Ray is the best. He was early, he worked diligently, he was kind, polite, and got a very difficult job done. He made an appointment for us hours before he had to be there, first thing in the morning. He made sure our home would be clean for the arrival of friends and family. I will always call Ace Ray when we need him. You found what you were looking for your home. Thank you Ace Ray read more

Ray wasn't just on time - he was early! great service and professional. although i did have to wait for more than 6 hours for the carpet to dry... may be because of the circulation since it's on the 3rd floor. Will listen to the advise and get my carpet clean on a regular (quarter? semiannual?) basis... thanks Ray! read more

Ray is very responsive and accommodated an earlier than scheduled time to get my 3 high pile rugs cleaned. He did a fantastic job at making them smell and look brand new. They did take many hours to dry, so would take that into consideration. Overall 5/5 stars! read more

We've used Ray many times and couldn't recommend him enough! Our carpet is only a couple of years old but we want to keep it new and fresh and Ray does a great job. He's done our previous homes with older, light carpet and we have always been so happy with his service. read more

We have dogs so need to clean frequently but I refused to spend another weekend cleaning carpets. I made an appointment with Ace Carpet and was glad I did. Ray is a MAGICIAN! Seriously people, I contacted half a dozen cleaners and his estimate was very competitive and he was honest about whether or not he could get bad mattress stains out (in other words, didn't make promises he couldn't keep but said he'd try his best). He cleaned two mattresses and a rug for us, was on time and super nice. PS we are not friends - this is 100% a genuine review because I was feeling so pessimistic about the mattress stains! Thoroughly Impressed. Ray's work is impeccable. His demeanor is professional yet gracious yet humble. His attention to detail is outstanding and he is punctual. Ace Carpet Cleaning Service cleaned the carpeting on our stairs and two hallways. A sealant was added for an extra cost, at our request. I will say this to everyone, "Get the sealant", it is worth the extra charge! The carpet on our stairs and hallways came back to life and look 100% better. Thanks ACE and thank you again Ray. Ray and I had a little mix up in our scheduling, but he promptly responded to every message, and once we had clarification he came right out. He even was able to clean an extra rug for me when he came. I'm very happy with his service. With other companies I've had problems with the rugs being too wet after they left, but not this time. I will definately use him again. read more

Ray was amazing. Punctual, efficient and the results were fantastic. I had three bedrooms carpet clean as well as a shag rug and sofa upholstery cleaning. All of them turned out really great especially the sofa which add water and chemical stains that I was skeptical would come off. But they look so much better would definitely recommend. read more

I had my carpet clean with other cleaners didn't do a good job, but with Ray he was excellent I explain my concern due to the carpet had a smoke smell prior tenants use to smoke inside for years. But he explain the process because smoke it's hard to remove unless you treat it. Which he did and it's been almost 2 weeks carpet clean and NO smoke smell =) with other cleaners after 3 days the smell of smoke would show. So I'm satisfied with his service. read more

Alex responded to my initial inquiry about carpet re-stretching very promptly and he offered a price that was reasonable. He did an exceptional job repairing the ripples that developed due to a poor install from 6 years ago. Ray is such a friendly person. He gave me a quote over the phone and I found it to be on the low for the job. He was PUNTUAL!! I love that! I showed him the floors that needed cleaning. I told to change his quote to a price worthy of the work he would have to do. His quote was spot on. He did not over charge me. He arrived at 10:00 and finished around 2:00. It was a lot of work. He did a beautiful job with my marble floors and tile floors. Your can tell that he takes pride in his work. I was so pleased with his work and I will continue to use his services. I also hired him to come back and clean my carpets. I highly recommend Ray to do the work you need done. He is an upstanding guy! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! No nonsense carpet cleaning. Ray was professional, friendly, honest, and efficient. Turned around service in just a few days. Price was lower than other quotes I received so I threw in a few more areas to clean. Carpets and old vintage couch looking great, gave us some good ideas to keep our white carpeted stairs clean. Will be calling him again next time we need carpets cleaned. read more

Ray cleaned my carpets in the Fall and did a fantastic job. He offers great pricing with a great result. Not only was he very responsive and communicative, he was also kind, humble and hard working. What pushes him over from great to even better was the sweet Christmas card he sent to our family. The fact he took the time to write and mail a card in appreciation of the holiday and his customers just shows how much he cares. Ray and Ace Carpets epitomizes old school customer service. Thank you, Ray! read more

I am very grateful for Ray, the owner. Very reasonably priced, awesome quality, honest and friendly. My couch had a ton of stains especially milk stains and I tried to clean on my own and was afraid I did more damage than good. Ray was able to deodorize and get all the stain out. He waited until my couch dried to make sure the stains came out and then scotch guarded. You can see references in my couch in his pictures with the gray chaise lounge piece. Got a quote for my rugs and will definitely be calling him once I'm ready. read more
