Hi, have these guys do my flooring in 2021 and they did an awesome job. I had a whole front room that had tile knocked out. All carpet removed and the quality of the flooring isgreat. Today I just had to swing by their shop because I had just cracked a connector piece from my tile kitchen to the laminate floor. They knew exactly what it was what color I needed and give me the pieces I needed for free. These are just a few pictures of the house, but it just looks nice and uniform snow to walk on easy to clean. These guys do great work fast accurate. My husband and I visited this store based on such high Yelp reviews. Our first visit was pleasant enough dealing with the owner, Koko. We were looking to determine what type of flooring we would like installed for our home. Every sample I picked was no longer available to purchase because they were discontinued, and he had yet to receive the current samples. After another visit, Koko showed us a sample we liked. We booked an appointment for him to come out and measure our place and give us a quote. Koko was aware of our price point. When he showed up to our home, he didn't have the floor sample we decided on. He said it was now discontinued. Instead, he showed up with another sample that was $2.00 per foot more than our price point. This was the first part of July, and he said he would have the quote to us in a couple of days. We did alot of Homeworks - We even get a quotes from HD Supplies, Lowes and Home Depot - Cortec or SPC?? we end up with SPC! Great carpet experience. We recently used Koko and the team at Quality Flooring to replace the carpet in all rooms of our condo in Upland. Big showroom nicely setup. Owner knowledgeable and informative. My biggest issue was that this company does not use modern technology. No email or text messages to communicate. When my estimate was ready I had to drive 21 miles round trip to pick it up. Yes, I probably could have ask he mail it but I was excited to see it. My estimate was not done on a computer but hand written. That part was OK with me but the estimate was not broken down by job - only a grand total. There was no reference of the square feet he calculated, no price on the flooring we picked out. Did not show the cost of the installation, quarter rounds, carpet removal etc. Just a grand total for everything. I called the next morning and left Koko a voice mail that I was interested in moving forward but I would need the estimate broken down for each line item. I never heard back from him. Horrible customer service. Went in to their place of business to potentially purchase flooring for my entire 3200 sq ft home. I walked in and it didn't appear that anyone was there until a gentleman poked his head from around the corner and asked "can I help you?" I said yes, I am interested in looking at flooring. He said we have a larger showroom over here, as he gestured towards the back of the building. As I walked towards the back larger showroom I walked past an open office area where a saw at least four other associates. None of which greeted me or said a word to me. As l looked at the different types of flooring they had neatly displayed throughout the showroom I noticed that I was the only customer there. After about 7 to 10 min of wondering around the showroom without anyone coming out to ask if I had any questions or if they could help me, I decided to take my business and money somewhere else. I walked past the same office area where at least 4 associates did not utter one word to me as they saw me exit their establishment. I don't know if they do quality work or not. After getting several quotes my final stop was with Koko at quality flooring and it should have been my first and only stop. Of all the quotes I received Koko's pricing was right in line with the other without the gimmicky "special summer discount" junk. He was straight up and honest and provided his honest feedback so you didn't overpay for something you didn't need. After selecting what we wanted Koko set us up with a install date which is when we met Adrian his lead installer. In less than 4 hours Adrian and his crew worked like a colony of ants and had my entire downstairs pulled up (including tile mind you) simply amazing. Once they got going they were like a fine oiled machine. The quality and attention to detail Adrian has was amazing and he even asked you to walk around and look for any flaws he may have missed (seriously who does that anymore?) . You can waste your time and money going somewhere else or you can at a minimum go see what Koko can do for you. His genuine personality and honesty was the difference for me and as you can see his quality (as company name states) will rival any other flooring company out there. (Attached pictures to prove it). Koko came by and gave us an estimate right on the spot, which was very affordable. He was very accommodating and had our entire 2nd floor that's 3 bedrooms, 3 closets, 2 linen closets, the hallway, loft, stairs (15 steps) and 1st floor bedroom done within 3 days. His workers were very professional and always come to work and leave on time, not disturbing family life. Even when they said that it's going to be very dusty, they still manage to clean afterwards. He was very knowledgable in matching the existing laminate floors from 2007 in first floor to the second floor with a 98% match (in my opinion). One thing I like about this company is that Koko, himself, come everyday afterwards to do quality inspection and gives us an update on what's going on and if we are targeting the deadline, which the workers had done. I would recommend this company for having an affordable price, good work ethics by his workers, and good quality inspection and keeping in touch all the time.
