I have done business with Moe and Ed for several years and they have always been very professional. The quality of their products is very high. I always check on pricing and they are extremely affordable. Love these guys. I will continue to do business with them forever. This company is truly the best.

We just finished a major project with Moe from Flooring Mart and Moe was great. We had the flooring in the entire house replaced, the kitchen cabinets painted, new quartz countertops and replaced the backsplash. With every large project there are going to be issues, but it is really how a contractor responds to the issues that makes the difference. Every issue Moe immediately addressed and made right. We are very happy with the finished project

We ordered flooring from Flooring Mart a few years back and really enjoyed working with them. So when it was time to get our 1978 kitchen remodeled we gave them a call. The quote that they provided was comparable to other companies that we'd reached out to so we decided to go with them. From start to finish, Ed and his guys were extremely professional. He gave us a realistic timeline and the job was finished in a reasonable about of time. Since we did not do a total gut job, we were only out of our kitchen completely for one day. I highly recommend this company. We look forward to working with them in the future.

I highly recommend Flooring Mart. We had a very positive experience working with them on our bathroom remodel project. From the initial meeting with Ana in the showroom, we were educated on modern design options and had expectations set for time and cost for a project the scope of our bathroom (approx. 50 sq ft). We decided to do a complete remodel. Replace shower, cabinet, countertop, flooring and all fixtures. The appointment with Ed at our house was also very educational. Ed presented us with several options and ideas to help keep the costs within our budget. He went over everything in detail and listened to our needs. We had an idea of what material selections we wanted and Ed helped us select the perfect colors and material types. We did do a few customizations such as moving the shower head up to 7 feet high and also raised the vanity light. I am 6'5" so this was a luxury that I very much enjoy. Alex is a master at his craft. He does beautiful tile work everything exceptional. The whole team of workers really do care about their customers and keeping your home clean while doing a project of this magnitude, which is a testament to their professionalism. Ed provides excellent communication via regular updates on the progress of your project. I was referred to this company by a friend and really want to recommend them to anyone looking for flooring needs or kitchen or bathroom remodels. They also provide a lifetime warranty on the work they do.

Absolutely amazing work. Ed and his team were professional, easy to work with and helped us design and install our dream bathroom and laminate floors. The Flooring Mart was one of 3 other contractors we've contacted and by far they were the most competitive and worked with our busy schedule. I highly recommend anyone looking for a home remodel to contact them first. You will not be disappointed. -Happy customer

Moe and his shop were recommended to me from a couple friends. With so many flooring places in the area we went with our friends suggestions. We went to the shop to pick out a couple samples and that's where we met Moe. He was very helpful and although they didn't have multiple samples of the one product we really liked he still let us take it home for a couple days. Once we decided on the product we wanted we scheduled for the estimate. The measurements happened within a day or two. Moe and Israel were very professional and helpful. Moe never tried to oversell us and actually he offered a similar product that would cost less but we decided to go with a tile product. The work was scheduled to begin a couple weeks later. We were told that the job would probably take 2 weeks as we were replacing a large area (close to 2k square feet). Work began as promised and Moe was readily available to answer any questions or concerns. During the install I was made aware (except one time-which I will expand on next) by the install crew when they would arrive. They were pretty great. At the end of each day they cleaned up the area that they were working in and put furniture back if able. Not only did we get almost 2000 square feet of tile installed (including the staircase) we also had flooring mart do baseboards. I felt like they were very professional and were cautious and took care of my home well. We only had 1 minor hiccup; the install crew told us that they were going to be coming on a Saturday but then never showed up and I didn't receive a phone call to inform me that they weren't coming. I called Moe and he apologized for the inconvenience and I felt like he handled the situation well. After that Moe reached out to me daily to let me know when the install crew was coming and was more involved; which I appreciated. Once the install was complete we noticed that no matter how much we cleaned the floors the bottoms of our socks were black. I was concerned that it was the grout (since we went with the charcoal color) not being sealed. Once again I reached out to Moe who went over my options with me. Thankfully after about a full month of deep cleaning the issue seems to have resolved. Overall we are so happy with the process from start to finish. We would, without a doubt, reach out to Flooring Mart again for our next project.

After doing a whole renovation of our new house that we had just bought, Flooring Mart was the company that nailed it! My pictures I've attached don't do enough justice. We had 2200sq ft of new flooring installed, 2 new showers, 2 new vanities, & kitchen countertops. I will have to update my review with more pictures as I only have a few, but you'll see for yourself how amazing it all looks. Overall took about 3 weeks but the house was vacant at the time so it was ok. Great communication with Mo too, he always wanted to make sure we liked everything 100%. Thanks again Flooring Mart!

My kitchen done by Ed and his crew! Outstanding job!

I loved the work Ed and his crew did on my home I cannot say enough good things! I will be using Ed and his crew again! They were everything I was looking for, for my remodel!

    Fireplace wall update

I am so happy with the work that this company did to update and existing very dated fireplace and mantle. The workers were quick and reliable and did the job in a little over 2 days from demo to cleanup. I will definitely be using and referring them again. Thanks Mo and Jonathan and crew!

Sent out service requests via Yelp and Parker's Painting offered a competitive bid. They were not the lowest, but I appreciated the timely and professional communication. So we decided to move forward and we are very happy with our decision. As you can see from the pictures, set up was meticulous. My house was left as if there wasn't any work done and the results were even better. The wall, corner, and ceiling look as if there was never anything there. Spent 3 days scraping, sanding and patching to prepare for painting as well as moving all items out of the way before painting. They masked off quite a bit of area to ensure that there would not be any overspray. This attention to preparation continued as they did the stucco, trim/facia/eaves, siding and doors. They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. My wife is making plans to have them back to do some work on the inside of our house.

Their quote…read morewas very competitive and they estimated 1-2 days to complete, but it took less than 6 hours to turn these 2 super dark walls to pure white. I was worried considering it's such a drastic change from dark paint to white, and one wall was loft height 2-story tall and the other one was around 13 tall wall. They did it with ease. I was blown away by the speed they worked at and the results speak for themselves. They were both very very friendly and easy to work with. I now know who to go to for the best price, best work paint job!!

1-star for an attempted mid-job bait-and-switch…read more Revive and Refinish gave us a written quote for a fixed price, which we signed based on the stated scope. They arrived late, removed our doors, and sanded some of them. Then, after work had already started, the painter on site said the existing paint required more sanding than expected and that there was suddenly an issue with the original quote. At that point, no clear additional price was given on site, and no one from the company proactively contacted me. I had to call them myself, and only then was I told by Jack that the job would cost an additional $1,300. That is not how a professional company should operate. Their written scope already included prep and painting, and sanding/prep were discussed from the beginning. If the price was truly conditional, that should have been clearly disclosed before we signed. It was not. Instead, they started the job, removed our doors, and only raised a pricing issue after work was already underway. There was no written change order, no revised estimate, and no approval from us before the project stopped. Once we refused to proceed under those circumstances, they reinstalled everything and refunded our deposit, which was appropriate -- but that does not excuse how the job was handled. At least one door was reinstalled improperly, there was an exposed hinge cutout/mortise left on the door edge, and visible patch/filler material was left on the door jamb and trim near the latch/strike area. The doors were not returned in their original condition. This was not a clean reset. It wasted our time, disrupted our home, and forced us to restart the project with another company. We obtained multiple additional quotes, all lower than their original quote, and now have another company scheduled to complete the work this week for less than what Revive and Refinish originally quoted us. The actual painters themselves were polite and professional. The real issue was the estimate, the communication, and raising a pricing issue only after work had already begun. As reflected in my review history, I do not leave negative reviews lightly. Be careful. Update after Owner response: Your response actually reinforces my main concern. You stated you continued working based on an "understanding" that the additional work was approved. That is exactly the issue. If extra work is needed, the price should be clearly provided and explicitly approved before continuing -- not assumed mid-project. My husband only spoke to a painter and was never given a price, I had to text you to get that information. We specifically pointed out the prior paint job on the doors during the estimate because we were already concerned about it. Your representative looked at them, took photos, and had the opportunity to identify or at least flag any potential prep issues before work began. If this is a known possibility that can significantly affect the scope and price, then a qualified painter should be involved during the estimate. That is exactly why we scheduled estimates with multiple companies and set aside time for your company to properly evaluate the project before work began. That is the entire purpose of an estimate. Your response also highlights a deeper issue with your system: if conditions that can significantly affect scope and price are only "discovered" after work begins, then your estimates and contracts are clearly not as reliable as customers are led to believe. Without having a qualified painter involved during the estimate, this same mid-project price increase issue could easily happen again to future customers. Unexpected conditions can happen, but that does not excuse poor communication or proceeding without a properly documented change order. My husband was not given a clear additional price upfront before work continued, and that should never happen on a professionally managed project. No reasonable customer would be comfortable with a $1,300 mid-project price increase after already signing a contract -- especially when the work then leaves the home in worse condition than it was before. Future customers should absolutely be aware of that.
