I used Carpet Time a couple years ago in May 2021 and I've been meaning to come back and write a review ever since then. We needed carpet installed pretty quickly at the time because my gf and I had decided to sell our condo and the new HOA rules didn't allow wood flooring for 2nd and 3rd story units due to changes made to their rules. Incredibly annoying that they can do that but I digress. Once I reached out for a quote, George got back to us promptly and within a few days he was out at our place to show us samples. Once we picked out what we liked he sent us a quote in writing that same evening and just over a week later had us scheduled for installation. I forget the name of his installers but I was impressed with the level of service. We got most of the stuff out of their way prior to them showing up for the installation but they took care of moving a couple couches in the living room and a Purple mattress in our bedroom in order to get the job done. (Sidenote: If you haven't owned a Purple mattress, these suckers are pretty heavy and a bitch to move around.) They did quality work and in a short time which along with their punctuality allowed us to not have to take a full day off from work which was also very much appreciated. Who likes to use their PTO for adulting stuff, amirite?! I would definitely recommend using Carpet Time's services to anyone. I worked with George, he went to my house, checked it out. it was only 1 room towards the garage hallway. he gave me a fair estimate. i told him that i wanted to match similar to my old carpet. he ordered the carpet on saturday, carpet came on monday, he called me and he told me that they can start on tues. on tuesday morning, the 2 guys came to install, i told them it was too heavy for me to get rid of my dad's hospital bed, but they said they will work it out. 2 hrs. & 30 min. later, it was finished! they even vacuumed and cleaned everything. they did an excellent job! i'm very happy with their service! read more
