From the initial meeting with Ana in the showroom, we were educated on modern design options and had expectations set for time and cost for a project the scope of our bathroom (approx. 50 sq ft). We decided to do a complete remodel. Replace shower, cabinet, countertop, flooring and all fixtures. The appointment with Ed at our house was also very educational. Flooring Mart of Rancho Cucamonga is the best. Their name is misleading as they do A LOT more than flooring! We got our kitchen counter with them. Ed, the owner, with his brother Moe are easy to work with. There was NO upselling or pressure to buy more than what we needed. Ed worked with us on a different configuration for our counters in order to save us money! We ended up saving over $800 from the original estimate! Also Ed was really accommodating. We ordered our own sink but it arrived damaged. He was able to get us a replacement sink on Sunday night before the Monday morning counter installation! We worked with Ed and Moe when we remodeled our property in Rialto. New flooring throughout; laminate on the lower level and the 2nd story hall and baths, carpet in all the bedrooms. Moe and his shop were recommended to me from a couple friends. With so many flooring places in the area we went with our friends suggestions. We went to the shop to pick out a couple samples and that's where we met Moe. He was very helpful and although they didn't have multiple samples of the one product we really liked he still let us take it home for a couple days. Once we decided on the product we wanted we scheduled for the estimate. The measurements happened within a day or two. Moe and Israel were very professional and helpful. Moe never tried to oversell us and actually he offered a similar product that would cost less but we decided to go with a tile product. The work was scheduled to begin a couple weeks later. We were told that the job would probably take 2 weeks as we were replacing a large area (close to 2k square feet). Work began as promised and Moe was readily available to answer any questions or concerns. During the install I was made aware (except one time-which I will expand on next) by the install crew when they would arrive. They were pretty great. At the end of each day they cleaned up the area that they were working in and put furniture back if able. Not only did we get almost 2000 square feet of tile installed (including the staircase) we also had flooring mart do baseboards. I felt like they were very professional and were cautious and took care of my home well. We only had 1 minor hiccup; the install crew told us that they were going to be coming on a Saturday but then never showed up and I didn't receive a phone call to inform me that they weren't coming. I called Moe and he apologized for the inconvenience and I felt like he handled the situation well. After that Moe reached out to me daily to let me know when the install crew was coming and was more involved; which I appreciated. Once the install was complete we noticed that no matter how much we cleaned the floors the bottoms of our socks were black. I was concerned that it was the grout (since we went with the charcoal color) not being sealed. Once again I reached out to Moe who went over my options with me. Thankfully after about a full month of deep cleaning the issue seems to have resolved. Overall we are so happy with the process from start to finish. We would, without a doubt, reach out to Flooring Mart again for our next project. read more

After doing a whole renovation of our new house that we had just bought, Flooring Mart was the company that nailed it! My pictures I've attached don't do enough justice. I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and needed my floors done before installing my appliances. I noticed their building while sitting at the red light and went in. I met with moe and immediately could tell he was a good soul. They got me on the schedule right away and had my project going within a week. I recently sold my old house in Fontana, and then bought a fixer-upper in Rancho. When selling my house, we wanted to redo the carpets to make the place look as nice as possible,so I basically just price-shopped around, and these guys gave me the best deal, so I used them. We were happy with the work they did, so we hired them to do the floors in our new house. Over the course of the two jobs, I got to know Ed (the owner), who was in charge and was overseeing the projects. While he was in the house, a different contractor that we used to redo our ceilings actually recognized Ed, and it turns out that my ceilings guy had used the Flooring Mart crew to redo the bathrooms in his own house, and he said that they turned out great. Ed seemed like a good guy, so we went for it. After contracting the Flooring Mart to do the floors and baseboards, we also had them redo the drywall, remodel three bathrooms, replace and hang all of our doors, cut out walls for the asbestos removal people, and currently to repaint and detail the walls of the house. The workers are extremely friendly and courteous (Alex was basically living there for a couple weeks, so it was a good thing that he was cool), the quality of work is phenomenal, and the prices are great- three bathrooms in full tile and granite for under 15K. Ed would check in a couple days after each job to make sure everything was perfect, and then send someone in to do any final touches that were necessary. The bottom line is that for us, Ed has taken care of us and I have already recommended him to a bunch of our friends, one of whom is having work done already. The three qualities that I look for in a contractor are being trustworthy, competent, and as inexpensive as possible, and they nailed it on all three. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anyone, and I plan on using them again later to get new windows and redo my kitchen. read more

We recently had two of our bathrooms remodeled and some work done on our Master Bedroom with installation of a new fan and lights. Originally, we had hired another contractor to do the work, and they turned out to be an absolute nightmare to work with.
