I had two of my houses steam cleaned by them. I am very happy with their service and fee. Doug was very pleasant to communicate and easy to access. Zack who did the cleaning job was very professional. Highly recommended. read more

A total rip off. Came to clean and seal tile in kitchen, tiny bath and small laundry. Charges came to $2500 for 1.5 hours of service, 3 guys. That's $833 per man for one and a half hours labor and a small amount of clean/seal product. Might fool me once, but never again. If I could give a minus rating, I would. read more

The tech did a horrible job! Left my recliners and sectional ruined spilled cleaning solution all over the floor, didn't bother cleaning it, had to clean myself. I don't understand how they have 5 star reviews! read more

Great service responded very quickly to my call and did a great job cleaning my tile in my kitchen

They responded quickly, came out within hours, and had a competitive price. The technician was prompt, friendly, and did a great job!

While I had to reach out to follow up with my service, which I would expect would be done by the business, our experience with them was very good. The person who end up showing up to clean our carpet was very professional and fast. We are very happy with the results and price. I requested a couple of estimates and Dough's was by far the best. I recommend this business 100%! read more

I just got my large L- shape sectional cleaned along with 3 area rugs and bedroom carpet. Zach did a wonderful job on the cleaning and was very friendly and helpful in moving a few small items pieces of furniture. The owner, Doug, was also very easy to work with to get a reasonable quote as well as digitally pay after the work was complete. I highly recommend them! read more

They were on time, did an excellent job, quick, friendly with my dog. I would definitely recommend this vendor and the service.

We are very satisfied with the work that Precision completed this week. We needed the carpet and tile entry area cleaned and Zach was outstanding, explained the procedure and completed the job in just over one hour. There was minimal dampness and no soap residue left after the cleaning. The price was very fair and we would highly recommend Precision Carpet and Tile Cleaning. read more

I have to give Doug and Zach a full five stars due to the quality of work they perform and their approach to running a responsible and professional business I'm a repeat customer having used them previously to clean my travertine tile. This time I needed someone to clean a very expensive wool rug and just didn't want to leave the task to anyone risking damage to this carpeting. I called, spoke with Doug and made an appointment for the very next day. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. The next day, and on time, Zach showed up at the house and quickly got to work. He discussed the process and my expectations to clean the rug. Shortly there after he pre-sprayed the rug, and was cautious to ensure no harm would occur. After the cleaning, Zach gave me instructions on how to care for the rug, and the time frame to adequately, allow it to properly dry A few days later, Doug followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work which had been performed. Instead of putting something out on Facebook, on one of those community pages, I found trusting my gut and going with a known business, with a proven track record was the right decision read more

He apologized, acknowledged the mistake. I let them do the cleaning and it came out fine. read more

Great company to work with! I had my residential house - second floor and stairs carpet cleaned, of which Zach did the pre-spray and cleaned up the carpet in no time. Amazing service! Excellent communication, showed up on time, very fair price and my tile & grout look spectacular!!!

Decent job and decent pricing. Job was only a small room and hallway and their minimum was lower than the others.

Great work and prompt service! They also had very good pricing for 3 rooms and they were professional and on time.

I have about 800 square feet of Italian Travertine Stone in my family area and it had been starting to darken in the cracks. My cleaning efforts could not remove the darker stains and residues. I contacted sever grout and tile cleaning places and got a good range of responses. Precision Does both carpet and tile cleaning, and it seems that is a good combination. They were price competitive, I was quoted between $400 and $1200 for a 4 step grout and stone tile cleaning and resealing. I chose Precision at the lowest price. We scheduled about a week out and although they had to reschedule for later in the day, when they did arrive, everything went smoothly. The tech was knowledgeable and educated us on products to avoid and use for best care of the stone. They moved my sofas and other items as needed for no extra charge (others quoted an extra $100 if they had to move stuff). In the end, the floor looked terrific! All the dark stains and black spots were deep cleaned out. It was like I had new floors again and I remembered how much I love travertine flooring when it is clean! read more

Me and my wife just got serviced today for a deep carpet cleaning. I've used many companies before but this was the best service I've had. The technician was super professional and made sure everything was spotless. I would recommend to everyone that needs a tile/carpet clean to choose this company. read more

I have used professional carpet cleaning services for over 10 years. This is the worst and least professional company I have ever used. The person who did the work could have done better, as had to hurry up to go to other jobs. On top of that, the owner was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, please note that for 3 small bedrooms, their cost was way higher than others. Please stay away from this company "100% Waste of Money" read more

Great value, great responsiveness, and delivered precisely as I expected them to! They showed up on time and jumped right into work and dove deep into the problematic areas that I pointed out. Honestly could not have expected or received more than what was requested. read more

Wow! I thought my carpet was a lost cause after taking in a pup & just the constant runway traffic that ruined our carpet's aaand the fact that we haven't had our carpets done professionally. Ever. since we moved in 5 years ago. (I did it my damn self) HA. I was literally on the fence and was thinking about ripping out the carpet, but Precision Carpet cleaning was recommended by a friend that had her carpet cleaned & I took a chance. I sure am glad I called Doug with Precision. My Carpet looks so fresh, clean & fluffy. I didn't even think it was possible. But they did it. I definitely will be calling again to clean my carpets when need be since it was so affordable. Thanks Guys. read more

Precision Carpet And Tile Cleaning - Clean tile vs dirty tile - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

They were friendly, thorough, and fairly priced. We had a couch, part of our travertine floor, and a pet stained rug cleaned. The white couch came out cleaner, and as expected; the grout & tile cleaned up amazingly well; and unfortunately the stains didn't come all if the way out of my wool rug, but he had explained that would probably be the case. We'll be calling them back again soon! read more

Precision Carpet Cleaning produced a somewhat clean carpet, however, the technician was careless and not worthy of the company name, "Precision" and "Haphazzard" would be the a better name. There were carpet areas that were carelessly overlooked, but the worst part was that when I asked the technician why he wasn't cleaning the stair risers ( vertical part of stairs), he,stated that it wasn't safe for him to use their equipmrnt in that manner, but he tried to convince me that I wouldn't notice those missed areas. I called the owner and he stated that they don't have the attachment for the stairs, but that he knows he should have it. I assume that all patrons of this company expect a thorough and complere cleaning of the carpet they pay to have cleaned. Nonetheless, this company has been in business long enough to furnish all the necessary equipment to provide customers with an entirely clean carpet that is based on the expectations of their carpet cleaned in a manner which is in accordance with reasonable expectations. Again, Precision Carpet Cleaning should be called Haphazzard Carpet Cleaning which is indicative of their slipshod work. It was the time of year when customers want their houses to be their very cleanest. I called the ower about the stairs a second time and he stated he would get back to me, but he didn't and that appears to go with their overall substandard work ethic. Next I'd like to have my entire downstairs tile floor cleaned, but I won't have Precision clean it because I'm sure they would not do it thoroughly due to not having the correct equipment. read more

Thank you Precision Carpet and Tile Cleaning for doing an excellent job on our carpets!! Very reasonable in price, on time and did a great job! And, Zach (Zack) not sure of the correct spelling, that did our carpets was very efficient, kind and personable! Highly recommend! Also, Doug (the owner) was quick in replying to my inquiries and DID NOT hit me with any hidden charges! The price he gave me was the price I paid! Good honest company! As soon as I can get an open date on my calendar in the next couple weeks I will be scheduling our tile cleaning with Precision and will review on the tile service as well. read more

Not satisfied with how tile came out. Tech didnt tell us he was going to work around furniture so we have uneven spots now. I would have been happy to move furniture around. Note my furniture is sparse so it would have been easy to shift. Tile actually looks discolored now. Cleaning just pushed all the dirt to the base boards so now I have dirty caked edges. I was told it included sealer but he didn't seal. Grout looks better in most places but now it looks dirtier in the corners and edges. Overall not very happy with this at all considering what I paid. On another note tech was nice and on time. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend this company. Hard to find honest people to do honest work nowadays. If anyone can recommend someone for future tile cleaning feel free to reply w recommendation. Looks like I'm going to need to spend the money at again. Their website is now down. read more
