We used Foothill Carpet and Flooring America for new carpets in our bedrooms, and we changed the carpeted stairs to luxury vinyl plank. We could not be happier with the result. Our house looks so nice now, and we are extremely happy. Pierre and George are wonderful to work with. They were both very patient with us and understood our vision to find the perfect carpet color and flooring type to complement our home. From the start, they both were very welcoming, and the communication was great. The installers they sent over were very professional; and they made sure we were happy with the job before they left and cleaned up nicely behind themselves. We will definitely be returning customers in the future! read more

We were doing various projects on our house and my sister wanted to have new carpet for her room. She was looking for something that was more plush and for additional padding. Foothill Carpet Inc had amazing reviews and it was easy to see why. Communication was outstanding and they helped her pick out the perfect carpet she was looking for. She chose Revolution Mills Everest Rainforest Carpet. Pricing was very reasonable and they are extremely knowledgeable. They offer installation, but since we had our contractor for the various projects we just left it with them. Their store is amazing and there are many options to choose from. Highly recommended for anyone looking for carpet, wood, or stone. read more

We couldn't be happier with our flooring and installation from this great store. Pierre and George are wonderful to deal with and are upright honest people. We had about 2500 sq ft of wide plank white oak flooring installed and we get tons of compliments on it. Pierre goes out of his way to make sure your job is done right and you're happy with the outcome. Don't go to the big box stores, just head here for all your flooring needs. Their pricing and service are better, and you're helping a local business that cares about our community. read more

We just had multiple rooms carpeted by Foothill Carpet. From the start when we met with Pierre and George and selected our carpeting we felt our project was in good hands, and we were right. When the job was completed our home had been transformed. The installation crew arrived on time, they were personable and professional, carefully moved the heavy furniture and completed the job in one day. We made the right choice in choosing Foothill Carpet. They have been in business a long time and I can see why. Pierre showed up at our home that morning to make sure all was good, and we received a call from him the next day to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Now...That's a good business. read more

We Love Our New Floors! The vinyl flooring in our kitchen and bathrooms were in bad shape, bubbling and coming up at the edges, so it was time to replace them. Pierre and George made the process of making selections and getting quotes easy and painless, the pricing we were given was fair, and we were able to get the job scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The installation went smoothly: the crew arrived when expected, moved and replaced the appliances and toilets, replaced all the base molding, left everything clean when finished, and did a beautiful job! read more

I've dealt with a lot of contractors and flooring company's over the years in my property business. I stumbled across Foothill Carpet & Flooring one day when driving by. It turned out to be the best decision ever made when I decided to use them for flooring. The company is by far the best. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and they have phenomenal customer service. They went above and beyond to find a special flooring for my stairs so I didn't have to spend months driving all over. The quality of their flooring far surpasses what you typically see out there. They were also prompt in scheduling, always communicated and even cleaned up after they did the work! I will never go anywhere else. They were awesome! read more

I did not know where to turn when my home floor looked like an earthquake hit. I googled floor repairs and am very glad I came across Foothill Carpet Flooring. The owner himself came out the same day to assess the floor damage for a small fee. I could tell immediately how passionate Pierre is about his work and it showed in the final result. I highly recommend his self-made business and am more than impressed with him and his crew. They did a proper floor installation with the sealant for the protective moisture/water barrier. In addition, they used quality materials as well. Lastly, the price was affordable. I am extremely grateful to Pierre and his team! Thank you very much, Pierre! read more

There are not enough stars for me to give to Pierre and George! From the beginning, George helped us find an obscure carpet that seemed impossible, and gave us a quote and so much helpful information for our flooring project. He was professional and so delightful. THEN we had the absolute PLEASURE to deal with his father Pierrer, who was an absolute dream to work with! He was attentive and always communicating with us about what was going on with our project and stayed right on track with the schedule. I would work with them on every single project I could, these guys are the very best! The pricing is very fair, and selections are incredible and the work is impeccable. read more

Foothill Carpet Flooring America - Beautiful from star to finish - Flooring Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

It can be very stressful changing out the flooring for the whole house. Pierre was very professional in helping me choose the right tile and carpet. I provided a floor plan and he quoted based on my drawing. He came out and made his own measurements and found that he could make it work with less material than what I had expected. His crew came out on the appointed day and time. His crew was clean, friendly, helpful and very good at installing both tile and carpeting. They were very careful moving the furniture around and protected the furniture, the walls and themselves. One thing that surprised me is the Quality of the carpet. When I have had carpet installed by big box stores I find that the carpet sheds for a long time. There has been minimal shedding from this carpet. With the new padding and carpet it is really a delight to walk barefooted on the carpet even with sore achy feet. The carpet may not cure plantar fasciitis but it sure helps. I am at an age where it is unlikely that I will ever need new flooring, but if I do, I will definitely return to Pierre at Foothill Carpeting. read more

I asked for a quote and the quote was not detailed. I asked for labor cost and how much for the materials and of course they didn't provide it. They never responded. They were flexible when it came to scheduling for measurements and friendly. Just lack of communication. So we went in on a Saturday to pick the type of flooring we wanted, I'm Terrible with names but the guy that was there was able to answer any questions we had. Once we picked out the flooring we wanted, he went over the price with us. And to help us out even more they gave us a military discount which was amazing. They came on a Wednesday to get the measurements of the two rooms that we were having done. Thursday was the day of the installation and once it was done everything looked great. But we did find a small part of the wall that was damaged. I called the owner to notify him of what had happened, he offered to send someone out the next day to fix it, but I told him there was no need, it was small enough that I just fixed it. He then again offered to go above and beyond, as a away to apologize for what happened, he had bought us a floor cleaner. This company really takes care of their customers. When it comes to hardwood flooring, my husband Eric and I were very cautious on finding a trusted company to buy and install our floors. After dealing with other companies in our fixer upper, the decision of hiring Foothill Carpet was a relief. Price was very competitive, and to make his price even better, he offered to include a couple of things that made our house looks even better. So, we hired him, his people came and finished on schedule.
