer vents and clean the carpets upstairs read more

Well I took the day off work to have our couch cleaned for Easter, we were quoted one price... they arrived and raised the price by $150 and would not adjust even though they admitted it was their mistake. Do not recommend, now I'm having to call around to find someone today since I can't take another day off of work. Two thumbs down :( Edit: I found a place to come out today and clean the couch for the price you originally quoted us. Before quoting they asked for details. They asked how many it seats, if it was a sectional, if it was a large couch. They even asked for a picture so I could get a firm quote. This would be a great idea for your business considering you do have major price increases. So I guess it's my husband's fault as you say, but I suggest you make some changes to your quoting process to avoid one star reviews in the future. :) read more

We got Adams help today with our rental home carpet cleaning. We were concerned because the carpet had really seen better days and we wanted to sell the home without replacing the carpet. Adam was timely, courteous, efficient and informative. He walked us through the house, noting areas he would treat and explaining the cost up front. Adam was very focused on great customer service- he called ahead to let us know he would be wearing a mask and was on his way. Now to the important part. The carpet was revived!! Adam did a FANTASTIC JOB! We almost fell over seeing how nice it came out. Side note - the cleaning solution Adam uses smells AMAZING and left the home really freshened up. MY WIFE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this young gentlemen. Adam if you read this - cheers to you, you are a rare breed nowadays. Quite the work ethic and great personality. read more

Adam came in to do a carpet cleaning on the house we just bought. This house was a rental for years and was not taken care of. He was very honest and fair with the pricing considering the conditions of the carpet. It really just has to be completely replaced but because we're not able to do that right now, having him clean it just gave me peace of mind to have my kids in the house while we wait to get flooring done. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a good carpet cleaning and I will definitely be calling him back in the future for services. read more

This is the service you should choose! Over the years we've had maybe a dozen carpet cleaners. Without a doubt, Adam is the best! This is the second time he's cleaned our carpet, but it won't be the last. He responded to my call immediately, and we made the appointment. He and Arturo are fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. We had cat odors, and the day before they came I'd spilled a glass of chocolate milk on the shag carpet, so I'm surprised they didn't pass out from the horrible odor! Now everything smells, looks, and feels great. They're also really nice people. read more

My wife and I had hired Adam from Adam's Carpet Care to come and clean our carpets in our home. I came across Adams carpet service after reading his reviews on yelp and FB. We previously had another company come in and clean them and were so disappointed we were ready to just price out replacing it all together. Adam came over and inspected our carpets and gave us his honest opinion and also told us he would guarantee his work. He also took a very large oriental rug back to his shop for detailed and specialized deep cleaning. Mind you this is a 6bdr 3 story 3,200 sq foot home that has recently suffered the wrath of toddler and a large puppy being potty trained. Adam delivered on his promise and was very competitive in pricing. The day of service Adam arrived on time and was even able to accommodate my request to clean the master first and allow me to sleep while he was servicing the rest of the house (night shift problems). He was extremely quiet and respectful and left my home immaculate and even locked up behind himself as I awoke several hours later to a freshly cleaned home. The carpets all dried within 5 hours as promised. He showed my husband what he extracted from the carpets which as I mentioned were cleaned less than a month ago by a different company. The substance he removed from my home made me literally consider just lighting this place on fire and installing entire house hard wood floors. I was horrified after learning what was extracted and as of today no one is allowed in my home with shoes on and I'm also considering placing diapers on all kids (regardless of age) and the dogs in my home. lol. Long story short I'll be using Adam again when needed and also will have him clean our couches and throw rugs. read more
