Did not get my floors installed but I was looking for some wood glue. The kind gentleman checked his warehouse but unfortunately they had none. What happen next was surprising. The same gentleman actually recommended another company for me to find the glue that I was in need of. In a time where everyone's trying to make a buck I really appreciate this PERRYs Floor company for their honesty and their concern for customers being happy. They could've easily said sorry I don't have any more but they really helped me out by making the referral to give my business to someone else read more

Nothing wrong with the service But I bought tile from Perry's supplier and it came out all crooked I found out until I complain to the installers and they started showing me how crooked it was I made them replace some but honestly all have to be replaced very disappointed read more

When looking for flooring, we were first helped at Perry's by Marc and he helped us pick out flooring we loved and he was great to work with. But he went on PTO right after and we didn't get good customer service after that so got 5 other quotes and settled on another installer. Perry's quote was comparable to all the others. Months later when we were ready to pull the trigger on the flooring, I was still having remorse about not going through Perry's so I reached out and learned Marc was back so worked with him again and they ended up installing our flooring. We went with Eternity Sequoia Mineral Peak and couldn't be happier with the installation and final result. As part of our install they had to also level some cracks in the concrete slab foundation. The installers were super fast and efficient. We had a couple concerns after the installation - a couple of low spots where the floor was flexing - but the owner came out and inspected and assured us it was okay and wouldn't be a problem in the future. I also took advantage of Perry's financing special of 12 months same as cash. Thank you to Marc for making this happen for us! read more

Perry Floors did a fantastic job installing my tile floors. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship, great prices, and outstanding service, look no further. The installers, who laid the tiles in my kitchen and hallway on the diagonal, took immense pride in their work--the precision with which they measured, cut, and laid the tiles was artistry in motion. This was the second time I used Perry Floors. They had done such a fabulous job installing my wood floors in my study and bedroom that I immediately thought of them for my tile project--and they came through with flying colors again. Throughout the process, I consulted Anthony many times, and he patiently answered all of my myriad questions while I decided on the tiles and the overall look. The staff's friendliness, reliability, quality, and price just can't be beat! read more

We are so grateful to have found Perry Floors. From the start, Brian was so helpful. We knew we were taking on a big project (new flooring and baseboards throughout our entire home). He was patient and answered all the questions we had. A huge THANK YOU to our two installers (I wish I could remember their names!) - they were amazing. They were clean and got our entire house done in about 3 days - this time included the baseboards! My husband did help move things around at night so that it was ready for them the next day and it was worth it. Give them a call, Brian and his team are wonderful. read more

Went to Perry Floors after researching on yelp. We spoke with Michael and he was able to help us find a floor for our home. I have to say this was the best decision to go with them for our floor install. They had the best prices, best installers and they truly care about their customers. On Day one the Owner Brian Perry came out to meet and talk with me before they started the install and just gave me a full confidence that this was going to be done right and gave me some pointers on the flooring. Day 2 Michael came out and spoke with me again while the install was going and that just give us a good feeling. You won't be disappointed with Perry Flooring. Highly recommend them!! read more

Perry flooring installed our carpet and Cali Pro vinal planking about a month ago and we couldn't be happier. Jose Lopez and his install team did a terrific job. The four of them took their time to get all the details just right but worked so hard that the install was quick. They were professional, kind and made me feel very comfortable as they worked in my home. They word as if they were in their own homes. Exceeded all my high expectations. I even had the pleasure to meet Brian, the owner of Perry floor in passing. As he was restocking the floor he kindly took the time to talk to me about my flooring options and answer all my questions. With his expertise and honesty I ordered the Cali Pro vinal wood planking and it was the perfect at half the cost) and comes with a 50year manufacturer warranty. You will be very happy with the service, work and quality of carpet/flooring provided by Perry Floors. read more

Perry installed over 1000 sq ft of vinyl waterproof floating flooring. They were very helpful from start to end. They have lots of different styles and manufacturers to choose from. The salesman was very nice and helpful. The installation crew was very conscientious and quick. The only complaints I might have is the salesman who we originally talked to had to be at the store in order to get additional product costs. The other was the install crew had issues getting my stove in and the dryer exhaust correct but other than that they were excellent. Yes I would use them again. read more

Absolute BEST experience with a flooring company. Perry floors has the best combination of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. We've personally done business with 3 flooring companies in the last 6 months, and Perry Floors restored my faith in good customer service. Their communication is great, their prices are great, and their work is great. I was amazed by how efficient (and considerate) Jose and his crew were as they installed over 400 sq ft of vinyl plank in less than a day. We're so happy, we're recommending Perry Floors to EVERYBODY! read more

So very happy with our new floors from Perry Floors...Anthony assisted us in the showroom, showing us the different products available...no high pressure sales tactics...the prices were competitive with other places we looked at...Luis and Christian did a wonderful job. I was amazed how much dirt accumulates under carpet...we had the vinyl flooring installed. If Luis or Christian had any questions regarding how my husband wanted the install, they didn't hesitate to ask. Their attention to detail is something my husband really appreciated. We are going to get new carpet in our bedrooms and this company will be our go to company. Thank you Perry's Floors!!! read more

To do business with this establishment, we visited the store. We spoke with a gentleman named "Marc," who was very informative and knowledgeable about flooring, so much so that we elected to and decided to do business with this flooring store. At that time, he explained that the warehouse was closed and asked that we follow up with him via phone the following day, so we did, we spoke with him, and he assured us he would call back in a couple of hours. He has never given us the courtesy of a return call, no follow-through whatsoever. We were NOT looking for the best price; that was not the intention; we were looking for a reliable business that treats its customers respectfully. Having never received a callback, I would not do business with this establishment based solely on principle if he were to call back today. read more

Awful! Had our carpet installed last Friday. We purchased our carpet from Lowe's and they sent Perry Floors to do the installation. We paid about 8k for this carpet and pad to be installed. The results are horrible. The seams are showing, the carpet is not tacked down on the stairs, along the walls, etc. My mother had a horrible ordeal with this company too. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Diane in scheduling is awesome. The guys did an amazing job with installing our carpet and tile.

We purchased carpet through Lowe's in Mira Loma and Perry Floors installed it. They did an excellent job! They arrived early, did the installation professionally, and did a quality control check with us before they left. They even helped us put back a sofa back into the room which was not easy to do, it required the removal of the door. The finished job is amazing and we are very happy customers. Attention to detail was their best trait. If you are looking for quality work, you will find it at Perry Floors. My grandson fell asleep on the carpet due to the cushiness. read more

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this flooring company- Perry Floor Systems, Inc. I closed escrow on a 2200 sq. foot home (during the Christmas holiday) and floors were priority number one. We checked out several flooring stores, including large box retailers, and no single company could work w/in our time frame while still delivering the quality, customer service and budget that Brian Perry delivered! Not only do the hard wood floors look beautiful, but the installation was performed by some very humble, experienced and caring individuals. Josh and his crew worked around our (customer) calendar and took the time to explain installations specifics that we otherwise would have overlooked- Thanks Josh! If in the market for flooring (wood, carpet, tile, etc...), look no further than this Christian based company, you will NOT be disappointed. read more

No! They didn't show up! Won't tell me if a style number of Shaw carpet is in stock ... rude ! Also only want to sell what's in stock! Scary

Perry worked on my condo floors a number of years back when a different Lowe's subcontractor screwed my entire place up. I'm sure it wasn't a dream job for them, but they were highly professional, on time, incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, and they fixed every issue the other guys left behind (those other guys were subsequently fired by Lowe's regional). To top it all off, I'm a Realtor and I maintain a list of preferred/recommended vendors. When I reached out to friends and family for their go-to installers and providers, a long-time family friend also mentioned Perry and insisted I add them to my list because she also had a great experience with them. I highly recommend Perry floors! After 9 years in our house, with the same carpet, we decided to get new flooring. We were between wood tile, laminate and vinyl. It was a very difficult, and our case, big decision. With their support and knowledge we decided on wood tile for downstairs and a matching laminate for upstairs. We also added new baseboards to our home. The process was smooth from selecting the flooring, to contract signing through installation and payment. Perry's employees are excellent installers and were respectful of our home. Our floors look amazing! Do yourself a favor and contact Perry floors, you will not regret it. read more

This company is the flooring contractor for my local Lowes. They came out to estimate a job. Because my house is older, they demanded an asbestos inspection. I had that inspection completed (it's not cheap!). Inspection showed NO asbestos on the floor that was to be replaced. The report did show asbestos in one small 3' x 3' closet, which was not part of this job. Perry refused to do the job unless this asbestos was removed from the closet, even though it was determined that there was no asbestos in any of the flooring that Perry was going to be hired to replace. As a result, I wasted money on them coming out to provide an estimate for the job. I won't use them for anything. read more

I went to Perry's at the recommendation of my contractor to purchase carpet for my upstairs bedrooms. We're having all the flooring done at the same time, so I want it flow. I requested several samples so I could make a quick decision. My sales person Edgar was helpful and told me the samples would take 3-5 days. By day 11 I haven't heard anything so I called and left a message with someone and my call has yet to be returned. I called today( two weeks after the visit) and asked for a manager. One wasn't avaible. They have no idea if my sample have arrived, how much longer it will take. I can't see myself doing business with a company who has zero customer service, and who clearly doesn't want my business. So my question, what is a good, reputable company that sells quality carpet and padding? Any recommendations? read more

I have yet to encounter a flooring company who refuses to come out to a residence and measure for a rough quote...until today. I spoke to Linda on the phone and asked for just that, someone to come and measure for a ROUGH quote (knowing the price will differ based on the specific carpet I pick). Her response was to giggle and ask "how can we do that if we dont know what carpet you want to get a price point?" I explained I already have 1 company coming to do exactly that, measure and give a ROUGH quote, and her response was to tell me I NEEDED to come to the showroom first and that's just not how they operate. Linda was quite rude and condescending and lost the business (and future business) of a new homeowner (and any referrals that would have come along with it). Save your time and dont even bother contacting them. read more
