Best Carpet may not be your best bet for carpet issues. In my case, they tried a bait and switch after arriving to stretch my carpet. They were on time for both visits, I'll give them that. First visit was to measure, take pix, etc for an hour to generate an estimate to stretch my carpet. When they arrived to do the work, it was obvious immediately that they had no intention of stretching my carpet, it was now "your carpet is old, you need new carpet". I told them to leave - two wasted days of staying home waiting. Beware of these guys. read more

Great price but beware. They're lacking in customer service. I had four bedrooms recarpeted. The install was quick and pretty good...but my master bedroom has a dark line going down it! I thought it was a bad seam, but it wasn't a seam. When I spoke with Fernando, he was extremely rude. Mario wasn't too polite on the phone either. I had to ask him to come look at it. He did come out and looked at it and had no idea what the dark line is. Of course they have no carpet left to replace it. I asked for him to check his stock for something close to it and to call me. That was several weeks ago. I've heard nothing. I'm assuming they must sell discontinued and/or possibly defective carpet. Thus, the dark line going down my master bedroom. Be very cautious buying from them. You get what you pay for. read more

Seems they sold me seconds and neglected to say anything. He claims they did and as my mother was with me, we know that we were not told this. Mom has the memory of an elephant, even at 95 now. We've been Best Carpet customers for 20+ years, and Mario and his crew delivered again! This time we needed Luxury Vinyl Planking for our converted garage remodel. The wood-paneled room has had various carpeting since we moved in 30 years ago, but we wanted to change the look after having the walls painted and updating the ceiling. BC had 6' long, 7" wide planking which was exactly what we were looking for. Installation was completed by Gilberto and Juan less than a week later (we had baseboards installed as well,) and the results were perfect. They provided a great deal on some beautiful flooring, didn't charge for moving some pretty big items including a bunkbed, desk, file cabinet, and closet. They also honored a last minute request to laminate a closet and included it in the original price. They had to uproot two toilets and reinstalled them beautifully.
