When looking for flooring, we were first helped at Perry's by Marc and he helped us pick out flooring we loved and he was great to work with. But he went on PTO right after and we didn't get good customer service after that so got 5 other quotes and settled on another installer. Perry's quote was comparable to all the others. Months later when we were ready to pull the trigger on the flooring, I was still having remorse about not going through Perry's so I reached out and learned Marc was back so worked with him again and they ended up installing our flooring. We went with Eternity Sequoia Mineral Peak and couldn't be happier with the installation and final result. As part of our install they had to also level some cracks in the concrete slab foundation. The installers were super fast and efficient. We had a couple concerns after the installation - a couple of low spots where the floor was flexing - but the owner came out and inspected and assured us it was okay and wouldn't be a problem in the future. Perry installed over 1000 sq ft of vinyl waterproof floating flooring. They were very helpful from start to end. They have lots of different styles and manufacturers to choose from. The salesman was very nice and helpful. The installation crew was very conscientious and quick. The only complaints I might have is the salesman who we originally talked to had to be at the store in order to get additional product costs. Awful! Had our carpet installed last Friday. We purchased our carpet from Lowe's and they sent Perry Floors to do the installation. We paid about 8k for this carpet and pad to be installed. The results are horrible. The seams are showing, the carpet is not tacked down on the stairs, along the walls, etc. My mother had a horrible ordeal with this company too. Perry worked on my condo floors a number of years back when a different Lowe's subcontractor screwed my entire place up. I'm sure it wasn't a dream job for them, but they were highly professional, on time, incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, and they fixed every issue the other guys left behind (those other guys were subsequently fired by Lowe's regional). To top it all off, I'm a Realtor and I maintain a list of preferred/recommended vendors. When I reached out to friends and family for their go-to installers and providers, a long-time family friend also mentioned Perry and insisted I add them to my list because she also had a great experience with them. I highly recommend Perry floors! After 9 years in our house, with the same carpet, we decided to get new flooring. We were between wood tile, laminate and vinyl. It was a very difficult, and our case, big decision. With their support and knowledge we decided on wood tile for downstairs and a matching laminate for upstairs. We also added new baseboards to our home. The process was smooth from selecting the flooring, to contract signing through installation and payment. This company is the flooring contractor for my local Lowes. They came out to estimate a job. Because my house is older, they demanded an asbestos inspection. I had that inspection completed (it's not cheap!). Inspection showed NO asbestos on the floor that was to be replaced. The report did show asbestos in one small 3' x 3' closet, which was not part of this job. Perry refused to do the job unless this asbestos was removed from the closet, even though it was determined that there was no asbestos in any of the flooring that Perry was going to be hired to replace. As a result, I wasted money on them coming out to provide an estimate for the job. I won't use them for anything. read more

I went to Perry's at the recommendation of my contractor to purchase carpet for my upstairs bedrooms. We're having all the flooring done at the same time, so I want it flow. I requested several samples so I could make a quick decision. My sales person Edgar was helpful and told me the samples would take 3-5 days. By day 11 I haven't heard anything so I called and left a message with someone and my call has yet to be returned. I called today( two weeks after the visit) and asked for a manager. One wasn't avaible. They have no idea if my sample have arrived, how much longer it will take. I can't see myself doing business with a company who has zero customer service, and who clearly doesn't want my business. I have yet to encounter a flooring company who refuses to come out to a residence and measure for a rough quote...until today. I spoke to Linda on the phone and asked for just that, someone to come and measure for a ROUGH quote (knowing the price will differ based on the specific carpet I pick). Her response was to giggle and ask "how can we do that if we dont know what carpet you want to get a price point?" I explained I already have 1 company coming to do exactly that, measure and give a ROUGH quote, and her response was to tell me I NEEDED to come to the showroom first and that's just not how they operate. Linda was quite rude and condescending and lost the business (and future business) of a new homeowner (and any referrals that would have come along with it).
