It can be very stressful changing out the flooring for the whole house. Pierre was very professional in helping me choose the right tile and carpet. I provided a floor plan and he quoted based on my drawing. He came out and made his own measurements and found that he could make it work with less material than what I had expected. His crew came out on the appointed day and time. His crew was clean, friendly, helpful and very good at installing both tile and carpeting. They were very careful moving the furniture around and protected the furniture, the walls and themselves. One thing that surprised me is the Quality of the carpet. When I have had carpet installed by big box stores I find that the carpet sheds for a long time. There has been minimal shedding from this carpet. With the new padding and carpet it is really a delight to walk barefooted on the carpet even with sore achy feet. The carpet may not cure plantar fasciitis but it sure helps. I am at an age where it is unlikely that I will ever need new flooring, but if I do, I will definitely return to Pierre at Foothill Carpeting. read more

So we went in on a Saturday to pick the type of flooring we wanted, I'm Terrible with names but the guy that was there was able to answer any questions we had. Once we picked out the flooring we wanted, he went over the price with us. And to help us out even more they gave us a military discount which was amazing. They came on a Wednesday to get the measurements of the two rooms that we were having done. Thursday was the day of the installation and once it was done everything looked great. But we did find a small part of the wall that was damaged. I called the owner to notify him of what had happened, he offered to send someone out the next day to fix it, but I told him there was no need, it was small enough that I just fixed it. He then again offered to go above and beyond, as a away to apologize for what happened, he had bought us a floor cleaner. This company really takes care of their customers.
