The son, Michael, is very professional, and gets the job done, we rent, and the rugs were not cleaned when we moved in, they came out right before Christmas, I called in the morning, thinking I had to wait a few days, Nope same day service. Extremely disappointed with this company. They installed laminate flooring in our home. The installation and cutting of the laminate was unprofessional. Chipped edges and damaged dented pieces of laminate were installed. Mike G., the owner promised my husband and I a refund to cover the damaged flooring and bad installation. Each time we spoke to him he would promise to refund our money and would never show. Now 3 months later we still have not received the refund and we can't even get him to answer our calls. You want high end, got it. You want budget grade, he can supply. Used over and over for more than a decade and always satisfied. I read some of the poor ratings and scratch my head. If you need carpet, I recommend this place. They do not have a huge selection but you can find what you want in any carpet store or at Lowes and they will get the same one same brand and install it for much less than an ordinary store. I found this company in the pennysaver and will definately never use this company again. They cleaned my carpets yesterday around 4pm and today when I went back to my house at 12pm the carpets were still very wet. Worse yet there were stains still in the carpet, looked like it hadn't even been cleaned. Don't be fooled by this company. read more

Don't use these guys for anything they don't have a clue how to do anything right. Long story short got thier number from another contractor for major carpet to have a new shower tiled. Mike the owner came out said he could tile shower/tub deck and bathroom floor. Gave me really good price should have known they don't no what they are doing. I had shower hot mopped ready to go for them. Mind you I was a plumber for many years so I know how a shower is to be built. They slapped cement bored to walls screwed threw my hot mop in shower pan and shower curb which would have leaked. They also didn't slope shower floor to drain was completely flat. That is shower building no-no 101; against code too. Mike gives me excuse that this was his back up tile guy well gee thanks but doubt it was because the tile guy says he has done many showers. Well i feel sorry anybody that has had a shower or any work done by these guys it's crappie work and going to fall apart in a matter of time. I ended having to brake it all up and have it re-hot mopped because they put so many holes in it. Cost me $300 which Mike refused to pay because he lost out on material I had to rip out. That's my fault why? So beware they are liars and don't no a thing about construction. read more

Bad service. If you want a quick job, there is not the place. they are not reliable. here is my experience: an appointment at 8:00 -10:00 @11:00 they said their van broke down and they will come soon. from 12:00am non-stop calling until 5:00pm and no response, straight to machine. at the end there is no show on Friday and I have tough luck finding replacement on Saturday. no phone call to apologize. We signed a contract to have tile done in two bathrooms and a laundry room and it is now almost 4 months and the job is not complete. The owner was very good at selling the product but he has failed to deliver, not even starting work until one month after we signed. We have had a household of 4 people living in a construction zone for weeks at a time. The workers do quality work, but they were pulled off the job to finish other projects and left the place a mess. The owner does not respond to phone calls and has left an unfinished shower for 10 days, forcing us to call another company to finish the work. read more

End up cleaning with Hoover machine I own and even little machine did better job then their van mounted machine. Bottom line don't waste your money and call someone else . Talk about unprofessional. This guy was so rude! I saw the ad in the penny savers and thought...WOW so cheap! Only 39.95 for 2 rooms! Too good to be true. He came here and took a look at my living room and said that it was a living room/dining room combo. I didn't understand because we already had a separate dining room. Also...my puppy had a little accident, which was the reason I called him. He didn't even get the smell or stain out! It's only been a day since the dog had the accident! He also charged me extra for telling him my puppy stained the carpet. I checked the rest of the room and he missed EVERY SINGLE corner of my house...it wasn't even wet nor vacuumed!
